I have known Chad Allen since 2001. Chad was a salesperson back then and sold me a used Nissan Quest. Since then, I have gone back to Brantford Nissan for a Quest, Altima, Rogue, and now this is my second Rogue. My two Rogues have been brand new and leases. Chad is now the Sales Manager and has introduced Keith to me. Chad and Keith have been very helpful in picking me the best vehicle for the money. Both are very professional and friendly. I told them I would be back in five years for another new one. I live two hours away from Brantford now and will still drive to Brantford Nissan.
Garrett Smith is an incredible sales man and a great person. Ultimately I did not buy my vehicle from this location, (did not have what I required at the time) , that being said dealing with Chad who is a cool level headed person was amazing, he will work hard to get you what you need and work a deal to suit you. They also had a great selection of used vehicles.
I bought a car in February from Mike. He was great and very knowledgeable. Great experience from start to finish! The service department also put Winter tires on quickly and offered great service. Great experience overall and I highly recommend Mike if your buying a car!
We had an absolutely 5 star experience at Brantford Nissan! We were interested in a used car that we saw online and living out of town, we wanted to make sure it was worth our drive. Mike Emmerson (Sales Rep) was extremely helpful and honest from our first telephone conversation, right until we drove away with our new car. Mike was very knowledgeable and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Ian John (Sales Manager) was also a pleasure to deal with as we negotiated a fair and reasonable deal. I know there is a negative stigma attached to buying a used car. This was definitely not the case with Brantford Nissan. A class act for sure! Dave Proctor is the man of the hour. Website stated open at 08:00, but it was only service hours not sales hours. I showed up around 08:10 and browsed the showroom. Around 08:30 I hadn't been helped yet but I noticed a guy sitting at the sales desk. Approached and knocked on the wall asking if they did in fact open at 08:00. Dave advised 09:00 open time for sales but insisted on seeing to my needs. Dave offered the best service I've ever had. Answered a couple emails and educated me on a couple points. GREAT customer service!
We had the pleasure of working with Nadine the sales person and Denise the Finance Manager. I called ahead of time to ensure the vehicle was there. They had it warm and running and was in the vehicle in no time when we arrived. Negotiations were fair and transparent. A trade appraisal was done while we were out on the test drive (talk about efficient)! Denise the Finance Manager was patient, knowledge and fought to get us the best rate possible. My 2014 Nissan Altima with 140,000kms on it had the transmission go. $5300 later it is fixed and Nissan Canada will do nothing even though they know there are issues with these transmissions. Their customer service rep even told me it is normal for transmissions to go at 5-6 years! I am disgusted and will NEVER purchase another Nissan!

Nissan Canada requested I contact them and their staff put my request to speak to someone through. Without even speaking to me Dominic made a decision and emailed me to tell me Nissan would be doing nothing to assist with the situation. Another issue, brand new transmission only has a 1 year or 20,000km warranty! Way to stand behind your product.
Since my vehicle was repaired I had it back as the shifter cable was not adjusted properly and it continues to have a vibration whenever I accelerate. It never did this prior to having the transmission replaced.

Went in to replace my all season tires with winter tires and a 1 hour job took 2 hours. Also went in because of a recall. In my opinion, the Service Manager, I think her name is Mary, is really customer service oriented. However, I do not like the customer service from this location and I think the owner needs to evaluate his staff and how they relate to all clients.
Great place! Defiantly go the extra mile to get what you need done. Friday I went in they fixed what needed to be done in 1 hour that they had left before they closed knowing it was a long weekend. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mike Emmerson helped me from day one and was very patient with my decision and schedule. When I finally decided on the vehicle and options Mike found me the colour we wanted and had it available for us quickly. I am very pleased with our new purchase. Our new 2019 Nissan Kicks SR white with black roof is very cool with its tinted windows and amazing sound system rocks! The fuel mileage is as stated in brochures 6.6l/100km - a $40 fill up helps these days!!! With the standard features available for this model, trunk space and head room made this model a great pick! I had enough. I've researched electric vehicles for years and I had a pretty good idea that Leaf was the answer. I was probably the weirdest customer they've had in awhile. I didn't want to test drive it, I just wanted the car. I pushed them to work very, very quickly. I think I wasn't making sense because they were a little shocked at how much I pushed them to get my car out the door in one business day. They managed to meet my very unreasonable deadline efficiently.
I want to say that Denise, Josh and the owner worked seamlessly to meet my crazy deadline. I'm sorry that I was such a quick sale and that I was rushing out to my next appointment because I could see how much they wanted me to know all of the information they knew about the car. Unfortunately, I'll have to do a lot of my learning independently and will go in when I have a list of specific questions.

The cleaner’s who cleaned our used truck did the best job I have ever seen and when they found out my son has allergies they went the extra mile to make sure it was all good and didn’t even charge any extra.

Very Disappointed in the the car cleaning I had done today(May 17th) to my Nissan Rogue. My front window never did get washed, along the side of the seats there is still rocks and hair. I thought by coming to people who do this everyday I would have a clean car. Never again will I have my car cleaned by Brantford Nissan. My husband said I should of went back in but I was afraid of what I may have said.

Bought a 2015 Nissan Versa Note from Kieth, had the best sales experience ever. There was no pressure to buy, and he took into consideration what I wanted/needed in a car then gave me a few options. None of which were out of my price range, there was no pressure or attempt to upsell. After purchasing the service center took equally as good care of my needs. The service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, again they do not try to upsell you on anything. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
