I was in town visiting from the Ottawa area and had a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor that was inoperable. I called Dale Downie Nissan, and discussed my issue with John Middleton (Assistant Service Manager). From the moment John took my phone call, he was courteous, professional and although I did not have an appointment, he advised me to bring my vehicle there for repair and he would ensure it got fixed. John was thorough, engaged and was a true brand representative of Nissan Canada and Dale Downie Nissan. I commend him for his exceptional customer service, professionalism and attention to detail. If I were a resident of London, I would unequivocally bring my Nissan to this dealership for all my service/ maintenance requirements.
I had very bad experience with this particular dealer. The manager has only motive to generate cash for his showroom. He did a past dealing of Nissan Altima 2.5SL with an accident with one of his known at a higher end on basis of market price. Now he is busy in overcoming his loss. The car is in their showroom from past a year. He is expecting us to pay amount equal to how he purchased. I seriously feel cheated. They feel as if covid as only hampered their showroom not to genuine public. Just an advice to the showroom if covid as affected your day to day life it has affected us also. Stop making yourself look sufferer.

Sarah explained the financing process and went over my options for warranty. She returned calls in decent time and gave me regular updates.
They went over options with my nephew and even though he wasn't able to take home a Nissan today, he will definitely be returning next year!

Overall a very positive experience. The car looked brand new when I went to pick it up. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership.
Took vehicle in to get leak in tire fixed. They called with a repair list of all these other "issues" totalling $3600+tax. Took to trusted family mechanic and they quoted $1200 with taxes and also stated that some of the issues didn't need to be fixed/replaced yet.
Don't be scammed or pressured into anything. Shop around!!!

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership today while dealing with the Parts and Service department. My Altima has special wheel locks, and I had recently misplaced the key. Everyone in town I called either quoted ridiculous pricing or simply couldn't get the job done. Jacob from the parts counter was extremely helpful as well the service tech, and the task was taken care of with ease, and at an extremely reasonable cost. Thanks again
I always have amazing service when I go to Dale Downie. These people always have service with a smile and seem to legitimately care for you as a customer. I originally got my used Rogue from them and any issue that came up (which has been very little) they have fixed without issue. I will be giving them my business for many years to come.
Took my car in for an oil change. Made an appointment to be sure it would be in and out quickly.
Took them 1 1/2 hrs to do a simple oil change. Totally unacceptable. Will no longer have my vehicle serviced here as this is not the first time I have had an appointment that wasn't honored.
If you have better things to do with your time than sitting in their waiting room.....take your car elsewhere.

I Never thought i will buy a Nissan Car but Dale Downie Nissan made it possible ..When i test drove the vehicle i was so impressed with the car it is by far better than other sedans in its class .. when i liked the altima and decided to go for it i was worried about the price but sales manager James lee was very helpful helped me to get it at a unbeatable price which i am very happy and his manager Jen Roberts further helped me to close the deal smoothly .it was really wonderful experience so far. i highly recommend this place for both new and used car buyers. please don't waste your time looking around go to dale downie nissan directly and find your car they have wide range of choices and great deals. once again i thank entire dale nissan team.
Rohland (AKA Rolly) was the best car salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After much stress and anger at the OTHER Nissan dealership (I've been a customer of theirs for almost 10 years), we were happy to get a great deal and feel great about our purchase through Rolland. He was fair, honest, customer focused and a really nice guy! If you want to feel good about your car purchase--- make sure to visit Dale Downie.
My initial experience with this dealer was satisfactory, friendly staff ect. Took a vehicle for a test drive and had to be supervised by a Nissan rep which we've never experienced at any other dealer. Because the dealer didn't have the make and model I was interested in pursing I was required to leave a deposit for a locate which was based on terms pending sale (test drive ect). When we decided not to pursue the sale and honour or agreement I had two very unpleasant conversations with two levels of staff at this dealership who told me since I left a deposit the sale was final. Finally I was able to schedule an appointment to have my deposit refunded, sat in the office for an hour and a half while the person who needed to sign off on my deposit never showed and we left without our money. They effectively transferred my deposit onto another vehicle which we knew very little about. Once we informed Nissan that we would not be pursing this other random vehicle, it took numerous phone calls and emails which were not responded to before finally having a date to get my deposit refunded. I have received the deposit back, will never return to Nissan as a dealership in whole, and will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
We left with the overall impression that this team just wanted to make a sale on anything they could and didn't have our best interest at heart. Do not leave a deposit, if they don't have what you are looking for go somewhere that does.
I bought a 2009 Nissan Versa earlier this year and I love my car!! I visited many dealerships and felt that the staff at Dale Downie Nissan treated me with respect and were very honest which is not something I can say about other dealerships.
