Nat from sales went above and beyond my expectations, he earned my trust by helping me any time I needed, going over the pure sale by finding solutions for me with other North Vancouver Nissan departments.

I visited more than 5 dealerships in 2 weeks in order to find a right car for me. Out of all the dealers I met, Hosein was the only dealer who showed kindness, respect, and honesty.

Frankly speaking, my husband and I were very picky in choosing a car. Even after we put down the deposit, we asked for a lot of things until all of our worries are solved.

I was there yesterday to trade my car. I had an appointment they didn't say hi and welcome. They just watched me until I ask about the guy's name was Nat; he was with other customers at the same time as my appointment, and he doesn't know anything about my position, and he was so rude to me and wasted my time. Also, they gave me the wrong number and price of my car. I'm so shocked no customer support, And no respect and so rude they skipped my appointment.

Hamid was fantastic! I had talked to other dealerships before talking to Hamid at Nissan and I was treated fair enough but I believe my experience at Nissan was much better enhanced through Hamid's caring attitude and his knowledge of not only what is sold at Nissan but other major competitors. He arranged for as many test drives as I needed and was honest in his assessments of each option. I truly appreciate his help and advice along with his colleagues in financing, Jody and Ron, who made sure that the deal goes through and did not stop their negotiations until they got the desired result. I went in to look at a used Kia Optima for my daughter over the weekend. Patrick Hauer answered my email inquiry within 10 minutes and called me back to confirm the vehicle was clean and didn't have any "stories". When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for us to view and test drive. Patrick was helpful, professional, and not at all pushy. I made an offer the same day and their Sales Manager, Adam Niblock was also good to deal with. They also timed the insurance agent (who was also great) well so we were done with minimal hassle. All in all...this was the best car buying experience I've had. Great job guys and thanks.

I had to make a new key for my car and drove from 1.5 hrs specifically for it. When I received the text to pick up the key and the car, after two hours (it's the time they advised it would take), I still had to wait for almost another 30 minutes to get the car and the key.
My surprise was when I got back home and tried the new key, as it doesn't open the door of the car.
I called to check what was the next step, which is basically going back there. Got explained that as the key is new and the lock is old, this would get fixed overtime. I wonder how, if I can't even open the door!
Not an apology, not a single part of the conversation taking responsibility.

I wonder how in the 2.5 hours that took to make a copy of the key, nobody even checked if it actually opened the door! If they had, they would've realized it didn't open and I wouldn't have to waste one more day (and money) just to drive there to re-do a job they didn't do properly.

If you have the chance to choose, check other Nissan's (and make sure the key works before leaving the place, even if they said they checked)

First I like to thank our sales agent Greg and the general sales manager Zach for carefully and patiently listening to what we want, and producing the best deal for us. These two gentlemen went above and beyond for me and my family.
I asked a LOT of questions (not exaggerating!) from both Greg and Zach in a span of two weeks, and every single time, Greg and Zach worked together as an effective team and answered my questions fully, in a very respectful and friendly manner.

Hypothetically speaking do you guys provide insurance for your loaner cars in case your customer got into an accident ? We got a so called new lease car from you guys only to realize there has been a 2000milage on it and with an en engine light on, gave us a loaner for couple of weeks which we got into accident in and they made us pay the full repair payment for almost 5000 and saying their insurance won cover it, none of this would have happend if we got a new car from the beginning not a cheat with problems. Forcing us into a contract plus making us pay for the accident.

Pretty unfriendly Manager named Adam, spoke with him earlier today and for someone who is suppose to be in customer service and not to mention in charge, is terrible at it. To be fair and honest (because there’s 2 sides to every story) I called looking for the best price on a frontier and made the mistake by saying I’ve told a few other Nissan dealers to find the best price. He kept giving me the run around and was being very vague about pricing and basically said in a rude way come down and we’ll see what can be done. I told him I was calling from maple ridge and would like a ball park over the phone. I realize that the position he’s in but the over tone and attitude I could’ve done without. What a terrible example to set for your staff. I will never recommend or go to this Nissan dealership.

The people in this Dealership were a large factor in the final choice that we made. We love this SUV. It is superior to the Honda, Toyota, BMW, and others that we drove. In all areas. After three months driving the car, we know that we made the right decision. Kam Bagheri (Sales Manager) was our first contact point. He was kind, professional fair and knowledgeable. We leased a 2016 Nissan Rouge from this dealership. It was a great experience working with Manuel (the salesperson) and I believe we got a good deal on the car. Received the car right after our lease was approved (we were lucky they had one with the same spec as we asked for in stock). The lease process was very smooth and very fast (took us like an hour for the financial procedure, insurance and the final check out of the car). In summary working with Manuel was great and we definitely recommend working with him if you are looking for a new car.

The only part of the process which wasn't as favorable was talking to their store manager (I forgot what his role exactly is), Stuart. To be fair they started by giving us a good discount from the beginning, but Stuart was by no mean flexible after that, and didn't even bother talking to us for more than 20 seconds (he was like "that's the deal you've got, I have other things to do"). Other than that everything was great.
