Purchased my Nissan Sentra 2013 here. I’ve been having constant issue with this car this past summer. I had the mechanic look into my AC issues three times and each time they charge me for a fixed that was never fixed. Why are they charging me? What kind of a service is this? Don`t purchase at this dealer!!! ***BUYER BEWARE***Sold us vehicle without some option`s to get the deal. Manager Andrew promised to call us, but did not call...said that they did not make enough money on the deal during pickup. Can only imagine how many corners were cut!!!! This was my first car purchase and so I was a bit intimidated and nervous about the entire process. Luckily, Danijela was my sales consultant and made the entire process easy. She was very welcoming, patient, honest, easy to talk with and went over and beyond to help me even after her work hours. On Friday May 1, 2020, my 2015 Sentra, with less than 28, 000 km, had the engine light go on 3 DAYS after the warranty expired. Apparently Nissan transmissions are still sub standard, given the number of reviews that I've been reading. My car also has 4 spots of rust on the trunk. How any car company is allowed to continue to sell a vehicle that they know has major problems is a crime. Nissan head office insisted that I call the service manager and discuss if they will cover the cost of changing the fuel pump ($800 + minimum $400 labour plus tax). Unfortunately I left a message today with the service rep, who assured me that I would receive a callback from the manager today, but they're now closed and I still haven't received a call. I can't drive the car because it's now a safety hazard, as it can stall at anytime, without notice. I had been to this dealership recently to inquire about buying a Nissan Kicks, but if this is how you stand behind your vehicles with known issues, this Sentra will be my first and last Nissan.

Terrible experience! Would not recommend AT ALL. Went in looking to lease a car and ended leaving with paying when I wanted no down payment AND a massive headache. Not only did the representative not give me the best deal possible until I had to ask for discounts that I should be getting but his manager was completely unapproachable and lacked serious customer service skills. After two weeks of back and forth with the representative, when I went to go pick up the car I find that the manager had put down my deposit to get my car delivered to the dealership as my down payment for the car - When I advised him that I had no intention to put a down payment he became rude and stated that the only way to find fix this was to run my credit AGAIN without a "down payment". Manager lacked professionalism, approachability and on top of that did not even bother to say sorry for the huge mistake he had made. Once I received the car and traded mine in - I find out that the dealership did not pay my previous balance in full so I was still having to pay my previous loan AND the new one. When I attempted to get a refund for their mistake they gave me the run around. A week and a half begging for my refund. The only apology I got was followed up with "It's my job to apologize". I have to give Kudos to the representative (Radu) for being able to stay professional while dealing with his managers because they were an absolute pain to deal with. Overall, an incredibly terrible experience. For someone who had such high hopes to begin a great rapport with this dealership I ended up leaving disappointed and frustrated.

Terrible customer service. Had an issue with my car and was told Nissan would send a tow truck. 3 hours later and it never arrived and there was no follow up from Nissan. We got this resolved the next day. Then when we tried to connect with the service desk, we couldn’t get through to anyone. When we finally reached a customer service rep, they told us someone would call to help us with the issue, and that didn’t happen either. It’s now day 5 without the use of the car. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely awful service. Jeff is lazy, refused to help me with my warranty. Kevin tries to make you think he's giving you a good deal, meanwhile he's actually screwing you over. They replaced a couple of engine belts, which caused the car to make a screeching noise. I took it back 3 times, they couldn't fix it. I took it to Nissan at Dixie and 401, they fixed it on the first shot. I had my alternator replaced at Sherway gardens, and its popped up a warning light, Nissan at Dixie 401 is fixing it now. The car was covered by a 3rd party warranty I had purchased. Jeff told me that he contacted my warranty company in regards to the alternator and was told it wasn't covered. I later found out he didnt even call, and it cost me $1000 out of pocket that should have been covered.

He made me feel very comfortable and was upfront about everything. Today I had to bring it in for service. Although I could not reach anyone by calling through to the service department, I did email Dan and he got me through to someone. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day. Jeff assisted me once I got there and was amazing. He looked at my vehicle and knew exactly what to do. I was in and out within 30 minutes (probably less) my issue was resolved and they also sprayed my car down! Jeff made me feel comfortable and was super nice. This was my first car purchase since my separation and I couldn’t have picked a better dealership! The service I have received has been top notch! This dealership is also fantastic as they will transport your winter tires between different dealerships if it's easier for the customer which is something I have no experienced with other dealerships.

The waiting area is also more comfortable and they have a separate children's waiting room with toys and stuffed animals.

Leah McCarthy is very knowledgable and showed me all the highlights of the Rogue and was able to meet my budget. I went on for the servicing of Nissan Altima 2009 at Sherway Nissan and had the best experience out of all previous servicing experience. This was the first time I was visiting this dealership as I had been recommended by some of my friends who are regular customers.

The service manager Ashar personally handled all the queries I had and helped in diagnosing the noise which was a big bugger for me for past six months.

Although I live quite far from the dealership I will try my best to make it there every time.
