I am always beyond happy with there service, I have been coming here for over a year now.
After dealing with a 2nd hand dealership and being given the run around with a warranty I came to the big guys at an established dealership (Clarington Nissan) they helped me by giving me the Advice I needed to get my warranty reinstated and I have been coming here ever since. They didn’t have to help me at all as I didn’t even purchase my vehicle here but they did. They won me over for life.
I later replaced the transmission in my car With a brand new one from Clarington Nissan. They gave me a loaner car free of charge for a week while the work was being done. They have assisted me with amazingly thorough details. The fan went this winter in my car and they got me in right away so my kids and I didn’t freeze when the snow hit. I can’t say enough good things about Owen and Rocco I highly recommend Clarington Nissan.

I had to order a new tire since mine couldn't be fixed. It arrived faster than I was expecting. I asked Nissan to look at front brakes as I thought they were due to be replaced. The front brakes were overdue and they were able to do it that day even though I had not booked an appointment for that. Nice staff person who went over everything with me. During this COVID-19 mess, the transmission on my car went. It was still covered under the warranty, and the dealership I had bought it at was not answering or returning calls. I heard through a friend that Clarington Nissan was still open. I called and they picked up immediately. I was able to tow my car over right away. They gave me a free rental car while they worked on my car. It took a bit longer because they are down a few mechanics and ordering parts takes longer. But I was so satisfied with their work and help during this time. They were so friendly and helpful and explained everything to me every step of the way!

I wouldn't trust this shop even though it's under new management, I brought mine 2019 brand new Altima for service here first time and they scratched right side parked it the way I couldn't notice the sctrach because it was parked so close to new cars!! Service manager brought in dent guy and both of them said their was a dent from kids playing, but I didn't see any because I know where I park and i take care of my car! They wouldn't take responsibility for it which I still think they damaged it! I would rather bring my car further to Ajax Nissan their service department is great!

I recently took my car in for service. Not only did they squeeze me in a 48 hour window with multiple tasks, but the manager Rocco was beyond transparent about costs and personally made sure my car was safe and reliable for a long drive in a snowstorm. I've had bad experiences elsewhere, so I was nervous, but wouldn't hesitate to drive from ajax to this location for services in the future. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and competent. Who enjoys waiting for their car to be serviced, usually I hate it. But this was the first time, I had ever been disappointed that my car was ready so fast. The waiting area, had this incredible massage chair in it, and free wifi. So while I waited for my car to be done, I got a great massage, and watched Netflix. As an added bonus, they washed my car ! I will be back.

Small showroom but a very large lot with lots of cars on it outside, the service area is nice and has a very nice large waiting room for customers. Staff seems friendly enough and was able to answer all my questions. Although I didn't buy my new rogue at this location I will definitely be bringing it here for all its service.

I had previously given a 3 star review, but have amended it after my recent experience, because they are under new management, and it shows. The new attitude is very positive and friendly, without being pushy, as I had found previously. The staff seems to be all new, and they were very helpful and informative during the process, and were excited for me when I picked up my new car.

If you see poor reviews for this location, check the date of them - any from 2018 or before would be under the previous management, and those issues no longer seem to apply.

What a great dealership. Truly. From the moment I walked through the doors to my actual delivery everything was handled with such professionalism that it was an actual pleasurable experience. I was not looking forward to getting a new car because i dreaded having to deal with the typical sales pitches and haggling that almost always happens. Not at Clarington Nissan. Chad Houthuys was so nice to deal with. Gave me all the information i needed on the actual cars I was interested in and gave each one to me for a test drive. Allowed me to make a decision on the features I liked and wanted. No pressure, no hard sale pitch it was quite refreshing. He was a quite a nice young man and will be dealing with him for my future purchases. I do not think I would want to go anywhere else due to the great service overall.

While we were there the sales manager (I apologize for not remembering his name) came to us fully knowing Chad was looking after us just to introuce himself and the General manager, Sean Williamson also came to introduce himself telling us we are in good hands and if we needed anything to let him know. Team work what a concept. So many times you go to a dealership and I feel like food for the piranhas. Not at Clarington Nissan.

The team at Clarington Nissan blew all other service centers and competitors out of the water and that includes other countries like Australia and provinces within Canada! I came to them out of an emergency halfway between my origin and destination (1-2hrs out of the way). They went above and beyond to assist me during this emergency and even helped keep me calm on the side of the road. When I arrived they had a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me. Like all service personnel, they like to assure customers that they will take care of you but rarely do. Wes, Aakash, Kaitlin and the crew at Clarington rose meet that promise and really did take care of me.

They had my car for over a week with a transmission replacement (2013 Juke) and when I picked it up they had even washed the outside of my very dirty vehicle. I was so blown away by their service that I returned to them a short time later, again driving 1-2hrs to them, with a brake issue where they once again bent backwards to assist me. Even after I left the dealership, any questions or concerns I had I could call and they would take the time to explain the mechanics of the vehicle and why I was experiences what I was. All without making me feel ignorant for not already knowing this. It is that care and consideration that you are a person and not just another ticket that really sets them apart.

I may have gone to them out of an emergency but I am staying for their quality of product service and unwavering morals that reflect in their client service. I would not hesitate to recommend their service department.

**Side note about sales, Dennis sat down and chatted with me one of these days while I was wait for my vehicle and I asked to price out a new one. He was also very knowledgeable and personable (as all car salesmen/women are) but he knew I could not afford a new vehicle at the time but still enjoyed the conversation and treated me as if i was dropping money on a GT-R!

What an amazing place! I was having problems with my car, I called them and within an hour they diagnosed my car and arranged a rental on time for me to pick up my daughter. Update: Currently working with this location to resolve these issues. I was contacted by management who explained a few things over the phone and were apologetic about what had transpired and assured me that they were working on discrepancies. My rating reflects the fact that even though my initial visit was disappointing, i respect a company who values their customers enough to reach out and prove that they value me as a customer! Much appreciated! Hopefully my next visit will increase my rating even more.

Original post: I brought my car in to have the tires changed today and to have my front left wheel looked at to see what was making the noise. I've never been charged for a noise check when my car is already up on the hoist. Price changed for tire change from $34 to $48, which is huge, and then they wanted $120 to take a look at the wheel! So i went to Toyota (accross the street) only $34 for tire change and $57 to check the wheel. Guess 10 years of loyalty isn't much for this new management! Thanks Toyota for having my back❤

The service department staff at Clarington Nissan are superb. They care about the customer and will go out of their way to ensure you leave a happy customer.

I have had a number of issues at Midway Nissan (which is where the vehicle was purchased) and chose to switch to Clarington Nissan as soon as they opened up for all servicing requirements (not currently looking for a new vehicle just yet).
The service I was receiving at Midway was leaving me NEVER wanting to own another Nissan product ever again - I tried posting a review on Midway Nissans site to express my immense displeasure and disappointment with them - they censor every review and will not permit negative reviews to be posted.

The staff at Clarington Nissan have definitely changed my opinion and views of the product they sell. They are backing up that Nissan name - yet they were not the ones who sold me my vehicle - they have gone above and beyond to win back a loyal customer - the 2 Dan's behind the service desk at Clarington Nissan are honest and do what's required to keep the customer happy.

Here's to keeping my vehicle on the road for another 5 years

Horrible experience!

my wife was looking at purchasing a 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum as her current Maxima is starting to get older. We decided to stop in and visit Clarington Nissan as it was fairly close distance to our home in Courtice and thinking since the store isn't busy we would get decent treatment. Unfortunately that was a mistake, I spoke with Joey who i must say was exactly like one of the greasy car salesman that make all the other honest hard working guys a bad name . Horrible at his job, very limited product knowledge, incredibly rude and ignored my wife pretty much the entire time even though he knew the car was for her as we told him MANY times! Lied about a lot , very poor selection of vehicles , incredibly poor management.

This is a new store and i have stopped in before looking for the murano and spoke to someone else as the entire staff has changed in a matter of 4 months and changed for the worse the way it seems.

You will never earn my business Clarington Nissan and i will make sure none of my family or friends visit your dealership either, With Joey on your sales floor i dont think you will go far in a very competitive business.
