Michael is a great guy, straight up honest not pushy salesman. However the vehicle I am looking for is in short supply. At the end we can't agree on a price (MSRP vs marked up). That lies between the management team and me that has nothing to do with the sales rep. I would highly recommend Michael to assist with your purchase.

I was very impressed how Michael Lin spent time in dealing with us on our recent purchase of a new Nissan Rogue. He was so patient in answering all our questions and made all the effort to make us happy at the end of the day. He did not even hesitate to help my son with a problem he has on his old Nissan Altima even if it was bought in another dealership. His manager Jayson is friendly and very attentive as well.

The cx service at this place is very good. Even my kid was impressed. I would recommend everyone buying a Nissan to come here. I didn't know that the experience was important to me as I bought my first car without even doing a test drive. The previous dealership I dealt with did not even bother to take me for a test drive or acknowledge or speak to me directly as they thought my dad was the one who was the decision-maker. Applewood Nissan Richmond was 100% different. Before my fiance and I even got a chance to get near the door, Michael came out to greet us. Throughout our shopping, Michael ensured both my fiance and I got equal attention and made sure both of us were happy; it was AMAZING. When I brought my car in for the first time for a service, I've experienced a minor issue and brought it up to Applewood Nissan Service team. They took my feedback seriously and responded quickly. The solution they presented was absolutely satisfying and I came to realize that I could trust them to get my car serviced in the future. This is awesome because there are so many repair shops out there who's interested in ripping you off.

Genuine, caring and downright awesome. Micheal Chow and Ben Strickland, I thank you dearly. Micheal and Ben worked hard in finding me a car that suited my needs, my budget and my liking. They were always available when I had any questions, moved their schedules around to be accommodating to my schedule, and even after my purchase have been checking in and ensuring I'm enjoying the vehicle. To top all that off, they presented me with a bouquet of flowers when it was time to drive off the lot with my new car.
It's very hard to come across people like this these days. Thanks Micheal and Ben for slowing things down, explaining things thoroughly and making the purchase about what was realistic to my needs. Talk about an EXCELLENT experience! It is all good at Applewood!

This is my second car bought from this dealer within past five years. They have provided me with superb service . The salesman and sales manger are nice, even the business department are good also. They explained to me everything that I needed to know. I have also referred 2 of my friends to purchase cars from there and they all like this dealer and they told me the service advisors are helpful too.

I bought two spare transponder keys for my Nissan from Craigslist, The chip reader on the car has to be programmed to recognise the code on the new keys and this can only be done by Nissan. I was quoted $60 for the half hour labliur it would take.
I called at 1pm for an appointment, I was told to come in and they would see me straight away. I arrived at 2.30pm and was seen straight away. At 3pm I was told that my keys couldn't be programmed, the tech tried two or three times, they apologised for not being able to do it and billed me $20. I was quite prepared to pay the full amount and was very pleasantly surprised at their generosity and promptness of service. The lady at the service counter was pleasant and efficient, I will definitely be taking my car there when it needs servicing.
