I went in prepared. knew which car I wanted and the MRSP price. Lystra was amazing, no haggling, listened to my needs and confirmed details rather than "selling" me.
The process was smooth, easy and as stress free as buying a car could be from the manager to the financial person to pick up on the date I asked for.
Went in with unhaggle report but they still were not transparent with price. They also lowballed me on the trade severely (I k ew the black polo trade values as well as retail values on my trade) and wasted over an hour of my time. I left and went to another Nissan dealer who gave me $6000 more on my trade which is what I was looking for plus gave me the price I wanted. I would never recommend anyone to woodchester Nissan.

For almost 4 times in a row, I'm really surprised how the technicians can't reset the dashboard properly after oil change. It doesn't matter how many times I remind them and everytime I get assured it is reset. The minute I leave it comes again. It is really annoying that everytime I ride the car I have to press OK over and over to clear the screen.
Once the decision to purchase our new car was made, all of our arrangements were done at a distance, including licence plates, as we are not local. Shaun was very quick to respond to any questions and kept us in the loop with everything needed. When we arrived to pick up the car it was a very smooth and quick transaction.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue for my wife last week and I felt like I needed to write a review. It was a great experience. I was working with Lee V (Internet Sales Manager) He was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Because of Lee extensive knowledge of Nissans I know I made a good choice putting my family in a Rogue. He also took a lot of time showing my wife all the features the vehicle offers and made sure she felt comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot. Good customer service. I usually dropped my car in the night before so my car was checked and done quickly and correctly in the next early morning.
I came in the other day to get an oil change and a recall taken care of and from the moment I walked up to the service desk, Mathew was quick and prompt to assist me. He took down my information and reassured me that I was going to be taken care of. I was blown away by his professional, friendly and welcoming nature. Mathew kept me up to date with Nissan's texting feature as my car was in service and once it was ready he notified me right away. As I picked up my keys he thanked me with a heart warming smile for coming in to Nissan to get my services done! Thank you for that!!

I had appointment to switch my snow tires today at 2PM. I had my snow tires down for the last 5 years. normally takes 40 mins.
I know it takes time, so I leave1.5 hours for it.
by 4 PM. Ive been told that they are taking off the tires. will need another hour.
if I don't leave by 4, I won't make it to pick up kids and take them to hockey at 5.
I asked for dealer shuttle, but they will be off soon. no one can bring me back to the dealer. .

Went on a rainy Saturday to look for a used car my mom. My mother, who is a senior, Cameron to the dealership with us. We walked in the rain to the front only to be greeted outside by a sales representative. We told him we were looking for a used Nissan Versa. He was rude and short and said that they don’t have any. He didn’t even take the time to offer us other options or even show us what was available. Rather, we were sent away in the rain to go elsewhere. I’m Very disappointing.
Very bad experience with their service department. I had an oil change and break inspection last week, after that I noticed the front panel/lcd was malfunctioning so I asked them to fix this as it was working perfectly before this. They refused to fix it saying its not their fault. But if I can pay then they will look into this.Really bad experience.

Terrible experience! They had my 2017 Nissan pathfinder for 1 month due to smoking and sludge in the motor. Only 60,000km. I provided oil change receipts, and they denied my warranty claim because my oil changes were not done at there dealership. It took them 1 month to tell me they wouldn't cover the repair under warranty. The whole duration I had to rent my own car, even though I bought the premium protection plan, I was forced to pay them $2000 to clean the motor, remove the oil pan and clean it, and replace the spark plugs. 6000km later it breaks down requiring tow to get it home. I took off the valve covers and they are full of sludge. So I then proceeded to remove intake and plugs, only to find out the plugs were never replaced. So I continued futher into the work that I paid Woodchester Nissan to complete. Only to find that the oil pan was never removed and clean like suggested! The service manager would never call back when he said he would, I also asked them to fix my automatic tail gate, which they did not repair, even though my car sat there for a month. Terrible experience, they promise to keep you in the loop and do the best to take care of your issues, but at the end of the day they sabotaged my warranty claim and put all of the expense on me! And my Nissan is still in the same poor condition! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a brand new truck last summer from Woodchester Nissan and I would not recommend this dealership. Sales experience was mostly positive but the service department is the horrendous. My truck was damaged on their lot during a service appointment and they did not take responsibility for it. Warranty work was performed but they failed to reconnect the A/C. I've emailed and called the service manager directly and no response. Avoid this dealership at all cost!
I came for a quick fix for my Nissan side door which is stuck on halfway!, however they refused to help me and they asked me to come bake the next day after book an appointment. I returned the next day on time and they let me site in the waiting room for 3 hours with no update!. Worst service ever.

I have been dealing with Woodchester Nissan for about 10 years, most recently, when I picked up my 4th Nissan vehicle on Tuesday. I am tremendously grateful to Shaun and the rest of his team for the courtesy, help, guidance and patience they have afforded me each and every visit. From the receptionist to the shuttle driver, to the service managers, finance managers and the rest of the team on the floor, I have always been greeted, made to feel welcomed, and everyone were ready & willing to assist. Shaun Kazemi in particular must be commended for the significant amount of time he spent with me explaining everything in great detail, crunching numbers to help me meet my budget and even stayed late for my arrival on Tuesday when I picked up my new car. I never felt pressured into committing to anything other than what met my needs. While I can relate to the 2-hour wait for an oil change once, I still have to give the dealership 5-stars for all of the other great experiences I had. I have no doubt that future dealings will continue to be above and beyond my expectations. I have only ever had very poor experiences in the past with other branded dealerships.
Customer Service is so vitally important to me and this team excels at it, which is the reason I keep going back. Keep up the great work!

This is a great place to buy a car. If you are looking for a place where the car purchasing process is not a stressful experience due to pushy sales people (and the back and forth between the sales people and the manager during the negotiation process), Woodchester Nissan is the place. You get the same great service before you actually sign the contract, after, while you are waiting for the car (at other dealerships they completely ignore you once the sale is done which is not case case here and poor Danny and John can testify on how many times I've call them in just a few days :) ) and once you come back for the regular service.

Danny Starret has been a terrific sales person regarding a 2014 Nissan Frontier. He really gave up so much of his time to lend his advice and knowledge during the vehicle buying process.
