Be aware!!!!!!!! before you step into this hole of dealership. Brian and Tyler were very helpful and I applaud them for their professionalism, however the top management is a mess, I have never had and wouldn't wish to have to deal with that kind of managers; they just don't care about customers, they ignore you, no follow up no nothing, no matter what the issue is or the their reply would be, there should be some customer service at some level. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. My only and worse experience ever

Decent service, love the car, sales folks were nice and knowledgeable. However, the tires were definitely swapped between the test drive and when I picked up the car. The car had the original yokohama tires during the test drive. On the way home from picking up my car, the tire pressure sensor went off, which I found a bit weird, but chalked up to probably them just doing something weird while getting the car ready. However, when I went to get my tires changed I found out my 5000km, 2018 car was wearing fully worn out tires from 2016 and they were off brand. So definitely check the contract and inspect the car before pickup.

From the test drive to the day of picking it up, Brian Lubianetzky was great to deal with. He didn't make the experience stressful and wasn't pushy with trying to sell me something, as I have experienced at other dealerships.

The car itself, amazing. My dream car actually. I purchased a Hellcat Charger, $80,000 car and within 5 mins of heading home after delivery, the check engine light came on. I called Tony and said I would check it out when I got home and let them know what it was. It turns out, it was the Cat converters and O2 sensors. Tony wanted me to bring the car in and keep it with them so they could fix it. I asked if I would be getting a loaner car as it was the only means of transportation, and unfortunately we couldn't make the schedules work.

I went to a third party shop to get the exhaust fixed, and had to pay for the labour as the parts were under warranty. I brought the bill back to Tony and they paid me back.

The warranty company had stated that they don't warranty emission parts (this is very strange, considering the warranty I paid for was VERY expensive)

Over all, this was a good exchange.

My fiance purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from this dealership 9months ago and 2 months later he was having problems with the car they said nothing was wrong don't worry about the check engine light that was on. Now that light is still on and the car stalls and shuts off even in the middle of the highway its unreliable and dangerous. They told us bring it inn since it has an extended warranty once we arrived they wanted to charge us to fix it. We payed for the new spark plugs which fixed nothing it took us 2hours to get back home to Toronto as the car shut off at least 7x. We have asked to trade it inn and sat there from from 11am to 7pm with no clear answer and now they are not helping in anyway no clear answers as we are stuck in a finance with a car that was a lemon from the start! For 28,000 this car should not have all these issues when we haven't even had it for one year. THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE THAT SOUND SIMILAR TO OURS ARE 100% THE TRUTH THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

It was my first time at this dealership and I was looking to make a deal on a vehicle as it was decently priced. Unfortunately one of the sales rep ruined the entire experience. First off he was on his smoke break which is fine, finish it before you approach a customer. I don't need smoke being blown my way. Extremely unprofessional. His attitude changed a little when discussing the cars of interest but went went down again once in his office discussing prices. It was an almost done deal but I was hoping to get some extra offers based on what they to make my purchase a worthy deal had but we couldnt agree on price which happens in business. So I left and then he comes chasing saying in an aggressive tone I never listened to him when he was stating the dealership oil change offers and brake pad changes and that I was throwing away a deal based on something I wanted but couldn't agree a price on. The sales rep did not sate any of the dealerships offers which is the first thing you would do as a rep to introduce your company and how it differs from others and was completely disorganization with his tactics. When we tried for one last negotiation by moving closer to the price he wanted but he told me to keep my money and stormed off. Not the 45min drive I was looking forward to.

I’ve had business with three dealerships in the past few years, but this one was BY FAR the best experience. Staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. Patrick helped me with my purchase and he was really patient, helpful and professional throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend this place to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle. Prices are reasonable and better that most dealerships down in Toronto.

Update: almost two years after buying my pre-owned Jeep AND ZERO issues whatsoever. (Bought at around 95,000 kms now its at 155,000). Impressive. Will definitely return for my next purchase.

My experience at Parker Mitsubishi today was one you hope to have but all too often don't. The Service Manager Rob was as good as it gets. He explained in great detail what would be done and what it would cost. He also managed to give me a discount on parts - who does that? I have had a very stressful three months since my husband died unexpectedly and was dreading bringing my beloved Outlander in as I find many dealers are not very scrupulous. I now am looking forward to visiting Parker again as I have full faith in their professionalism and the wonderful way they look after their customers. They use deceptive business tactics to get you to come in, and then try to get you to pay significantly more for a vehicle.
I was discussing with a salesman, Eric, and i informed him of my trade in and i received an estimate back for it. I told him my budget on top of my trade in, and he said that we for sure could do a deal in that price range. They had multiple sales on and were eager to do a deal.
I went in, he re-evaluated his trade in for be $3000 less than we discussed on the phone, and then said I would need to up my budget $12,000 more. Didnt bother negotiating, it was rude, unprofessional, and insulting. Bought a car elsewhere, I'd recommend you do the same as well.

Absolutely one of the worst dealerships. They would talk to you very nicely and treat you very well before you’ve bought the vehicle. But after the vehicle is sold the don’t care about the customer anymore. I bought a used VW jetta from this dealership last week and since the day I picked up the vehicle the A/C wasn’t working. I called the salesman who had sold me the car same day he didn’t answered, called him and emailed the following day still no answer then I called the dealership and asked them to transfer my call to that salesperson. After i told him that the a/c is not working i was told to come in on Monday and it will be fixed. So I drove there Monday morning, the told me to leave my car at the service department and wait in the lounge until it gets fixed. After two hours i saw that the car was still standing outside the garage and was not fixed yet. I talked to the salesman and told me that he can’t do anything and told me to talk to the GM. Funny thing is that GM is supposed to figure out problems but he is the most arrogant person you’ll ever see. Instead of apologizing for the problem i was told that they didn’t made much money by selling me that car and now they don’t wanna spend more money on it. They told me to buy extended warranty in order to get my car fixed which I couldn’t afford. At the end i was told to do whatever i can but they won’t fix my car and its my problem now. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this dealership as its being run by a bunch of liars who don’t care about people.

We purchased winter tires for our vehicle from them this past season, and there were some manufacturer issues with the tires/rims. They worked non stop to make sure all was corrected and perfect. Very disappointing!! Buyers beware!

We were told by Patrick they would deliver the car since we were driving 2+ hours to give them our business, which was confirmed by Jamie the next day. However upon calling the dealership to confirm the delivery date they are now changing their story and will not deliver. Great business tactic to lie to customers just to ensure the sale. Do not waste your hard earned money and time with this dealership.
