Be cautious. I purchased in Sept 2020. I test drove a Rogue Sport that had 131km. On the day I went to pickup my Rogue it was a different vehicle. I could tell because this vehicle had 11km and was SLA model. I chose not to make a big deal about this, but it was a rather 'sneaky' thing to do. I guess they felt that I would not notice the swap? I did mention it to the salesman but went ahead and proceeded with the purchase.

The 1 and ONLY question I asked my salesman was will my brand new winter tires from my 2014 Rogue fit the new Rogue. He checked and said yes they would. A few months later I was surprised to learn that the tires were not the same size. It cost me over $800 to put them on rims and to add sensors to make them fit. At the time of booking my first service I let them know, and was told that the salesman no longer worked there. He didn't make a notation of our conversation, and because it wasn't on file, and I hadn't purchased either my tires or rims with them they would be willing to offer me a free oil change! Seriously?! I had asked for a partial credit for service... not a bad deal for them because in the past I have always done all my servicing directly through the dealer.

Really shoddy customer service, and the vehicle swap was rather questionable as well. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to make your purchase!

Our experience started out quite well. There was a Van we liked, excluding some damage to the back bumper, front bumper and some pealing paint.
They promised me that if I bought the van, all of those issues would be fixed for free.
We bought the van and took it home with instructions to bring it back in a few days. Before bringing it back we noticed that the back passenger seatbelts were completely covered in mold. We called and they told us that would be fixed too.
We drove an hour and a half back to the dealership a few days later to drop off the van. A few days after that they called us and told us it was all fixed.
We drove all the way back and found that only one issue had been fixed. We pointed out the remaining issues again and they told us to leave it and it would all be fixed. When we came back a few days later, again most issues were not fixed. This time they lied to my face and said that those issues were never mentioned.
They refused to fix them.

We were originally very pleased with the service we received. Our salesman repeatedly told us that if we purchased the vehicle, all cosmetic issues would be fixed. We very specifically pointed out a number of issues, and were told "Yes, absolutely that will be fixed. You don't have to worry".
Originally we were told that we could take a courtesy car home that day, and then pick up the Van when everything was fixed. Once we finalized the deal, we were told that we would actually have to take the van that day and return it it a few days for repairs. It's pretty far out of our way, but not the biggest deal.
Once we got home with the van and pulled the rear seat belts out, we noticed that they were absolutely covered in mold. We called and they again promised that that and everything else would be taken care of.
We dropped the van off, and quickly went over everything that needed fixed. A few days later we went back to pick it up, and found that 4 of the issues they promised to fix were not fixed. We left the van with them, with their specific promise that those things would now be fixed. They called us back a few days later and told us the Van was ready. Again we drove back and found that 2 issues were not fixed. This time they told us that those issues were never mentioned and they never promised to fix them. 2 people then repeated lied to my face about things we all knew weren't true.
I had originally recommended Nissan abbotsford to several people who i knew were buying cars soon. You can sure bet that I will be telling those people to never ever go there.

Went in for a recall . They did an excellent job there but informed me that my serpentine belt was old, needed to be replaced. I was quoted over a $100 for the belt and almost $200 to install This belt is only $22 at Lordco. And takes only 0.5 of time to install. Guess it's buyer beware, do your research. Get quotes before they take your money.

I was very happy with purchase of my frontier.
Yet when I went in to service department the experience was negative.My battery post was
Were leaking ,only 2 years old and I asked for new battery and the service manager did not
Stand behind his product.
He was very snooty when asked why a 2 year
Old truck battery posts are already leaking
He seems not to understand that the this is because battery is faulty and venting.
That I will have to replace myself.
I do not feel supported by Nissan.

Needed a radiator for my Frontier and "authentic improved performance" part was only $35 more -direct from Abbotsford Nissan with brass fittings rather than from other automotive supplier with aluminum fittings. Not double $ as I was expecting. Also had proper fluids available

Do not buy a Nissan. They have faulty CVT transmissions which Nissan USA recognized and extended the warranty but not in Canada. Buyers beware. I bought my vehicle at Abbotsford Nissan. Yes it absolutely has to do with this dealership as you knew there was an issue with these transmissions and you did not do the right thing by replacing it. The warranty was extended in the USA to 10 years and 120 000 miles (not km) but Nissan Canada could care less and did not do this leaving the buyer stuck with a $4500 bill for a new one. You as a dealership should have done the right thing and replaced my faulty transmission. To save money I bought the used one that you found in Surrey, that one has also recently died too! I will never buy Nissan again.

Plain and simple. The place is run downright terribly. Treats their employees like absolute trash. Has horrible standards and unacceptable expectations. Zero care for customers or their safety after their vehicle is through the shop. This place is here to empty your pockets and do the bare minimum on your vehicle. Dave is immature and irresponsible and will run this place into the ground while blaming it on everyone but himself. Can’t wait to see this place shut down.

This dealership is a joke. I first went 3 months ago. Left because the salesmen were unexperienced. The manager was rude and they kept trying to ad on costs that were unnecessary. Came back because one of the salesmen said they were having an employee discount huge sale on the vehicle i was looking at. Went in. Waited an hour to be given an offer that not only did not have a deal... but was actually over 1000 dollars more expensive then the offer....without the deal. When I called the manager out on it I was told to leave and go somewhere else. Which I did and got a much better price without the attitude.

Terrible service, shady business. Would not recommend.

After about 4 days of negotiating with the sales agent I was dealing with (who I do have to say was quite helpful and seemed to want to make a deal and go to bat for me), I'm incredibly annoyed and frustrated with how the dealership handled the sale of the truck I was after. At the last stages of negotiating a deal, we were down to very fine details (i.e. they agreed to pay for my ferry over, and I had asked them to consider sharing the cost of a truck accessory) and I had asked them to let me get back to them the next day as I didn't want to spend all day going back and forth negotiating on my 7 year old daughter's birthday. So the next morning I was waiting to hear from the agent about the possibility of sharing the cost, and then to make the deal, and the agent told me the truck sold. I had zero idea that someone else was looking at the truck. It was clear to me they were going to make a deal with me. The agent said he arrived at work late this morning only to find out the dealership sold the truck. In the meantime I wasted hours of negotiating and doing research on my daughter's birthday, spent hours finalizing my personal finances, arranged a ride to the ferry, and arranged to take a day off work...only for the deal to fall through out of no where. Incredibly frustrating and very poorly managed.

My BMW recently needed new brake pads. I have always serviced at BMW but when I told a friend of mine in regards to the cost, she advised me to reach out to an Advisor an Nissan whom she has dealt with. I attended and met Jerome Laljee who was able to explain the service Nissan can provide and the difference between replacing rotors vs machining them. For the first time I felt that I was speaking to an Advisor who genuinely cared to provide me details. He convinced me to go through Nissan for this service. Not only did he do that but when I left my kids hockey bag in the car and was in a rush to pick it up and my car wasnt ready yet, he actually had the bag out and ready for my pick up from my car that was in for service. My experience with dealing with Jerome was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Jerome for providing exceptional customer service. Nissan Abbotsford is lucky to have advisors as yourself who make the experience for a customer exceptional. And finally thank you to the service team at Nissan for fixing my brakes.

Had my headlights repaired at Abbotsford Nissan. A few days later during a nightly drive in fog and snow on the Coquihalla Highway, I couldn't see a thing. After returning to the dealership they found out that the mechanic had forgotten to fix the light bulbs so they were bouncing around inside the headlight. This was one of the scariest moments in my life. No apologies from the service desk staff.
I will never go there again and can not recommend this Nissan dealership!

We having been taking my 2009 Nissan Altima to this dealership for the past two years. The service department has seen a great deal of staff turnover and particularly in the front desk staff.
The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. Some highlights include:
Once they found a mouse in the engine & didn’t correct the situation. They are never proactive nor make you feel they are looking out for your best interests. On a separate occasion we were asked if we wanted the car washed & then when we went to pick it up, it had not been washed. This past month has been the worst ever. We brought the vehicle in on Friday for service on Saturday. Pickup was scheduled for Sunday @ 3 pm. When we came to retrieve the car, on time, they couldn’t find the keys nor the invoice. Then after they finally found the keys, charged us for the work and we left. The next day we got a call to come back & pay again as there was another bill they had forgotten. So disorganized! No one was interested in hearing our experience. There were so many things that were wrong with this interaction.
On a related note, we have been contacted at least 4 times by this dealership’s sales department, while we were away on vacation, to trade our car. They are not interested in our experience with the service department.
As a result, I will never purchase a car here nor will I bring my vehicle in again for service. Nissan Canada should be very concerned about this dealership.
I tried to contact the general manager who is away for a conference & asked to speak with the sales manager who was less than professional in his salutation.

I have had many vehicles, and had service from many different dealerships. Buy far this is the best place I have been to. I bought a car at the connected dealership, and the service department provides free basic service for the life of my owning this car... besides the cost savings , the staff are always friendly, and vehicle service has consistently taken the time they say it will or less.

In the future, I will strongly consider buying a car at Abbotsford Nissa n due to the quality of service post purchase.
