Our sales rep Allen Coosemans was so awesome at getting us what we wanted. He treated us so well while we were there and tried to meet all our needs and asks when buying a new vehicle. We ended up with a 2020 Nissan Rogue and honestly are extremely happy with how the whole experience played out. I had had such a negative view on car dealerships after the last time I bought a car but Morrey Nissan, and more specifically Allen, turned that opinion around.
I would absolutely recommend both the dealership and Allen to anyone looking for a good car buying experience in the future.

Buying a new car can be stressful in many ways. However, the professionalism and friendly attitudes of James Hartley and Spencer Morrey at Morrey Nissan do a great job of making the whole process much easier. They have extensive knowledge of their excellent product and present it in a way that is very easy to understand. They are happy to answer any questions and do a great job of following up with their customers. They don't forget the customer after the deal is done but are happy to answer questions on an ongoing basis. We bought a new 2009 X-terra from James at Morrey and remembered his service so well that we returned now in 2020 for our new Kicks. Spencer is a great addition to the team and equally professional. They and the rest of the team at Morrey made purchasing a new vehicle a real pleasure.

Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership to say the least. I saw a car on their site, went to go check it out that same day. At the dealership, after going for a test drive, I was hounded by multiple salesmen asking if I wanted to take the care home today. This was to my surprise as one sales advisor there said that they had just gotten it in as a trade-in the day before and it had not gone through inspection... buying a car before an inspection? Odd...Especially when brakes were squeaking and tires had minimal tread, including a bulge on the sidewall (extremely dangerous to drive on). After a week of waiting for a salesman to send me the inspection report, I finally got a copy of it. When I inquired about the price of the car again, the salesman told me a different price than what I had seen and even screenshotted a picture of the ad on their site the day I went to go see the car. The rationale from the salesman was that they re-priced the car based on the market. What’s more interesting is that the “was” and “now” prices are all part of a sales tactic they use to try to make it seem like they are giving you a good deal. Not only is this malpractice not a good representation of good customer service, but it’s blatantly unethical. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. A big waste of my time. Stay away from this dealership if you want a trustworthy, seamless and hassle-free experience.

Spencer Morrey was awesome when we purchased our new Qashqai. He had all the answers to our 'silly' questions. He was professional, definitely polite and demonstrated a sense of humour when the situation arose. He went out of his way to have some minor scratches looked after at the body shop. He also directed us to the proper people when we were finalizing our purchase. He is an all-round pleasant personality and a credit to the Morrey family and their business! I purchased a 2019 Nissan Leaf from Morrey Nissan Burnaby. I would highly recommend Allen Coosemans, Brand Specialist and Sales Personnel at Morrey Nissan. Allen was thorough, patient and honest (these are key qualities one must have as a good car sales person, in my opinion). Allen walked me through every step of the process in purchasing with absolute patience and understanding. I was quite anxious throughout the process, as this was my first car purchase. I never felt scared to ask him "stupid questions." Allen was exceptional in showing me all the features of my new car during the test drive and at the time of delivery. He was professional, hardworking and genuinely cared to find a vehicle that was the right fit for me. He was not "pushy" at all, and I really appreciated his overall approach. Furthermore, he always made himself readily available to answer questions via text/phone call/email. Allen was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself, and gave me resources/references to install home chargers etc. This guy actually cares, and if you are looking for an honest car salesman, he's your guy! And I'm SOOOO happy with my new leaf :D

i got a quote for a lower control arm repair $900
called around to see how much it will cost me to repair somewhere else and found out it is $200-$300 job.
i refused to go ahead with the repair and they give me the car back with 2 broken parts now - lower control arm and a cv axle saying this mechanic drove the car and it broke.
i got a phone call from them saying this car cannot be driven when a control arm is damaged!
then way the mechanic drove my car???
ended up towing my car away from this place

I contacted Jack through a CL ad for a 2013 Toyota Avalon. Long story short, Jack was too busy to deal with me, except when playing a "good guy" when I walked out of the deal because the asking price was too high. This dealership did not know basic information such as remaining warranty on the car. They also sold me a car with an active recall notice. For a car that has been sitting on their lot for at least 2 months and having a Toyota dealership around the corner, that was very disappointing. Finally, when I picked up the car the fuel tank was not even full. Not sure what great customer service would that be.
If I was not in a hurry to get a car, they would not have gotten my business. All in all, do not fool yourself - this is still a car dealership, with the usual tactics and "ingredients".

EDIT: the fact that you never addressed any of my concerns by contacting me privately nor in your public response while "assuring" me that you are not like that, not only proves the opposite and that my summary is correct, but also that this behaviour may be your norm. Downgrading my rating to 1 star.

Jack (salesman) and James (manager) both were very friendly and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

However, upon delivering a brand new car the engine hood was not aligned properly (obvious uneven spacing on the right and left sides) and there was a rock-chip damage on it already as well. It was kind of disappointing that I waited almost 2 weeks and spent nearly 40K to get a "non-perfect" car. Maybe my expectation was just high.

I had to send it back to the dealership and waited for 5 days which cost me a lot of time. I was offered a courtesy car. Hope Morrey Nissan will fix everything when I get my 2014 Rogue back this Friday and get some compensation.

Overall, I would rate 5 Stars for Jack's and James's service, but 1 Star for the quality check for upon delivering a BRAND NEW car.

Updated: I just had my card and everything was fixed. It looks absolutely beautiful! Thanks, Morrey Nissan.
