Useless, expensive and Nissan uses sub standard parts. Lot is full of unsold cars. Look over at Toyota. Next to Nissan. Hardly anything on their lot. They must be doing something right.

My 2015 Nissan Rouge broke down on 401. Had it towed to South Nissan. Turns out that the crank shaft snapped in half. 6 year old car 101356km. Service manager was surprised, but told me I needed to replace engine. They got one from scrap yard.
I called Nissan Canada. No help at all. Told me to talk to service manager who was of no help. Nissan gave me a gift card for 400 bucks. No where near what the used engine cost me. We used to take our car to this dealership for service. But one time after my wife picked up the car there was a loud noise fro engine compartment. The whole air intake hose was just left dangling. Another time she picked up the car the hood prop rod was sitting loose not snapped in making a noise. That’s why we stopped using them.

Not sure where to begin...Two service techs lied to me...told me my warranty had been extended to 5 years instead of 3. I can only assume they did this so that I wouldn't get the work done that day. Now I'm paying for work that should have been covered. More recently I was told that I should get my wife's Murano serviced elsewhere since I didn't buy it there...only problem is...I did buy it there. When I talked to Stuart to complain...he was no help and he basically told me I was a jerk. No apology was offered. I think Nissan makes great vehicles. But this dealership should be shut down.

I had a terrible experience with someone (I won't state who) in the Sales department. First day of viewing the vehicle and he pressured me asking why I couldn't buy the vehicle right that minute. Was very rude and argent and didn't wear his mask when outside speaking to me. So I ended up going to the other Nissan dealership in the city and received excellent service and the vehicle for $5,000 cheaper.

My daughter is a relatively new driver (age 20). She has worked really hard to save money and to buy a car as soon as she completes her road test (or before).

She made an appointment with Colin Plant at South London Nissan a little over a week ago, not knowing whether it would be better to lease, but outright, or look at trade-ins available on the lot.

Because of the pandemic, I was unable to go with her, nor were any of her uncles or men in her life who really wanted to be a part of her car buying process.

I can say with certainty that Colin was 100% kind, sensitive to the fact that my daughter is a new driver and first time car buyer, and he made her feel VERY comfortable asking him her full list of questions before giving her some ideas and showing her some cars that she might like to test drive.

After looking at several vehicles, Colin was able to explain in great detail the differences in buying vs. leasing vs. buying used in terms of costs, manufacturer and factory warranty’s, how financing works, and really what the best options would be for her given the money she has to spend, and the kind of driving she will be needing a vehicle for.

She came home with a lot of information to consider and ideas of a couple of cars that she is narrowing her choice down to.

He has stayed in contact with my daughter since they met a week or so ago, and has offered to be available to answer any additional questions that she may have, and made himself available to her and made her feel like an important customer - which as a mom of a daughter car shopping on her own is really important to me!

She has no interest in even going to look at any other car dealerships after the great service and information she got from Colin Plant. Thanks very much for helping my daughter! I have no doubt you will be handing over keys to her VERY soon!

Not happy with the service center. Went there almost 3 months ago told them I'm getting a message on my dash when I start my car. The message is "warning malfunction". So I waited for about an hour they determined it was a sensor camera. They took all my info, said they would have to order part and they would call me when it came in. I waited a month and a half, no call. I called them, they couldn't find me in the computer because original service person input the wrong phone number. So when they finally find me in the computer system as far as she could see there wasn't a part ordered. So she said she would reorder it and here we are a month and a half again no call. There is no way it should take 3 months to order a part. Not sure what the issue here is but I will not return.

Jeff in the service centre is awesome. I like that I have one person who will know my car and help me keep it in great condition. I also really appreciate that I can book online. Jeff also sent me an email so I could send him pictures of my tires, and again to let me know the car was ready as I mentioned I had conference calls all afternoon.I just bought tires and rims and the install process was seamless. They also found a few things to top up for me that made my car run even better. They also called me to follow up and make sure I was happy with the appointment, and the lovely lady who does the follow ups is so friendly and warm. Very happy to give them my business, they seem very organized and efficient.

(We bought a 2019 q50infinity )Well i will not put all the blame on them. I should have known better if it sounds to good it probably is. Let me tell you the sales person sure promised the world but the minute the money went through things changed quickly. We then talked to the manager himself and he agreed the sales person was wrong then did as little as possible to help and eventually our calls where not even answered and all the promises went away. The service has been so terrible that we are looking to sell or trade the car in so we dont have to ever deal with these people again (4 more years of warranty). This is the nice version

I cant speak to the service team quality as yet. I would recommend to a friend or family looking for a new car, but go through Jaime. New Nissan models have come a long way. After awhile I have a warranty issue, south london Nissan ignored my complaints completely, and never returned to me. Sold a warranty that was told would cover everything. Ive had them fix two issues, each twice. Both are now not working again and another dealer is telling me its not covered under warranty. The A/C has blown a line and that’s not covered either. Ive had the vehicle 20 months and its a 2015. The first issue you denied was a paint issue. The roof racks were rotting. Not covered. I loved my sales man, but after him I’ve never had a good experience. Be careful on what you’re being sold.

Visited there. Started well. They will intentionally delay your stay in store just trying to make you think they are trying to get a good deal for you. Lease application got declined, caused by my foreign visitors status I DON’T blame them.

However, Everything changed after they agreed to refund the deposit. The original deal was OVER charged, I realized that after visited several other Nissan stores.

The process of getting back my deposit is painful. They tried to ask me to contact a person “new car manager” “only person who can authorize a refund for deposit” It is a lie because my friend used to work there and told me they are tricking me. That person is famous of tricking customers to pay more down payment to make lease easier to approve or trick customers to finance instead of lease. Either way customer will have hard time to get deposit refunded or cancel the deal.

After I said I will call the police if they keep delaying to give back my deposit. They finally agreed to give my money back. Before I leave their store they threatened me if I decided to get deposit back they will no longer be willing do business with me. And they said I will leave a bad track mark in the system so that other store may not be willing to help me.

I am like okkkkk it is my fault to get my money back legally? Dealers are obligated to give back full deposit if lease application is declined!

Fancy expensive store bad staffs and disgusting sale strategies there!

If you want to get a fantastic warm welcome and become strangers right after you pay the deposit. Feel free to go ahead and good luck of getting ripped off! If I lie about a single word above, let me die right away!

Some insights: this store’s sales ranking has been one of the worst among all of the Ontario Nissan Stores. FOR A REASON!

I've had good experiences with people in sales department etc, but I just can't trust the service department. I had a brand new car when air bag warnings lights went off a month after purchase. They assured me it worked and they needed to order parts to fix it. I did not trust this advice so I went to another dealership and got the issue fixed within 6 hours. I did not hear back from Nissan South until 6 months later. It does not take that long to order a part. The dealership literally forgot about me. My safety mean's zero to them.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From the high pressure sales tactics to the horrendous scam of a service department, I will NEVER deal with them or Nissan/Infiniti ever again.

I was literally ripped off and told I needed work I did not need a few times by the service department before I wised up and started going elsewhere.

The service department and manager (Stuart) also refused to honour my Nissan platinum warranty unless I agreed to pay an administration fee to get the work done first. The work was fully covered under the warranty but South London Infiniti wanted to charge me an extra administration fee. The reason as per Stuart, the Service Manager - because I did not give them enough service work anymore. As noted above, the reason for that is because I had been ripped off before and started going elsewhere for general service work.

Most of the positive reviews are either friends, fake accounts or new customers that don't know what this company is about yet. Think carefully before doing business with this company because they are very dishonest.
