After looking at a few other places, putting my deposit down at one, and leaving due to feeling pressured... I ended coming to Applewood Nissan to look at what they had to offer. I ended up purchasing my first new car. I am very pleased with the whole process from the sales team with Jas and Harry, to financing with Roman down to the final insurance paperwork. I came in nearing the end of the day, a little disgruntled from prior engagements, and was greeting warmly. After learning and picking which car I wanted, I was shown every model in the lineup and all the different features thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered, I was encouraged to test drive multiple cars and models to really get a good feel of what I want which really helped, and still I felt no pressure whatsoever.. after signing the papers I was to come back to pick up the car the next day. After going home and discussing things over with family, I ended up changing my mind on some options. The next morning I came in wanting to change to a different color both inside and outside and I decided I wanted a couple of accessories as well. Without hesitation, Roman quickly redid the paperwork, repeated the process of explaining and signing papers, and the team got the new car ready. I left confidant with my decision to Purchase the car/options chosen, knowing how to use it and all it’s functions.
I highly recommend the team at Applewood if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. I found the team was honest, attentive, accommodating, informative, and very fair. They helped me pick my car and price it right.

We bought a used SUV from there and they were really friendly. When we got to the highway and got it up to highway speed it had a severe vibration in the front end. I called the day after I bought it and was told to bring it back and that they would fix it. When we took it back, we were basically told that it was our problem now and that we should have noticed during the test drive (in which we didn't get it up to highway speeds). The only thing that they were willing to do is diagnose the problem which turned out to be a bad front wheel bearing. They would not do anything for us even knowing that we had to drive 700 kilometers on a bad bearing to get home. This was a $25,800 vehicle. Buyer beware!

I will never recommend this place to anybody looking for sincere customer service experience. They wasted my time twice, gave me false hope multiple times and were interested in getting me hooked onto an expensive payment even when I repeatedly told them my budget. They show they're helping but only to get you pay higher. Taylor was nice nevertheless
I have always owned a Nissan, presently I have two Nissan Vehicles. I have always purchased my vehicles from this location. However never again!!!! Terrible customer service, terrible management. I had a issue with my Nissan, rudeness from everyone in Service. Except from Scott. I have dealt with him before and is always polite. Not returning calls, putting you on hold, I have called for three days before I could actually speak to the General Manager Jeremey. Who was rude, abrupt an accusatory. He accused me of me raising my voice when he would not even allow me to complete a sentence. I was trying to explain to him that I have had nothing but issues with the Nissan I purchased his answer to it was as the car gets older the issues start happening. Not a very good way of representing his brand. I would expect empathy and resolution but he chose to use the blame game and and tell me that I was not servicing the car, when I explained to him I have always been spot on with my services he answer was oh well, I will check with the service department to actually see if you are doing it.How can this man lead a team blows me away. Only when I asked him to please allow me to finish my sentence and explained to him that I was looking to buy a new car he became as sweet as Pie. An absolute scam. I will not only not go to that dealer and buy a Nissan ever, I will make sure I let everyone know how terrible that place is. You need serious help, business is not about selling cars is about understanding your customer needs and excelling in customer service. Most Horrible experience ever.
RESPONSE-Jeremy, this is another example of how you never even gave me an opportunity to finish my sentence and hence you did not know what I was calling for. I have done very single service, may be not with the applewood Nissan location and I have proof of it. I also understand my vehicle has the mileage. I had called to complain about the customer service and the response and wanted to buy another vehicle. Apple wood did not care. There is an advertisement your agency puts on radio about spreading positive messages, I am sure there should a cue from that and you can also learn how deal with a customer. I will never ever get a Nissan again.

I had issues with my car and the glitches it has with it. They took my car for 5 hours claiming the issues have been fixed.
When i came back, they literally tried to bs their way through it and basically told me they didnt do anything.
Jason asked if i am happy with the car which I clearly said no so he brings out the GM Leon and repeatedly said they will make sure I will leave happy.
So after making me wait another 2 hours going back and forth claiming they are going to make a great deal, they basically tell me I have to put down $1000 and another $50/month on a newer vehicle.
What a waste of a day and my time...

Went with my mom around last month to just look around. I was looking for a car but my mom and I weren't very familiar with Nissan models. The salesman that helped us there was Sonny, and he was so great! He knew the cars super well, was able to recommend the best model based on the criteria my mom and I were looking for, and made the process of getting a new car so easy and problem-free. Sharan was also another salesman who helped us out, and he was also super helpful :)

This location has a really outgoing and knowledgeable bunch but I particularly enjoyed working with SONNY. He went above and beyond to make leasing a new vehicle as easy and fun as possible for me. He was perfectly professional with a wonderful personality. I walked away feeling like my needs and concerns were taken care of, and I know that if I ever need anything, I can easily reach someone from Applewood for help.
Everyone at the dealership was incredibly pleasant to work with. From my initial contact with Bobbie G in sales who offered to put a permit on the car overnight so I could show my husband (who works nights) for a second opinion. She even drove the vehicle to my house to deliver it to me in person following her shift. Her customer service and intuitive sales strategies were very much appreciated.
Bobby, their GM was eager to close the sale and negotiated a price I was extremely happy with and even offered me a little parting gift on my way out the door. He was extremely personable and I could tell by the energy in the dealership that he is highly respected and motivates his sales team well.
Abby in finance was incredibly pleasant to deal with and really finds a way to connect with her customers on a personal level to get to know them and make recommendations that you can benefit from. She is very good at her job and wondeful to deal with.
The rep who handled my insurance was helpful to find savings for me, as well as the rep who handled the detailing, who rushed to swap out the dead battery on the second remote key were wonderful to work with.

I have a 2004 Nissan Altima, and I brought it to Applewood Nissan for maintenance and repair. It was amazing that they let you get in the shop and let you see EXACTLY where the problem is. The price might be a little bit higher for labor, but I think it's totally worth it (Not to mention they are actually cheaper than Canadian tire).The service was very good, I would give them a 10/10. Definitely recommend to book an appointment because they do get very busy, plus you can just do it online. PS, Thanks to Brian and the mechanic! PPS, Fancy coffee machine and nice waiting room.

When anyone went for buy new vehicle then everyone is with you. They are offer you everything coffee water they are with you every time. When we finish the deal and pay bills everyone are changed. I hate that type deal. I don't come back again in any Nissan showrooms and nothing send to any known. I don't like to say anything wrong because I am sober guy. Sorry
The service I have received was very disappointing. I regret getting a brand new car here worth around $36k. But there is nothing I can do now. I love the car but I hate the service. Hate the manager who just passed us around. What kind of customer service is that? I will never go back there anymore. It happened like a month and half ago but I will never forget what they did to me. Good thing is that the Nissan Head Office talked me out of cancelling all the extended plans i bought and transferred me to King George Nissan instead where people are very accomadating and nice. Won't recommend Applewood to anyone I know.

Bought a 80k GT-R from these guys.
Kinda pushy on the financing, and started with an absurd offer - it was almost insulting.
They couldn't even give it a proper detailing.. Just a wash and tire shine..there was that dirty deposit on the wiper-control, etc.
To top it off, they added a $4900 life insurance policy without even discussing it with me..
Not to best overall experience..
I'll love my GT-R. but I definitely won't recommend these guys.

I had an amazing time in this dealership thanks to Paul, Katherine, Christine, Eric and all their great staff. Paul was able to get me the car my family wanted after another car dealership dissapointed us doing a bait and switch. The atmosphere in that dealership everyone there made us feel welcome and made the long day not to bad at all. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.
My experience with this place has been a joyful one under Paul and Alex's help. I have been with nissan service for quite a long time but only this is my first time being in touch with the sales and purchasing department. Paul is very nice, patient and professional and he would ask you to test drive a few models to see which one you like the most. He makes the whole process a lot simpler.

Just bought a man van here for the fam. Dealt with a dude named Parm; younger guy, very knowledgable, in fact, crazy knowledgable, and as far as negotiating for the vehicle it was a good
experience. Some dealerships have this no negotiating culture and it takes all the fun out of buying a car, here it was fair and pleasant. Time will tell of course how the vehicle works, but the experience was good. Ask for Parm, he's a good dude.
