I will never go to this dealership again and will never recommend to anyone. They did diagnostics of my transmission and said it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty, even though I had a valid power train warranty for this car. After debating with them on phone and my call to another dealership, where I bought the car, they agreed to open a tech-line case and replace the transmission under warranty within 2 weeks (I talked to service advisor Nancy and service manager Ken). After holding my car for almost 10 days they ended up saying it was a wiring issue, not the transmission, and even wanted to charge me almost $300 for the transmission diagnostics and "fixing the wiring issue", even though I never gave my authorization for fixing the wiring issue, I only gave them authorization to open file and replace transmission under warranty. Funny enough, after saying they fixed the issue, they gave me their tow truck phone number in case the car stalls on highway. And they kept saying that all their managers (including Ken, who promised to fix the car) quit their jobs right during those 10 days when they held my car.
I am very happy I took my car away from these scammers in Richmond Hill and brought it to Barrie Mitsubishi, where honest guys do real job. They replaced my transmission under warranty within 2 business days and made me believe that honesty and fairness exist. Also in Barrie we figured out that the wires, which they "fixed" at Yonge North Mitsubishi, were never touched, so they wanted to charge us money for the job they have never completed. Thanks to Barrie Mitsubishi my trip back to New Brunswick was safe and sound.

Great service and good professional people...I truly appreciate Nancy and her team for fixing the vibration issue of my outlander. They listed to my issues patiently and solved it professionally. They care for the brand and knows the job well. I recommend this place for everyone .
My buddy recommended this place after being tired of two other dealerships, which doesn't know what to do and wants me to put a hefty amount upfront for some tests that has no guarantee even when I have an extended warranty with me.

I've a Mitsubishi owner since 2012 and I've never experienced any kind of service like Nancy. She was my service advisor, who was very professional and went above and beyond to show me the service required with an explanation by taking a photo on her phone to show me. I really appreciate that, because she's not just trying to sell me more than what I need but showing me the photo of it and an explanation with the pricing breakdown to help me understand. She also provided me with the maintenance schedule booklet, which I've never received. A very good reference for my future servicing. Nancy, you're amazing! My service advisor Nancy was very nice and helpful. She tried her best to explain to me what I needed to service my vehicle and even made the extra effort to show me the part that was going bad. She took me to the back to show the part that needed replacement and gave me a very good deal. Highly recommended to go see Nancy for all your vehicle servicing. Often at other dealerships, they try to sell you everything even if you don’t need them. I did not experience any pressure with Nancy, as she gave me different options. She ensure my stay at the dealership was a good experience, often checking in with me to see if I needed any refreshment or a loaner vehicle or anything to ensure my wait wasn’t too long. After Sales- Mr. Frank, Grace & Angelo....Probably the best service experience I ever had after a long time. Although I fixed an appointment and took a day off to fix winter tires on my car, and they did not have it due to the supplier did not deliver which is understandable, they really put that extra effort in satisfying a customer or took a step ahead in getting the best tires for me at same rate. They made me feel comfortable and I can recommend with my whole heart; this dealership if you're in the market for a car and to maintain your car with them!

I’ve been going to this dealership for eight years now. I took my car for service a couple of weeks ago for service and it was a terrible experience!
I went in for an oil change and then they told me that I need to change my back brake pads. I said ok I will think about it. But they said it’s very dangerous. I said thank you and I will think about it but I need to do a little research to see my options. They kept pushing and asked if it is a cost issue. Again I said I wanted to research my options and they kept pushing and saying that it is a very risky driving situation and since they already have all the parts open, they will give me a discount and also remember the danger of driving with bad brakes! Finally I said ok. I came to the dealership for an $80 oil change and came out of the dealership with new back brakes and a $450 invoice.
But all is good, right ? New brakes and no more putting myself at risk.

The very next day my brakes started making that annoying squeaking noise you hear from some cars in traffic! I called the dealership, took my car back today and after checking it again they said, Yes, it’s your front brakes !!!
So I’m standing there, stunned, and asked if I got it right “ My car was fine. I came in for regular oil change, you forced me into getting new back brakes and the next day the car starts squeaking and now you say it’s the front brakes that need to be changed as well ?!!”
And they said yes !!!

Well this is turning into a long letter instead of a Review but long story short, I’ll be changing dealerships. There’s no way that I will ever know if my brakes ever needed to be changed and what’s happening.
New management just added another item to my to do list; Find a new place for service !

Ps. Swear to god the receptionist told the guy before me “ your brake pads need to be replaced soon. It’s very dangerous driving like this.”

And I received a free courtesy ride back home after dropping off the car for oil change. And the best part was a free car wash, after I asked if they clean the undercarriage of the car to remove snow and salt. Car was super clean. Excellent!
