The manager, Steve, always ensures he takes good care of me. He is honest, professional, knowledegable and very personable. Dale, the service associate, is extremely helpful and pleasant. Every test drive I go on, the mechanics know exactly what's going on with my car. I feel very satisfied with the service I receive!

THE EPIC LIFE

It’s my third visit for 24000 km service there since I got my car , I bought from Brampton north Nissan but prefer airport Nissan because it’s close to my house. Even after spending $182 on scheduled maintainance my car was not washed. I requested car wash coupons but was declined . Not impressed at all ! Will prefer other location for service next time rather than facing arrogant staff .

In the past with Nissan I had an unfortunate experience which made me look elsewhere. I was given two different prices regarding a service that needed to be done. However, today Steven turned that around. I get my tires swapped at Nissan and after the change I was noticing something unusual. Steven provided excellent information and recommendations regarding my concern. When mentioning my experience that I had in the past, he reassured that it won’t happen again and to contact him if I have any questions or concerns. Shivam was really Honest and Open about everything which is why I chose to deal with him instead of other places. The buying experience he gave me was done with the utmost professionalism. Infact, he showed his own curtosy to me by dropping me off in his personal car and buying gifts for me upon delivery. I highly recommend Shivam. This five star review is only for Shivam and the very kind receptionist Victoria! But not for any manager such as Sandeep (Sandy) Malik who Lied to me and ripped off me during my delivery. I request the owner Mark Romeo to please look into this matter that Sandy rip me off for $3000 and I have evidence I can present in the court plus when I spoke to Sandy to resolve my issue, he instead rudely shouted at me with arrogance and very sick attitude towards me. Is this what you call a General Manager? He wasn't able to provide me a full truthful break up of the hidden fees he chucked into the MSRP in my second bill of sale. Originally my MSRP was fine but when my salesman got sick and was away - Sandy took the opportunity to change it. And Sandy Rudely shouting me - a customer spending $50,000? That's not a manager Mark, that's an arrogant crook. He is executing some crook business at your dealership. Please discipline him or get rid of him. Thanks, you would do yourself a favor.

Absolutely Amazing!! Pardeep was our salesman and I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. We went in knowing what car we wanted but asked lots of questions to make sure what we were looking at would actually fit our needs. He didnt pressure us to buy right away, gave us rough costings. We went back a couple of weeks later, and was ready and willing to help us finish our purchase. He helped with the quick turn over we needed, between purchasing and pick up. Quality Parts

As quality auto parts, we're a body shop as well as an automotive (aftermarket) parts supplier.
One of our customers needs a rear seal / fender liner and as such, we called Airport Nissan's part department and ordered the parts.
As the part gets delivered today, they state that it's mandatory to pay cash. We explain that all dealerships take credit cards over the phone, we buy $30,000 worth of parts a month.
The parts manger JIM * speaks to me in a condescending tone, speaking over me, asking me "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" after every response in my attempt to rectify this issue.
Needless to say, airport nissan's parts "manager" JIM has no idea how to handle customer service, nor how to speak to other business owners that are providing THEM business. Never had this pretentious problem with 401 Nissan.

pretty good dealership - courteous individuals and friendly staff. however only 2 negative experiences in 3 years:

1. rear car door would require extra effort to close fully and when brought up this issue with dealership tend to have a poor explanation (e.g. vacuum in car), but other doors close just fine.

2. passenger seat LED indicator: This has always been an issue where someone would be sitting in the seat and then LED would turn on, meaning passenger airbags are OFF, however this is obviously not the case. Initially brought up this issue with service manager and after looking at it he simply said there's "complicated electronics" which may take a few minutes to work and nothing is wrong. Sure enough, Nissan just sent me a notice in the mail for a recall last week on this issue which of course makes me wonder why would he lie!?!

I had also very bad experience, I went for car service which was due after 24,000 KM. When I picked my car I did not checked it any scratches etc. and in the evening when I was going for wash my car I found so many scratches on front bumper on passenger side. I call the service center but it was closed at that time it was around 6:30 pm.

It was Saturday on that day, so I went to service center on Monday and showed the scratches to service manager first he refused it and later said OK come tomorrow and they will buff it to remove the scratches. On next day he was not in the office and I talked with front desk guy about this and he send mechanic, mechanic said the scratches are very deep and buffing will not work, he did buffing and that's exactly happened after buffing , the scratches showing more clearly.

I went there for routine service but due to mechanic mishandling my new car has scratches now.

I bring my Maxima here for service and I gotta say it's been a pleasant experience. The price reflects dealer prices so I won't remove stars for that aspect but the service techs know what they're doing and are completely ethical in giving the appropriate options for repairs.

For example, I had warped front rotors and the tech I dealt with said I could machine them now or later when it got worse, the price would be the same. He could have just suggested replacing the rotors at a much higher cost. For this, despite the price point and my car being a last gen model I continue to come to Airport for repairs.

Terrible experience. Twice. The first experience doesn't need description, but the second warrants poor professionalism. I went in to make an appointment with a coupon that gave me $15 off an oil change. I made sure I asked the service people if my coupon would work (since it was sent from London south nissan ), and the man said it would be applied and proceed to schedule my appointment. On the appointment date the guy at the service desk said he couldnt acknowledge my coupon, which defeated my efforts of asking the first guy the week before. This dealership is an extremely poor excuse for a Nissan dealership and they should just fold. The one I go to London and in brampton north always provide exceptional service. This dealership needs to close....just look at their ratings. Smh
