Brought in my car for a second opinion after my local dealership said my issue was not covered by warranty, Paul in Service actually listened and took initiative to discuss my issue with Mitsubishi head office. Bought a new eclipse cross in the summer. I loved it then.. but I can truly appreciate it now in the winter months. I spend hours on the 401 and regardless of the weather, I feel safe and comfortable in my vehicle. It handles so well in all conditions; I am getting exactly what I was promised from this car. Had a great experience at this location. Needed to purchase a car and drive away with it within about 5 hours and the team made it all work for me - including under spray and putting winter tires on. Mike, Jameel and the finance manager really went the extra mile. Highly recommend.
Been a customer for more a little more that 12 years now. Sales has always been good because they want the sale I guess...Service use to be great...but have deteriorated over the years. Seems like these guys does not realize that the people who buy their cars are their source of income and need to keep them happy so they will continue buying and coming back for service...really disappointing.
Worst service ever. Once you buy vehicle from them, good luck on the service warranty. Always have reasons to avoid any services covered under warranty. This is the reason why I move to a different dealer. I requested for a complimentary wash, after that my PHEV had some small scratch. I had my tire change, after that my hub cap was broken. BEWARE!

The experience with Brampton Mitsubishi Service Manager Paul Ahuja and Store Manager Mike Picallo was beyond the expectations. They treat their customers as how they want to be treated by others. Having worked in automotive engineering, I know it is not uncommon to have issues with the vehicles. You need a store where they understand your problems and find you the effective resolution. I would recommend them anytime.

Bobby was amazing. She helped my brother and I secure a brand new RVR for my mom for Christmas. The whole time she was available by text and in person anytime we needed her. She was there for us every step of the way, I just wish I had gone to her for my Mitsubishi a year earlier instead of the dealership I bought my car from. She offers the best customer service available and if there’s a deal out there she will get you it. No gimmicks, she won’t try to take your money by offering you useless packages.
Hands down the best dealership! We buy every vehicle from Bobby, specifically. She’s always amazing to work with, she’s extremely knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond for us every single time! My experience with Brampton Mitsubishi was absolutely fantastic.
Firstly, Andrew was incredible in getting me all setup with the vehicle I was looking for. He was informative, patient and just overall great. He didn't pressure me into purchasing a vehicle as other sales representative would do at a dealership. I would recommend anyone to go see him if you have to purchase a vehicle.
Secondly, Rahul, who dealt with the financing aspect, was the best. It took a while for me to find the best deal for my circumstances, but he did it and I couldn’t be happier about it. He explained and made me understand different payment plans/options and what was best suited for me.

My name is Wendy and I would like others to know about the excellent service provided by Brampton Mitsubishi. Several of my friends choose not to do business in Brampton because of the terrible customer service. Over and over you hope for better form coffee shops to furniture stores but they never seem to surprise you by offering good if not excellent customer service. Often we make the journey to Mississauga, Vaughn, Toronto or wherever is necessary to be served well. I have been needing a new car and just thought perhaps I would look at Mitsubishi since I heard they offer 10 year warranty. I looked at sites for several other dealerships but in my communication with them they wanted to know what was important to me. Of course excellent customer service was top of my list and I must say they surpassed expectations. My sales person Colton kept communicating with me and answered all my question and provided relevant information to help me to come to a decision. On the day I wanted to go to see the car I had no transportation and Colton came and pick me up in the car I was interested in bringing me my favorite coffee. I viewed the car and drove it back to the office where through much discussion and negotiating I was able to select the car I love and at the terms I was comfortable with. He was polite and indeed patient and offered to take me back home. I was apprehensive going alone as a female but there was no pressure and the service was personalized. I recommend highly Brampton Mitsubishi and I am loving my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander with the premium package!
In Early May my Husband purchased a 2011 Mazda 3 from Brampton Mitsubishi. The salesman was well educated on all of the models on the lot. My husband test drove a number of vehicles and decided on the Mazda.

So I was a first time new car buyer and as I am sure it is to most people, it is a bit intimidating. I was first recommended to see Bobby. She helped me with most of the procedure and getting set up with the meat of the sale. She is super friendly, gave incredible deals, and saw to it that I was a happy camper in the end!
