STAY AWAY!! This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional and MISLEADING. This dealership should be investigated since they report cars with major issues as “inspected” . Even after they agreed to return it, they forced me to pay for the non-apparent repairs done to my trade in and now they are avoiding the refund of the cash paid. I now have to seek officially legal counsel. NIGHTMARE.

We have been a Nissan customer for 16 years. It was time for a new one we bought a 2018 Nissan Murano. Customer service was great from beginning to end. Vonn and Mike were great. Very polite and nice. Vonn went over everything in the SUV before we left the lot. I would definitely would recommend this dealership. Loving the new SUV.
Great service !! Anthony was fantastic and the Same with the lady in the business office. The only negative thing was they did not have a lot person to clean the car for us and had to be sent out. Took an extra 2 hours. The dealership was nice and friendly.

Saddest excuse for a dealership...first of all..theres no actual detail dept..so, used cars are not professionally cleaned..tons of missed spots everywhere, cupholders/between seats...when u want to view a car...all u get is a quick wash and vacuum...no sanitation at all, if any salesman tells u eitherwise, he's straight up lying as there is only car wash soap available....Response from owner is a whole lie...the "Detailing" gets done at MAZDA...God knows what kind of cleaning tools and effort the detailer puts in..im an actual professional detailer but got hired as a lot attendant...so whatever right?

Vonn asked us a few questions as to what we were searching for and immediately had options for us. Vonn made us feel comfortable as it felt like we were talking to a friend rather than an employee trying to take all our money. He kept it real and frank, and offered his opinion which helped us come to a decision. Neil was just as exceptional as he was incredibly knowledgable in his field. Also a bonus, he looks just like Jeff Goldblum so it felt like we were in Jurassic Park the entire time. Both men went above and beyond to answer our questions and make us comfortable. Everybody in the family left excited as to what is to come with this new vehicle! I would 110% recommend this place!

This is my first experience with King George Nissan, i live over on Vancouver Island and been searching for a lightly used Nv 2500 high roof van for my company, after searching the web for while i found King George had one on there lot that met my specific needs and some, had low kms, good condition and loads of warranty intact for a few more years, so i made the trip over the ferry, they even picked me and my wife up at the ferry terminal, drove to the dealership, i did may walk around and test drive, payed one the spot as they gave me a beyond amazing deal on it! And i mean amazing!! I will tell everyone i know that they did me well and went that extra mile to do there best to make the sale move smoothly. Immaculate service given here at King George Nissan! Me and my parents were greeted by Vonn and inquired into purchasing a Nissan Kicks 2019; Vonn helped us and made the purchasing process very smooth and simple. Excellent service and we couldn't have asked for any more. Neil made the financing process just as smooth and simple; really great guy and helped out a lot! I inquired online and Vonn called me in the morning by 5pm we had her in a new vehicle at a fair price and received excellent service all the way. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted on site but had it delivered to the dealership within a few hours.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience with the insurance person as he seemed to make the process much more frustrating and confusing than it needed to be.

King George Nissan is the best dealership ever! My family and I purchased our 3rd car from them a few days ago and as always, they made our experience very memorable and provided us with amazing customer service. From my initial phone call through the test drive to making the deal I was treated extremely well and felt valued as a customer. As my family is keeping our older vehicle I had no way to drive to pick up my newly bought vehicle. King George Nissan offered to drive all the way to Chilliwack to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. They also spent time explaining the different features in my newly bought vehicle and didn't rush me on my way. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Had a very difficult problem to diagnose and repair on my X-Trail. It turned out that there was a crack on the ABS Sensor Ring attached to the left front axle that was causing intermittent symptoms of noise and vibration. Service Manager Fred, and technician Rory went out of their way to provide a correct diagnosis and repair, and are to be highly commended for going the "extra mile" to solve this problem. That is what GREAT SERVICE is all about. A big Thank You! from one very satisfied customer.

Bought my wife's Micra from them a year and a bit ago and very quickly realised the staff here actually give a crap. We are a young couple and iI find at some dealerships the sales teams can sometimes profile you.... but not at KG nissan! Their service center has been nothing but spectacular to deal with and has always gone over service records with my wife so she feels she isn't being kept in the dark.
I just recently purchased a 2106 frontier and ended up working with the same gentleman I worked with when getting the MIcra, the guy remembered me! Seriously probably the best sales and service staff I have ever had to deal with.
Remember that the sales staff are people too, don't go in acting like they owe you everything. Be polite and kind and man the sales staff goes to bat for you.
Just had a terrible experience with the sales manager. First try's a bait and switch and when that doesn't work tried to increase the price. A disgrace as a Nissan dealership.

I had an excellent experience today with the business manager, Kathy. She was friendly and informative. She advised me of some ways of saving money (about how 0% financing is not so great if paying off the principal amount quickly. It's better to get the cash rebate and go with a 7-8% interest).
Anwar, the sales associate who helped me today, was also personable and NOT SO PUSHY as so many salespeople at dealerships. Even though White Rock is an hour drive from where I live (North Van), I'd go there to get my car if I ever want another Nissan. (my experiences with Regency Nissan in North Van and Richmond Nissan have been waaaay below average)
