Great new car selection and the purchase process was seamless from car sales to finance. The unhaggle report was invaluable and saved me a few thousand dollars on the final deal. sales people were great including the follow up however the temporary sales office was much to be desired and was not conducive to conducting business.
I've been buying vehicles for a long time and always held sales people and assocaites with a certain amount of suspicion. I had done an unhagle search for a new Pathfinder and received a phone call from Steve the sales manager. There was no pressure just an offer to give them an opportunity to sell us a vehicle. Ultimately after a long search at various vehicles and dealerships we decided on a purchase through Penticton Nissan. We found Steve, Randeep excellent to deal with and some minor things we wanted looked at later on were taking care of with the utmost of professionalism and efficiency, We have been very pleased with the service, response to any questions and the general feel of them wanting us to be 1000% happy with our vehicle and dealings with them. Just bought my little Kicks today and loved my experience at Penticton Nissan. I was early for an appointment at a different car dealership and decided to stop in (My old 2010 Rogue was on its last legs) Taylor helped me out and was a dream to work with. He talked me through all my options, and walked me through all the details of the car specs. Finance was quick to get some numbers ready for me that just couldn't be beat at elsewhere. (Steve and Aaron is the best) And at the end of the day, I felt like it was a team effort that got me on way way in my new Nissan. Brad is an excellent sales person. He is very knowledgable and courteous. He never pressured me and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. Had a question about my VDC OFF light in my 2013 Rogue that the 438 page owners manual was not able to concisely answer. I decided to call Penticton Nissan. I've not ever dealt with them before but figured it was worth a shot. The Nissan rep who I spoke with, Ryan, was incredibly helpful! I was recently coming into Penticton Nissan for some minor service work when Nick Bravi called me to see if I was interested in having my 2014 Nissan Note valued because the dealership had a 2018 Nissan Versa Note CR he thought I might be interested in looking at so I agreed to take a look when I was in the dealership for service. So after showing me the 2018 /versa Note & after much discussion & bargaining with him I decided to buy the car. I can't say enough about Nick. He was very attentive, helpful to me & made sure I understood the whole process all the way through. He did a tremendous job & should I buy another car I will be going back to Nick to do so. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness & kindness towards me. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole transaction. When I took possession of the car, even though I've had a Note before he made sure I was comfortable with all the new bells & whistles that are on the new car. First time buying from a dealership and it was awful. I am a single mom who had a typical cheap (mostly broken) 90’s car when I went to Nissan. I needed a safe vehicle for my son and something that could reliably help me commute to and from work. I came in a found a vehicle in my price range and drove home with it same day. Not even a week later, this car proved to be a total lemon. For the first 2 months I had the car there were plenty of issues, and I brought it to the dealership for inspection. I was told the only fix to one of the main issues was to buy a new set of rims for the car. I was super unimpressed as I had financed the rims (apparently causing the issue) from the dealership. Most of the other issues I was told there was no fix for. After additional opinions and more issues arising I went back to the dealership looking for a solution as the car they sold me was not in any way the condition they stated and was proving such. I came in being told they would upgrade me to a new vehicle at no additional cost to me. Only to be met with a SUPER low trade in on the garbage car THEY sold me not even 6 months prior. To make things worse, after I agreed to get the vehicle for a certain payment, I was met with a payment that was almost DOUBLE in the finance department. The cherry to top things off, the finance department did not pass my direct payment information to the bank after all this, and I “missed” a payment and am now getting a ding on my credit score. I told my sales rep and I was met with a response as close to non-existent as possible. I am so beyond unimpressed. I was completely taken advantage of, and was made to basically buy two cars. No compensation for any of this was ever offered by Nissan.

Pretty amazing experience at Penticton Nissan. Thanks to Nick, Aaron and the Two Steves, we were able to move into a nice upgrade from what we had and with financing, at a payment we could easily afford. They went "the extra mile" for us and made us feel as if we were family. Highly recommended!
We were super excited to go to Penticton Nissan to purchase a vehicle, we had owned a Nissan previously and loved it. We met with a salesman and were very excited to get back into a Rogue for a price we were comfortable with. They agreed on the biweekly payments we wanted and they got the ball rolling. This is when things changed. Apparently their word and signature means nothing because once we got into financing the payment amount suddenly jumped by a significant amount. We stated multiple times that we weren't comfortable with the price, especially since we had agreed on a lower payment and wanted to leave to discuss between the two of us. It felt then as if we were being held hostage until we signed the papers. Luckily the finance director was able to work with us to get us closer to the price we wanted, but it still was not the price that both the salesman and sales manager signed off on which really did not impress us. I am assuming they offered us a price that they could not follow through on. We took the car home with a slightly sour taste in our mouths, especially since it immediately started having issues with starting. We brought the car in to the service department twice and they were able to find the issue and fixed it, which we are grateful for. We have not heard from a single person in the sales department about how the car is working, whether we are enjoying the car or not, or if we are having any further issues. The only correspondence we have had with any of the sales team is being asked to provide a good review right after we took the car home. It feels as though once we signed the papers they could care less about our experience.

Having made the decision that it was time to find a new car and test driving at other dealerships, we walked into Penticton Nissan.
We were greeted by Mike (Turner), I found Mike to be knowledgeable about not only the Nissan products but also about the other makes/models that were on our list of “maybe”. I was able to have frank conversations about what I was looking for feature and price wise. Throughout the week, Mike continued to assist in choosing the right vehicle for the family. I found Mike to be approachable, humorous and professional throughout the process.
Once a decision was made, we were introduced to Aaron Mackenzie. Aaron greeted us warmly and made “the deal” happen. Each time we met, Aaron was able to explain the process and details needed to ensure the financing was in my best interest. Aaron went above and beyond in facilitating my purchase of the Rogue. I found Aaron to be straight forward, professional and enjoyable.
I would also like to acknowledge the back staff member, Christina. She was professional, efficient and kind.
