Sold me a car they bought from another dealer. Did not inspect it. Did not even make sure it had the features i was told it had. Did not disclose the history to me. When called on all of this they told me to sink my own money in to it. Lied and denied to the VSA and now we're going to court despite my efforts to settle with them . Shady AF. Avoid dealing with them they do not stand behind their product or their word.

I came to this dealership to get an oil change, inspection report and switch tires, with a follow up appointment after the inspection. I thought the entire service department is amazing at what they do. Martyn at the front desk is very knowledgeable and is patient to answer the numerous questions I had. After the service, they even cleaned up my car, which is really courteous of them. Whatever quoted to me is as is with no hidden fees, aimed to provide high value at the lowest cost.
The dealership is well organized, clean and covid compliant. I was offered a shuttle to transport me to anywhere in Kelowna. They also offer free high speed wifi and beverage refreshments in the waiting area. Staffs are all around friendly and just a really pleasant environment to be in. I'll be back for future services!

I'm not a fan of leaving 1-star reviews but this ended up costing me. I decided to replace two TPMS sensors before the last winter season at this dealership. Whoever did it had the bright idea of using metal caps on the valve stem. Fast forward to today and as I go to get my tires changed over at a local jiffy lube, the caps had corroded on. The Jiffy Lube guy changing my tires broke one by accident, and to his credit he replaced the sensor ($100+) free of charge, but I then had to decide whether they break and replace the other one on my dime or leave the winter tire on until I replace the sensor another time. This is unacceptable for a dealership to make such a ridiculous error on something that I paid a premium for, and now I HAVE TO fix your mistake months later. Thanks a lot. At least you guys made money right? That's all that matters.
Oh, and I may as well add that while they were preparing to change my tires, I was basically spam calling them to request they put the tires on separate rims, of which I was willing to spend a good amount of money on, but I kept getting told they'll tell them and call me back soon. Turns out they were lazy or forgot because I got a call back 45 minutes later saying sorry it's too late now they already changed the tires, but you can pay full price to get it done now if you'd like.... Honestly, I knew dealerships had their issues, but it's shocking that something like a jiffy lube can be more trustworthy. I wish I was exaggerating. I'm sure nothing will be done about this, so to anyone reading, just be cautious and double check their work after they're done or it may cost you.

I tried calling them to explain my situation, and now they're framing it as if I'm lying and that I MUST prove everything because there's just NO WAY they would ever do such a thing. I have a picture of the vehicle when I bought it third party months prior. It had plastic caps. I remember quite vividly that the metal caps were there either after the TPMS were done on the first service, or the second service where my tires were flipped. So now I'm in a spot where I need to find pictures before and after these incidences to prove it. Great customer service guys. Wow.
You know, I was honestly quite impressed with your service the first couple times, but after this experience, my God, I will never be back again, and I will make sure I tell everyone to never go to your dealership.

I bought a used car from Valley Mitsubishi 3 weeks ago and it was a fantastic experience. I walked in without an appointment to see a car listed for sale (not a Mitsubishi that was a trade in), Andreas talked to me about what appealed to me and shared another option for my consideration that also fit the requirements. I never felt rushed or pressured, drove both cars 3 times, ran numbers, and had all information I needed to make an informed decision. I appreciated the honest overview of their pricing of the vehicles, and making the entire process easy. I also appreciated I was not pressured to buy a Mitsubishi vs the traded in car. Andreas also called a few days after I picked up the car to check in on things which I really appreciated. Everyone made it clear even though I didn't buy a Mitsubishi, I did buy from them and they wanted to ensure I knew I was part of the 'family' and they were available to help me in maintaining and loving my car for years to come.

Condescending sales man. Got a recall notice, called service dept. They were less than helpful. Needed some warranty after the clear protection started peeling after a month or 2. They left us to try and get it fixed on our own. This place perfectly exemplifies all the stereo-typical aspects of buying a car and trying to get service after. Great car. Will buy another mitsubishi, but not from this dealershit. I mean dealership.
The Sales staff was second to none. They took time to explain a car even after the dealership closed. Never did I feel rushed or pressured and the sales staff had a positive attitude throughout the process. Spent time after the sale to explain the process, the car and ensured that we were satisfied. They did everything they could to ensure that we were happy with the sale. A dealership that went over and above. I will be buying another car front his place in the future.

I purchased a car that I saw online, I live far away in Victoria and Andreas did everything possible for me to secure this car at a price I thought was fair. Great service and very accomodating. My family and I were passing through BC on vacation in summer 2019 when a stone came off a logging truck and went through the Outlander radiator. We were towed to Valley Mitsubishi and they were great! They let us park our camper in the lot overnight since our SUV was broken down, and had us back on the road the next day by noon. Fantastic and above and beyond. We actually had the nicest weather of our vacation in their parking lot :). Special shout out to Mike in the service department for a job well done and thank you again for helping us out on such short notice.

The first experience I had with Valley Mitsubishi was with Rick, he spent a lot of time explaining everything about the car while sitting in the car. We talked about a lot of other things which made me feel comfortable, I didn't feel pushed. Went back 2 weeks later to test drive the RVR again, Dion was the salesman helping me, he also was not pushy. I loved the car so I purchased from them. Also had Zack go through things in the car with me. All in all I was very pleased with the service.
I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander and the service from this dealership was amazing. They got me approved at rate that seemed impossible in my situation. My car is still under warranty and i was having problems with the electrical, draining my battery. I was told they were not sure if it will be warranty work, so bring it in and they'll see. After many hours of waiting, not getting a courtesy car, i was told they can't find the problem. They still handed me a bill for NOT fixing it and I asked what if the problem was covered under warranty and they stated it would not be. So I'm confused. How does one person say they don't know, and another say no, when they couldnt even find the problem? Never going back there!

Second time here for service, second disappointment. They were not on time, and running late for booked appointments both times. My 1st experience they did not have the parts, and failed to tell me; I only found out when I came to pick up the car. Second time around, I was told a pick up time when I dropped off, and when I came to get the car, I was told something different. No apologies, no explanation. If it wasn't for recalls, I would never come back. Think about this before you buy a Mitsubishi in Kelowna.

Overall pretty good. Great service whenever I take something in. But don't let them put your front license plate on unless you want it crooked. Can't put a license plate on straight to save their life.

Love it here charge point charger for EV cars I suggest after hours
My mother bought 3-4 vehicles through them over the years. They all sucked and failed prematurely. Service department forgot to tighten drain plug on oil pan. Would not properly compensate her. Sales staff sold my mom a SUV with a broken fog light they said they would fix. Later on they claimed they had never made that agreement and offered to fix it for 50% off less taxes. Hope they go out of business.
