Bought the car July of 22, it has run beautifully, although I lucked out and had nick helping me, he was great although it looks like he has since moved on. The sales managagers were to much for me but nick made it a good first experience.
I just took my vehicle back for its service and I loved the service department, the service manager is the one who checked me in and it was super easy, we discussed what services would be done, I was given a price estimate and low and behold that's what I paid! Would definitely go back to there service department
Geoff and Julia made trading in and buying a used car a great experience. They were fast, efficient and patient with my many questions. I have never purchased a car before online and one I didn't test drive however their support and fast delivery made me confident in my choice to go with Courtney Nissan. I received good attention. They did what they said they would do, offered a quality of life improvement on my vehicle (they've done their research), and allowed me to use a brand new courtesy vehicle off their lot for 5 nights while I worked and they fixed my truck. (The work did not take 5 nights I should specify, there was a delay in the dealership receiving my parts, not their fault, and I also work weekends while they're closed, and needed a means of transportation). While some of their parts were expensive, they seem to be of good quality, and they offered cheaper local alternatives where applicable, just so I was aware of my options before committing to the work. The Service rep Nick helped me through this whole process, and I would highly recommend him if your vehicle needs attention.
Met Julia on the lot & and went over everything I'm looking for in a newer used car in a short time of talking Julia was able to find the exact car i was looking for. Ended up with a perfect find, and an awesome dealership to work with. All promises were kept and i walked away with the car i was looking for! Thanks Julia + team!

The service centre staff was very accommodating for booking me in for an appointment. The service was exactly as expected at the price I expected. They were also very thorough in the inspection and identified possible mechanical issues and quoted for repairs. Overall my experience was fabulous!

I don't know the name of the young woman who's in charge of the Service desk, but I should tell you that I'm very impressed with her. She has a lovely manner of dealing with people and is very efficient and knowledgeable. She personifies the "3 C's" - cool, calm and collected. Brava!
Not even worth one star! If you purchase a vehicle here be prepared for phone calls and messages to trade in your vehicle or to sell it back. I had a conversation with Sean months ago regarding this and my tire fiasco, remember? I had a flat and ended up calling myself to deal with the warranty. We are all human and mistakes happen. My partner and I continued to have the service of our vehicle here (until we looked at other repair shops and realized how expensive it is here). The problem is Sean and I had a conversation where you asked me not to give a bad review and you would put a stop to the calls. Well, here we are not only do I get a message from Matt ( who is the reason I will never purchase a vehicle here) I get one from you, Sean. Julia, I didn't reply to your first message no need for another message a few days later. Take a hint! Happy to move on to Courtenay Auto repair centre they are professional and we have saved a ton of money!!

Thanks to Nick and the rest of the crew. Brought my Infiniti in for a “peace of mind inspection” and associated servicing. The service department was polite and clear with their communications. The repairs were done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. No unpleasant surprises. Very pleased with the experience.

My first experience with a Nissan product and I'm very pleased. Ecstatic actually! Drives like a dream, and has so many bells and whistles - that I didn't expect. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and couldn't be happier. On top of that - can't say enough about the exemplary service from Todd Stewart and each person that dealt with me at the dealership (should be called Courteous Nissan!). The car has gone through a safety inspection and everything was brought up well past standard safety. So I'm confident that my new wheels are going to take me "on the road" in a fine manner. In addition there was a short-term hiccup with financing. Sean LeFluer, the GM, was so accommodatiing and I certainly appreciated it. As a new client I received outstanding customer service. FIVE STARS.

We were at Nissan to support a friend who was purchasing a vehicle. Geoff was very personable, honest and professional. He was very patient and we never felt rushed. We bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from your company. We discovered that the radio wasn't working the day after taking it home. Your service department went to great lengths to repair it but were unable to. A new radio was installed however some of the features of the radio didn't work. We were instructed to take it to the local Jeep dealer and they determined that the radio was defective. We had to pay $179 for the diagnosis. We decided to purchase an aftermarket radio. Your dealership was unable to return the radio to the Jeep dealer as they had discarded the packaging. I now have a defective Jeep radio. I was denied reimbursement for the diagnosis fee at the Jeep dealer and basically had to pay for my new radio. My request for some reimbursement was flatly denied.
Very happy with my recent service experience at Comox Valley Nissan. Had a Leaf 1 service and hitch installation. Car came back sparkling. Also excellent shuttle service. Added bonus, came back the next day and the helpful mechanics attached my bike rack for me. Thank you!

I took my truck in for service some time ago. I had to pick it up after hours. So I brought a second key
I could not find the key that was left in the truck so I thought they you kept it
I would swing buy and pick it up later. No issue.
We checked back and there was no key
I ordered a new key. 300 bucks plus
I started my truck to warm it up
I went back in the house
I went back out to get in my truck and the door was locked
My missing key had been put under the front mat
stepped on it getting out of the truck and had to call a service man to unlock it BCAA
IN FUTURE please ensure the location of keys left in vehicle is communicated to owner
Good customer service. Identified potential safety issues and effected appropriate repairs. Car runs smoothly. Left a hole in our bank account, but we'll live with it. Car was nice and clean at pickup.
Thank you for opening such a roomy comfortable and beautiful home. Love the views we woke up to see the deer roaming near by and an eagle. The eagle nests close by and he announces a good morning as he flies by the home.. Hope to enjoy another stay in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Courtenay Nissan. I was selling my 2019 truck privately and they reached out to me to buy it, we agreed on a price and they bought it. Long story short I didn’t receive the money for the truck until just over 4 weeks from when they took the truck.
I called multiple times throughout that period, finally I went in and talk to them and he said he was going to look into it for me, I asked him to call me with an update and he never bothered to get back to me but finally I received my money.
I will definitely not do business here again.

This was easily one of the best customer services experiences of my life. My Xterra started acting up on the way to Courtenay for work. Paula saved my whole trip and got me a courtesy car before they were even open, so that I didn’t miss a single meeting. She and Julia made sure a not great bill and repair was actually enjoyable. This is my favourite dealership in Courtenay! They really tried to help me find the best deal on a new electric car! The sales consultants Isabella and Geoffrey were very supportive and answered all my questions about the Nissan Leaf and its fuel economy. It was my first time visiting the dealership and she provided all information that I needed about the Leaf and showed me the car inside and it’s modern features! Thank you. I reached out back in January and started talking to Brittany she was very helpful very informative offered all kinds of things for me and then ultimately after all her time I decided I just wasn't ready, then yesterday she became an absolute Rockstar of a salesperson for me.

I had to hang around all day for the most part and she definitely help make that a joyful time we had fun it's nice to spend that kind of money and still have lots of fun, all the staff I came across yesterday was wonderful and helpful but that young lady was definitely a shining star.
