I heard good reviews and decided to go to the dealership to purchase outlander. They had the car in stock and I wanted to buy it. I did the test drive, loved the car but coming to sales and negotiation parts, I was so surprised by the salesman. I was taken aback when I asked them to work on the numbers the next I heard from the salesperson that they need my credit card to the general that this person really wants to buy the car. Showing them my credit card was the requirement to purchase the car! I felt really violated. Have never seen such pressure from the sales team to buy the product. The salesman had very unrealistic requirements. I have been to other dealers but never had someone asking me to show them my credit card to prove myself that I want to buy a car. And they have unrealistically high deposit requirement for car booking. This was the worst experience, that prompted me to not buy car from this dealership ever. Plus the salesman irritated us so much, that we just wanted get out of there.

When I came back to sign the paperwork, I brought my toddler with me - not once did I feel like a nuisance, but instead just like family. I didn't once feel pressured into a payment I wasn't comfortable with, I felt like I got my fair value for my trade in, and I got into the car that I wanted at a great price. They were both knowledgeable and friendly.

The weekday receptionist was horrible. The weekend receptionist is amazing. It does seem as though communication and follow through may not their strong suit. Some customer service training could be useful. Originally put a 1 star review but business manager there and me to take it down. So I'm replacing it with a 2 star. Charlie is amazing as well. I want to start off by thanking Emmanuel for his wonderful customer service to ensure my anxiety minimizes.
Short story, I have had very bad luck with mechanics ruining parts on my car due to their lack of knowledge and care. I have had to bounce from dealership to oil service place and have found their customer service is just not there. I was even told that the part that the oil service place ruined, was ruined by someone previously; which was a lie because that place was the only place to have changed that oil. Luckily I am getting it replaced by them to honor their mistake, but if it hadn't been for my research, I would have had to get the part replaced and that would have cost me even more.
Fast forward to presently, when I was able to locate Emmanuel who has over 10 years of experience servicing cars. He mentioned he would do a full inspection and write down what is recommended for my car. Not only did he write them down, he explained over the phone he would show me what/why the particular service needs to be done. This made me feel very comfortable and appreciative that he went above and beyond to ensure I feel happy with those decisions, and that what he recommended was what needed to be done. I am extremely thankful for his compassion and kindness to help ease my anxiety due to the bad experiences I've had. If it weren't for him, I would have not known my car needed some real TLC which would have cost me thousands of dollars because of my lack of knowledge of what to look for.
Now, I feel more confident and prepared with the knowledge he has shared with me of when I need to service the recommended things. I am happy to know I have someone who I can trust with my car. And overall, although I was not happy to hear an oil service place ruined my car part, I am happy it did happen because I found Emmanuel.

I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper JCW from Surrey Mitsubishi on March 19, 2021. In early-May 2021, I noticed some water on the back seat. During the next several rainfalls, more and more water accumulated in the back seat. Upon investigation, I came to realize that the entire trunk was filled with water. The carpet and seats were completely saturated.
I contacted Mini Richmond.
They investigated and realized that the trunk seal needed to be replaced, water was pouring into the trunk area. This is not something that would have happened in the short time between when I purchased and the day that I first noticed the water.
I contacted Surrey Mitsubishi and spoke to Raymond. Raymond told me that the car was "waterproofed in February 2021". Clearly this is not the case. Raymond insisted that I bring the car to him for Mitsubishi to examine. I told him that I would not be bringing the car to him and that I was only interested in doing any repairs through Mini. I told that he should be in touch with Mini Richmond to make arrangements to deal with the deficiencies.
When Mini Richmond finished inspecting my car, they noticed several things that should have been dealt with before the car was sold. The engine mount needing to be replaced is the biggest and most glaring issue.
The service advisor at Mini Richmond contacted Raymond and again, Raymond insisted that I bring the car to Surrey Mitsubishi. Mini told him that they confirmed that the repairs needed would have been needed long before the car was sold and that he had the car in pieces and all the parts to complete the repair in stock.
I emailed the GM and Raymond to follow up.
Raymond called me to say that Surrey Mitsubishi would not pay for any portion of the repairs.
I asked to speak to the General Manager. Raymond told me that the GM would call me only if I was prepared to have the repairs done at his shop.
What could have been a great experience and an opportunity for Surrey Mitsubishi to show some serious customer service skills has turned into a negative experience that I won’t hesitate to share.
I highly recommend to go here, they are very friendly and nice Especially Jim he treated us like a family all of the staff here.

Most amazing staff! Customer service with reception, and their detail shop is excellent! This is our second year of getting all our vehicles cleaned by them from shampooing, to engine washing, all I can say it felt like and smelled like a brand new vehicle. I found a car I was interested in and contacted this dealership where Jimmy and subsequently Veer were very accommodating to my needs and were very helpful all the way.
A pre-purchase inspection was carried out and some maintenance concerns inevitably surfaced regarding the 14 year old car but Veer acknowledged that and gave me a good deal on the car. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to do business here again.
