I bought a van from Newmarket Mitsubishi, put a non refundable deposit down. There was no second key and so I asked Jordano (Sales rep) to call previous owners to inquire about it. His response - “They could not find the key and wasn’t likely to turn up”. The day I was scheduled to pick up the van, Steve (Financial Manager) called to say the van was not ready because it received a scratch. I went to the dealership to see scratch – Big dent in the sliding door along with scratches and the handle all scratched up as well. It was stated that they would fix any damages at their cost. At that time we learned that an extra key cost $200+ and we asked about some form of compensation. Stephano (GM) said he would speak with Jordano and they could come up with something. A loaner car was offered but they could not confirm make or model at the time so we stuck with our family loaner. (3 kids car seats). After a week the van was fixed and I arrived at the agreed time to complete the paperwork/final payment before pickup. Only Steve was there. No General Manager, No Sales Rep, No apology for the accident, the delay, extra travel and inconvenience. The car was not ready, as I had been told, I waited another half hour while they brought it into the parking lot and put plates on. They didn’t feel they needed to compensate us because they fixed the vehicle that they damaged. I didn’t think I was being unreasonable to ask for them to cover the cost of a second key. After many phone calls back and forth Stephano finally called me back. He finally agreed to pay for the second key, to only call back within an hour to say he called the previous owner and they have the second key, it will be mailed to me. I mentioned how I asked Jordano to call the previous owners before they damaged my vehicle which he said he did and was informed they did not have the key… but Stephano calls and the key magical appears. Newmarket Mitsubishi provided a very negative experience and accepted no accountability to fix it well. I am very unhappy!

I visited a few other dealerships looking for used cars and I realized how great my first experience was so I went back and purchased a second car for my daughter. WORST DEALERSHIP! They do not take COVID-19 seriously. They have no regulations whatsoever, no masks or gloves! I wouldn't be surprised if they don't clean their cars after people test drive. Worst of all one of their salesman, Paolo Deliberato, tried to scam us by showing me a different carfax that showed no major accident. However, after I checked the real carfax online with the car's serial number, there was a police reported major accident. Paolo act nice and considerate, but do not trust him!

I highly recommend this dealership. Ameen helped us finance a Mitsubishi Mirage and gave us a great deal on it. We had initially gone to another dealer in Markham, where the salesperson was inexperienced, gave us wrong information about the car, tried to scam us multiple times, and lied about the manufacturing location of the car. Ameen was honest with his knowledge and made sure to clarify any points he didn't know with his managers. He also went out of his way to get us additional accessories for the car, even when the pricing of the car was heavily discounted. The dealership also went out of their way in helping me prepare my car for import to the USA by helping me get the documents I needed for the borders (the initial dealer would not assist in this matter). All in all, I encourage anyone looking for a Mitsubishi car to come to this dealership and ask for Ameen.

My daughter and I bought a Mirage and dealt with Paola. Our family has previously purchased 2 other vehicles from Paola in the past and every time we have had excellent service. The warranty on the vehicles, 5 year road side assistance and overall quality are highly recommended. Oh, and no price haggling required, just asked for the out the door price and we even got some freebies thrown in. Overall and excellent experience!

Did not have a good experience with our vehicle purchase.
Would not recommend this dealership.
I was looking at a used Dodge Journey for myself and while there my daughter became interested in a used Fiat. After deciding to move forward with the Fiat we went over things we wanted repaired and the sales manager assured us that all things including the safety, detailing and cosmetics would be fixed prior to pick up.
My daughter waited a couple of weeks while these things were supposedly being done.
When we got the call we drove to Newmarket from Barrie to find out that the only thing that had been done was the window tint. The outside cosmetic issues had not been fixed. The seats still had stains, the inside was dirty and we found a cup in the back so obviously the detailing was not done. Two of the three wipers on the car were broken, a headlamp was burnt out and we found out later that the safety had been done way before my daughter had even looked at the vehicle. With all that we were left wondering why she waited two weeks for nothing accept the window tint and why we were told to pick up the vehicle.
The sales manager told her to come back in to weeks and he would have it all fixed and give her a nice rental to drive.
Because at this point faith in good customer service was dwindling and she had to be back at work at a certain time, my daughter confirmed her appointment to exchange for the rental with the sales manager prior to driving down. He told her he wasn’t in that day but it all set up for her. When she got there nobody knew what was going on. They scrambled to sort it out, which they did, but they gave her a disgustingly dirty rental, that had what looked like dog hair all over the seats. This would be bad enough during normal times but for this to happen during the current Covid pandemic...totally unacceptably!!!
When she got her car back most work was complete but there was still an issue with the bumper that hadn’t been dealt with but at this point we just said “whatever” and cut our losses so we never had to go back.
During this whole process we received a lot of assurances and “b.s” from a sales manager that didn’t seem to have his act together or care about all the inconveniences caused.
Needless to say I did not purchase the Dodge they had. I bought one in Barrie and the customer service I received from the dealer here was fantastic. I will be giving them a positive review in the coming days.

I bought a previously owned car in the summer and needed winter wheels. I contacted Newmarket Mitsubishi with the brand and style of rims I wanted for my winter tires and the parts department efficiently provided the correct wheels.
When I visited to have the tires mounted and installed, Terry in the Service Department was extremely polite and competent. He minimized my wait time while I worked in their well-appointed customer area, drinking their coffee and using their free Wi-Fi. My wheels look great, are perfectly balanced and my car is handling well on the winter roads.

I picked up my 2019 eclipse cross GT S-AWC today. Had an easy transaction being approved for financing thanks to there finance manager Jackie.
I was actually looking to get a 2019 RVR but they only had two 2019 vehicles left, both eclipse cross. 2019s are 0% financing.
There sales rep Brent introduced me to the eclipse cross.
The SUV is great and I like it a lot so does my wife, she loves it.
I'm getting used to it quick, it's my second vehicle ever purchased and brand new.

Waste of a trip. Claimed vehicle that we went to look at was in amazing condition. By the time we got there and started a test drive, the salesman started admitting to the actual issues with the vehicle as all the bad sounds made it obvious. I was aware that it was going to need work before going, but I should have stayed away when their own shop refused to work on what they were selling. I won't make that mistake again! Never going back!

This dealer is extremely bad. The seller didn't tell clearly about my used car when I bought it as very new driver 1st time buying a used car. They gave me only 1 key instead. I didn't know about any car should come with 2 keys until my friend has told me. I was asking for another key and they said they don't have it cause a customer traded in with only 1 key. I understand it however they have to tell me at least and they avoided to pay or send me spare key.

Terrible Mitsubishi dealarship. They will try and nickel and dime you on the price but will leave out important details like the fact that my used car had no working AC and only one key. Scam Artists! I tried to contact Giordano the used car manager left him several voicemails, the receptionist even took a personal message for me and still no call back. Go to any other Mitsubishi dealership even if it means driving further!

I noticed a long time ago that when doing a service nobody did a tire rotation, the last time when I was on the service, I asked them why you don't do tire rotation, what the employee said looking at my eyes that we didn’t, after I went checked then the rotation of the wheels was not done. I came back and asked him why you didn’t do a tire rotation, then the worker said that he would ask the mechanics when he came back then shocked me with his answer, the tire rotation was not done because your front wheels were worn out. First of all, worn out because in two years you have never done the rotation of the wheels to me. Although they wrote that this service was made and was paid for by me, secondly, as far as I understand, if the front wheels are worn out, then, on the contrary, it is necessary to make the tire rotation, if I am not right, correct me. Also in the service, it is written that my locks and hinges were lubricated on my hinges there is not a single drop of oil

Went to a few different dealerships to discuss the possibility of getting a car. Found that most people were very pushy or disinterested in talking to you if you weren’t ready to commit to the purchase the day of. Eddi however made things very comfortable for me and genuinely seemed more concerned about making sure I did not feel any presssure at all over his sales. He showed me multiple options and talked about what cars would best suit my financial situation. I recently went in to the dealership with my son to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles. We had a budget in mind but the car was priced well. Param was very professional. We bought the car but decided not to tell my son and surprise him. My son actually called in a couple of days later to see if the car was still available. Param recognized the name on the call display and acted swiftly by telling my son that unfortunately it had been sold and that he would be keeping an eye out for anything that came along! Great experience buying my used Ram here. Everyone from Jordano in sales to Stefano and the guys in service has been amazing. Superb after sale care, they went WAY beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy.

A few small items I needed them to look after and they took care of all of them and even went over and above what was required.

Would I recommend these guys to friends? Hell yes. Seriously, finding a dealership where they actually care more about their reputation for really great customer service rather than soaking people for every dime is so rare.
