Had a negative experience with this dealership. Went to look at a car and the representative who was looking after us was extremely rude and pushy. My partner and I felt extremely uncomfortable. When we informed them that we wanted to think about the deal overnight he became very offensive. I was interested in the vehicle but I would not consider doing business with this dealership in the future.
I had some service done to my car a few days back and, as always, i was happy to see Yanique behind the counter. She is one of the few people that you encounter in customer service (Not only within the Nissan dealership but overall in my customer service experience) that is competent friendly and treats the customer with a lot of care. You can not fake these brilliant qualities you have to have them in you.
The service at this dealer is the worst I went three times and I promise I will not return and I do not recommend this site to anyone. On the last occasion I was there, I wanted to make an express oil change and ended up paying $430 dollars. They changed the brakes on my car without permission, that without counting that my brakes had already supposedly been changed at a different location, and I am sure that they had been changed already. They also made inspection charges without consulting me. They should not put that service in express. That is only to try to get more money. Good, it is a business, but do not be dishonest. They looked for things that did not have to be changed but changed them without my permission just to make more money. THEY RIPPED ME OFF.
Great dealership to deal with. Helped my parents in switching out of their Camry and into a 2019 Nissan Rogue and so far its been a pleasure to drive with all the latest tech. My dad is already looking forward towards his next lease with 401-Dixie Nissan!

Although I had an issue with them, the GM intervened and resolved it quickly and fairly. The sales staff does need to work on their communication and follow-up, but upper management really does care about customer satisfaction and retention; I am confident they will continue to improve and develop their staff so they can provide the best and most memorable experience to their customers. No dealership is perfect and mistakes are inevitable, but as long as an effort is made to keep their clients happy, as this dealership does and has done, then you can't go wrong doing business with 401 Dixie Nissan.

Before you try to purchase a vehicle here, try calling them. No body response the phone. Come for a service and wait in line for 20 minutes standing and there is only one lady working at a service station. I have been calling for a service here for 2 days and they don’t care. I called more than 20 times in different times of the day.
I don’t recommend this location at all. Don’t even buy a vehicle here because you will find out later that you bought the vehicle more expensive than anywhere else in Toronto and Mississauga.
Its been very frustrating to deal with your service staff. Its a shear waste of time and money dealing with your service staff and technician. I was been assured that there has been a new management, but did not find any improvement in the last three years since the time I took my first vehicle from your dealership. I never got any call from your service manager on the discomfort which has happened to me , despite of the assurance given. I don't want to want to go for any new vehicle with your dealership......

Did MPI but tire still had low tire pressure light on. Had to pick up my son from school didn’t have time to go back in. Called in and they said sorry do you want to book another appointment. If they miss low tire pressure light what else are they missing. This isn’t the first issue we had. I regret buying my car here. I feel that you are just a number and just care about initial sale.
I should have paid a little more and went with Milton Nissan. I won’t buy from any of their dealership they own.

The "FREE" oil changes come with a catch.
Could have been a great experience buying a brand new Rouge from here but I was promised free oil changes for the first year. Period. And when I went to get my oil change, I was told that yes I would get a free oil change but I would still have to pay for the other scheduled services as per the manufacturer's recommended maintenance program in the owner's manual. They can't just change oil. It would have been the decent thing to not falsely advertise the "free" oil changes... Or at least, I should have been given the details of that offer in writing so I could read the "fine print" on my own but there was nothing provided that stated those terms... The funny thing is, I would have still got the car even without those "free" oil changes but now I definitely won't get a second one from here.
If you are looking for a new car, and are not considering Nissan, do give it a test drive. I got mine from 401 Dixie Nissan, when I wasn't even considering Rogue. I would like to give out a special shout out to Ashley Lara. She was our representative and I would say she has immense patience. Excellent service pre and post deal. She answered all our questions, put up with our negotiations and ensured we got a good deal. I would highly recommend to ask for Ashley when at Nissan. Great job!! I have been to other dealers and have no one comes close to these guys. Kudos!!
I went 401 Dixie Nissan because this is the second car I had from the same dealership. It was very worth the drive. Not only did they have my next dream Pathfinder, they were also very knowledgeable regarding the brand and its features. After test driving the car, I sat down with David which is a very nice man. He made the paperwork go smoothly and I was impressed with the speed of the purchase.

I just bought a 2019 370z from here and I had a great experience. The dealership was closing at 6 but everyone stayed to place my order for the car. Everyone was nice to talked to. I had funny and great conversations with everyone. I am only 24 and this experience was new to me but the financial advisor took his time to explain everything. Overall I am very happy with my experience and purchase! Also the sales people are not pushy and that was my favourite thing.
I was having my car serviced in the town I live in which is a 40 minute drive to Dixie Nissan, but I needed some immediate service one day a few years ago and Dixie Nissan was the closest Dealership. Ever since that first visit, I wouldn't even consider another dealership touching my car. They are thorough, courteous, they follow up on the work they do and they are respectful. As long as I own a Nissan, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.

I was in the market looking for a car. Only go to 401 Dixie Nissan if you have 3 to 4 hours to spare. The guys will hold onto your visa card and will not return it until they have wasted all your time.
The manager was understanding but the service overall was pretty bad. I Made an appointment for 6 PM and I had to wait around till 6:30 before another sales rep who had no knowledge about the car decided to help me.
I will most likely not go back as I was very upfront that I am not interested in the price they had to offer and that they return my visa card. By the time I was given my card back it was an hour later.
Simply, don't take your car here to be serviced. You can take your car ANYWHERE to be serices to maintain your warrenty - USE THIS RIGHT. I made that mistake - had some rust bubbles, so I thought I get the $90 required service that was quoted on the phone. They claimed that the rust bubble on my hood and the rust spot at the bottom inside of my door doesn't count. Ok. I was having issues with my tire as well. They gave me a quote of $400 for the rim, and $200 for the tire. NO THANKS.
I got the bill after service +$200!! They did a break line flush which was around $100. Google "break line flush" and see how many times "unnecessary" and "scam" come up. Low and behold, I signed for it thinking I was signing for the $90 quote and they held that over me - they had me. I should have been a resposible consumer. I called again just to be sure, and got the $90 quote again.
I took my car to a more reputable mechanic:
Rim was fixable free of charge, tire was $100 installed. Took the car to another Nissan dealership, rust bubbles fixed as per warrenty.
Don't take your car here. Just don't do it. They won't help you, and they will do unnecessary work, and charge you triple if you're lucky. Imagine paying $600 for a $100 fix. After market, sure. But that's 6x more.
We got our first car purchase from 401 dixie nissan a week ago and was so delighted about the whole experience. Zaid Ejaz was very helpful and he was spot on with every details about our Nissan Sentra SR. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and excellent at his job. He is very welcoming and he has the patience to answer all the questions we have as a first time car owner. He graciously guide us towards the best car that fits our needs.
