I went to get a timing belt changed on my Mitsubishi Outlander. I was able to schedule it via email which was convenient.
The staff was very friendly and the work was done well.
It is a smaller dealership which I appreciated because it had the family run feeling to it.
I will definitely go back for service again.

I bought an Outlander on November from Matt, he is super helpful, friendly and very informative. I asked if he could help me find specific trim with the color that my daughter loves? As there was none on the lot. He said he could, then I went home, after half an hour he called to let us know that he found one at other place. It was an amazing experience. I recently bought a Mitsubishi RVR at Peterborough Mitsubishi.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish there. Originally I was in the market and keeping my eye out of a couple of different brands to go with. Out of the other dealerships I visited in Peterborough, Mitsubishi was the most warm, welcoming and attentive.
Being a young woman I often find myself either not being taken seriously or talked down to when it comes to anything to do with cars. This is one of the only dealerships I've been to where I felt like I was taken seriously, treated fairly and like everyone else.
Matt helped me from start to finish and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted!

I think Mitsubishi makes great cars! But when it came time to buy a second one I found a better deal elsewhere. I bring my car here to keep my warranty valid but when I raised an issue with rust coming from the inside out I was told it wasn't warranty.

Now they won’t honour the warranty unless I pay $2000 for a new pump and once they decide if it was faulty or my fault they will give the $2000 back. They wouldn’t allow me to bring the pump in for inspection unless I bought a new pump. Never doing business with them again. Highly suggested to buy your parts else were

Matt (I think) used his own little air compressor to get my tire pumped up so my rim wouldn't be damaged. Stephanie drove my car in and on the hoist. My tire was repaired by service and I was out of there within 30 minutes. All while they were on lunch! Thanks Mitsubishi

Walked in to see if I could get at a cargo mat for Outlander. Two people in the office couldn't be bothered to get up off their chairs. Says had one in stock but person was on lunch. Didn't offer to help out. Was. Left with out mat
Brought my car in here for a simple problem and then was told it wasn’t covered under warranty even tho the car is only 8 months old. The problem was clearly caused by a simple design flaw and has pretty much destroyed my 2019 car. Also they clearly have incompetent technicians when they are saying it takes 2 hours to change the part that would only take me half an hour not knowing what I’m doing. At least they suggested insurance would cover my $1200 part I can buy for $300 at any local store.

I called the Service Manager, Stephanie today to ask about an issue with my AC regarding an Eclipse I recently purchased from another dealership nearby. Stephanie was so friendly and helpful with providing what the problem might be, and was there to support the alternate dealership with supplying the parts if necessary to save me multiple trips from Toronto back up to that area again. This is my fourth Eclipse, however, first used Eclipse purchase and if I lived in Peterborough, I would definitely call Peterborough Mitsubishi my home dealership. There is no doubt that sales brings in acquisition business, but the retention business would solely be the result of Stephanie and her team demonstrating the above and beyond customer service that I received, even as a non customer!
