Great Experience!
I just leased my new Rogue with Woodchester Nissan and I was pleasantly surprised by the great level of service. Paulina Pojedyniec (my sales rep) was terrific to deal with. The lease on my old vehicle was due to expire during COVID 19 lock down and Paulina was patient and attentive through out. She went above and beyond on the day I was to pick up my vehicle by going all the way to my work to pick me up and deliver me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. For almost 4 times in a row, I'm really surprised how the technicians can't reset the dashboard properly after oil change. It doesn't matter how many times I remind them and everytime I get assured it is reset. The minute I leave it comes again. It is really annoying that everytime I ride the car I have to press OK over and over to clear the screen.

I was working with Lee V (Internet Sales Manager) He was very knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Because of Lee extensive knowledge of Nissans I know I made a good choice putting my family in a Rogue. He also took a lot of time showing my wife all the features the vehicle offers and made sure she felt comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot. Services taking way too long that I have to ask a friend for ride to get my kids.
I had appointment to switch my snow tires today at 2PM. I had my snow tires down for the last 5 years. normally takes 40 mins.
I know it takes time, so I leave1.5 hours for it.
by 4 PM. Ive been told that they are taking off the tires. will need another hour.
if I don't leave by 4, I won't make it to pick up kids and take them to hockey at 5.
I asked for dealer shuttle, but they will be off soon. no one can bring me back to the dealer. .
so disappointed.

Went on a rainy Saturday to look for a used car my mom. My mother, who is a senior, Cameron to the dealership with us. We walked in the rain to the front only to be greeted outside by a sales representative. We told him we were looking for a used Nissan Versa. He was rude and short and said that they don’t have any. He didn’t even take the time to offer us other options or even show us what was available. Rather, we were sent away in the rain to go elsewhere. I’m Very disappointing.

I had an oil change and break inspection last week, after that I noticed the front panel/lcd was malfunctioning so I asked them to fix this as it was working perfectly before this. They refused to fix it saying its not their fault. But if I can pay then they will look into this.Really bad experience.

Terrible experience! They had my 2017 Nissan pathfinder for 1 month due to smoking and sludge in the motor. Only 60,000km. I provided oil change receipts, and they denied my warranty claim because my oil changes were not done at there dealership. It took them 1 month to tell me they wouldn't cover the repair under warranty. The whole duration I had to rent my own car, even though I bought the premium protection plan, I was forced to pay them $2000 to clean the motor, remove the oil pan and clean it, and replace the spark plugs. 6000km later it breaks down requiring tow to get it home. I took off the valve covers and they are full of sludge. So I then proceeded to remove intake and plugs, only to find out the plugs were never replaced. So I continued futher into the work that I paid Woodchester Nissan to complete. Only to find that the oil pan was never removed and clean like suggested! The service manager would never call back when he said he would, I also asked them to fix my automatic tail gate, which they did not repair, even though my car sat there for a month. Terrible experience, they promise to keep you in the loop and do the best to take care of your issues, but at the end of the day they sabotaged my warranty claim and put all of the expense on me! And my Nissan is still in the same poor condition! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a brand new truck last summer from Woodchester Nissan and I would not recommend this dealership. Sales experience was mostly positive but the service department is the horrendous. My truck was damaged on their lot during a service appointment and they did not take responsibility for it. Warranty work was performed but they failed to reconnect the A/C. I've emailed and called the service manager directly and no response. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

I just leased a 2019 Nissan Kicks from this location and the service was ah-mazing!

My sales rep Luis Salas was extremely kind and helpful with me getting a new vehicle that met my safety and comfort needs. Although It took me two visits and multiple phone calls to make my final decision, he was very patient and took care of my needs from beginning to the end.

I came in on my second visit with a scroll-like list of questions regarding my lease and his sales manager Shaun took care of all my questions and concerns. Both Shaun and Luis service was so great that my mom also leased a 2019 Rogue on the same day!

This is the second car I've bought from Nissan and I love it. I dealt with Danny, the gentleman who helped me with my first car purchase. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, and directed me with how to go about organizing the paperwork from my end with insurance, etc. He even sent me a quick reminder to bring my plates just before I left to pick my new car up. I have been a service customer of Woodchester Nissan for well over the past 10 years. That was until the last two service appointments I had there. The first was a regular oil change, and the so called 'courtesy check' they did. As my car was getting the oil change, I was told that the alignment on my car was off. I was confused as I had not had any bad alignment symptoms. Against my own instincts, I decided to let them 'fix' the alignment issue. Well, after the alignment, my car starting pulling to the left and was hard to keep straight at highway speeds. I brought my car back, they put it on their alignment machine and said that it was green so it was good. Still though, my car's handling was off so I went back and went on a test drive with the technician. My car was pulling to the left but heard excuses like 'the road is slanted', 'it's because of the electric steering' and 'the pull is normal and within Nissan's standards'. Hard to believe when for the previous three years I've owned this car, I have not had any pulling issues. After a few more attempts to try proving that my alignment wasn't right, I finally took my car to a completely different Nissan dealership and it was corrected in only one appointment.
Next, I had issues with excessive noise when coming to a complete stop and that my parking brake was loose. It was noted that my brake shoes were very glazed. So, they serviced my drum brakes although did not touch the parking brake. About a week later, the same noise appeared so I brought it back...Mentioned the noise and brought up the parking brake problem. They again noticed my brake shoes were glazed again. They serviced my brakes, and adjusted my parking brake. About a week later, my brakes were making a loud moaning noise as I braked. I brought the car back, and they said it was because the parking brake had been adjusted and now the shoes were running hot. So, they readjusted my parking brake back to it's original position. But now, the brakes were making the loud noise when coming to a full stop. Well, they told me that I should just replace both drums and shoes. So I went ahead with it. What should be a one day repair, they had a snag and the mechanic had cracked the new drum and that my car would not be ready that day. Fine, I get it, mistakes happen. As I drop my car off and get shuttled to work, Nissan put me in a rental for the night which was pretty much expected as I was not at fault for this setback. Problem is the inconvenience of removing a child car seat and installing it in a rental...Only to have to remove it and re-install it in my car the next day. For those who have kids and deal with car seats know how much work it is to get it just tight enough. Whatever, it had to be done so I got into a rental. The following day, my car was ready and I went to pick it up. Thinking perhaps I would somewhat be compensated for this inconvenience, I was met with the response, 'well, Nissan is paying for the rental and did not have to'. Seriously! This is how you think I'll want to come back again? Nope, not a chance. As inconvenient as it'll be to service my car elsewhere, this is the only option I have.

We were going to buy a new car for my wife and did test drives for Altima, Accord and Camry at Erin Mills auto mall on same day. My wife had best overall feeling while she drove Altima. I believe the Nissan sales, Elbert Chung, had a very positive impact on her feeling during test drive. His professional, knowledge and sense of humor are outstanding compared with other two sales from Toyota and Honda.

We finalized our deal for a new Altima with Elbert. He and his manager solved a couple of unpredictable issues before we picked up our new car. The staff from delivery department “Su” also did a great job on demonstrating functions of our car.

We are highly satisfied with the service of Mr. Chung and his team. I am expecting to have pleasure experience with Woodchester Nissan service department in future.

Buying or leasing a car is a major financial commitment which I obviously take seriously. I returned to Woodchester Nissan last week to pick up a new leased car even though I no longer live in Mississauga because of the respect and fairness to which I am treated when looking for a new car. After buying or leasing 5 cars there in the past, I have experienced in dealing with Shaun and the staff there, a great friendliness, and fairness in negotiating and getting the best deal for my requirement in a car. Sometimes one might be indecisive in the choices available, but there is never a “push” to commit to a purchase, but rather a “take your time” consideration given by Shaun (with whom I directly dealt). When all the options have been explored, Shaun very considerately offered a deal which was very acceptable. I am overjoyed with my new car, and look forward to many long roads of driving enjoyment. I strongly recommend Shaun Kazemi and Woodchester Nissan and Nissan cars to anyone looking for new or used transportation.
