I was phoned about a new car purchase and given options on what they had in stock at the time, and gave me a bit of information to take into consideration when I was making my final decision on purchasing my Nissan Maxima 2014. I came 45 minutes before closing to test drive one car and I ended up heading out for the test drive with 30 min of time. I kindly asked the SALES MANAGER to help me connect my phone to hear how the speakers sound and he was extremely rude to me and said " im not going to show you just listen to the radio and come back quick". Keep in mind not everyone test drives a car for the driving experience, some people test drive for other reasons. Over all dont recommend. Also two days before I came to test drive another car and again they were not very welcoming but atleast he wasn't rude. I believe they are only nice when they see a very serious and determined customer that wants to buy for sure. I even said to him I am only here to get a feel for a variety of cars and im just looking for now.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. I actually work for another manufacturer but drive a Nissan and this morning I went in and saw Sam at the service desk. He got me in right away and was very professional. I had misplaced the lock key and they helped me remove the wheel locks from my vehicle at no charge. Had a great experience at Jonker Nissan in Surrey (Langley Bypass). My wife and I checked numerous vehicles, both new and used. With the helpful and knowledgeable advice from Les, our Jonker rep, who explained pros and cons of each vehicle based on our stated needs and wants. We ended up leaning toward a beautiful blue 2020 Rogue Special Edition.

Les suggested we take some time to think about it. No sales pressure at all. We returned the next day and bought it. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we got a great deal, too.

Not sure what to call this service. That also during COVID Times. This is how you treat your customers. Extremely Disgusting Practice.

Would have liked to buy from the nearest dealership. So, asked for a Lease Quote. Was provided with a quote by "Moe Khan" of over $200/month above what the Nissan website gives you. Do the math. Over a term of 4 years, you would pay them extra 200 X 48 = $9600. That is $9600 more than if I was to lease the vehicle at FULL MSRP.
Asked for a breakdown. Never got a reply back.
Nissan Website quote $514/month
Jonker quote $732/month
Quote from another Nissan Dealership $460/month.

Bought a Leaf from Jonker last year, the sales rep, Bill, was really helpful answered all our questions and was knowledgeable about the car. I usually find sales safe ignore me, probably because of the way I dress :) But Bill went for a test drive with my wife and I even though it as nearing their closing that day.

The service safe is always helpful, and gives accurate quotes before the job. So far no major issues, perhaps the accuracy of the quotes may change depending on the issues, but so far so good!

I had a recall for my 2016 Leaf and needed some slight marks touched up through my extra warranty. After a little conversation they agreed to do both at the appointment. Which was great because I don’t like to have to travel out of my town to the town where Nissan Dealership is.
I was first appointment of the day at 7:30am and was pleasantly surprised that it was open before that time. Sam was great and I was on my way. It took less time than was said and I was on my way home.

I would suggest booking an appointment with Rena when going in to look at a Nissan as she is very knowledgeable and honest.

Since buying my car every service has been seamless. I’ve had to have my tire replaced and the parts manager was able to find a tire and get me in right away! As always the service staff are friendly, professional and quick!

After using multiple dealerships (3), I’m convinced Jonker Nissan is the best! They also coordinate with Joker Auto Spa (which is also amazing) so you don't have to do anything other than say you want to send your vehicle there!

The sales manager was rude and obnoxious. I went there on jonker's claim 'COMP CHECK PRICING'. I shopped around and wanted to check what Jonker had to offer. The sales manager Alex Lopez was very bad-mannered and showed me the door. Definitely going to spread the word about it to all my friends and family. Jonker should take off their '110% lowest price guarantee' claim. You dont have the gut to match what Apple Nissan offered me. No wonder the dealership was empty while other one I visited was busy. You guys dont know how to treat your customer. You suck!

Friendly, courteous, honest, and most importantly - straight forward. If you're going to buy a Nissan in the lower mainland area, visit Jonker Nissan! After totally getting railroaded at the Nissan dealership in Richmond, we called up the folks at Jonker, and were immediately treated like respected customers. They were honest and straight forward - they were clear on what they could do and what they couldn't, and they didn't try to fool us by adding additional costs to the pricing scheme then taking them off and making us feel like we were getting a great deal (RIchmond Nissan! - hope you're listening!!). Without any pain and agony they found us our deal!

Thank you Jonker Nissan for helping us buy the car we wanted, rather than settle for the only car we thought we could get!
