If I could give it zero stars I would.
A salesman at this dealership made promises and even verified it through text which I still have and manager Dan Tait will not honor the deal. I offered the vehicle back 10 hours after I bought it but was "promised" the issue would be resolved. Now 4 months later, I am still dealing with this and Dan has basically washed his hands of me. They haven't even followed through with things that were written on my bill of sale.
I DO NOT recommend this dealership AT ALL, especially if you are a woman. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB!!!

I bought a 2018 Eclipse Cross from dealership. Had no issues with dealership and service department until they got rid of Amanda in the service department who was truly exceptional at her job. Since she has left the service department, things have went downhill fast. The new person working in the service department is unfriendly, and unhelpful. He wouldn’t even offer for a ride home, I had to ask for one. He told me vehicle was ready to be picked up and did not offer for a ride to pick me up. So I walked to dealership, to find out the car was not ready and that they were still working on warranty work. This visit was my 3rd attempt to get the warranty work completed as they ordered the part and kept using it on other vehicles so when I brought my vehicle for past service appointments, the parts were unavailable. When the eclipse was finally ready, I checked over there work. They damaged or did not install the side mirror assembly properly and power mirror would not articulate properly. I then checked the service report, they said they rotated the tires, I checked that and noticed that they haven’t, they also did the same thing on my last service. I have certain marks on my tires and I am able to easily see that the tires were not rotated for a second time. Finally being upset I went to check out the technicians work further. I opened the engine compartment to find spilled oil over the engine bay and noticed the did not clip the battery test cover back into place. I immediately brought my vehicle into the service bay again and they were able to fix the mirror properly this time. I really can no longer trust this dealerships technicians or service department as I have caught them “pencil whipping” there service reports not once but twice. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership as they intentionally mislead me twice on there so called maintenance work.

In March of 2018 I purchased a used 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited from this dealership. The vehicle had 46 thousand KMs and it seemed to be going over well! After finalizing the paperwork everything went downhill immediately. They preached about free oil changes for life which turned out not to be true. They sold me the car for TEN thousand dollars over black book value, and when I finally got the vehicle the center console was broken and floor mats nowhere to be found. The group that runs this store is extremely unprofessional and ignorant when it comes to your issues AFTER you've purchased the vehicle. 8 months after owning it the radiator exploded and oil coolant lines went bad, along with the water pump. They provided me false information on my warranty that I had and after two weeks I had that work covered. The false information they provided was that my ENTIRE car was covered when in fact it was just the front end (Thank GOD). Now the car needs new struts, return hose, blend door actuator, o2 sensor, wiring for the rear passenger window and upper transmission work. I will never shop here again, not because the car ended up being bad, but because the lack of support and leadership when trying to get it rectified. Dan Tait blamed me for the issues with the car. Mark, Richard and another fellow all tried selling me vehicles I could NOT even nearly afford. A terrible experience to say the least, no support or help from anyone here. So disappointed with this dealership.

Took a day off for an interview, which is fine. Guy ahead of me went in for interview, didn't see him for 15-20min. I waited 1hr without anyone asking if I needed anything, or what my purpose for being there was. When I finally get in, the interviewer spent,at most, 2-3min with me. Body language clearly wasn't interested. I had prepared answers and came up with good questions. It overall was an underwhelming experience. Not everyone is perfect, but I didn't feel welcome. As well i have been in the market for a bigger car for the family.....I can without a doubt day my business will be taken elsewhere. One star for the one guy who was nice and did his job lol

Had a great experience with Hez as my sales person he was very friendly and made sure to get me the vehicle I wanted. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way and even asked me a few days after having my 2017 lancer if I am still happy with it. Hez is the guy to go see if you are looking for a friendly and energetic sales person that makes sure you get what you are looking for in a vehicle. Bree the finance manager and Dan Tate the manager were also there willing to work with me to get me a fair price and payments that I could afford in my budget. They have a great team.

After a poor experience a few months ago, I was offered a complimentary service for my next visit. I brought my car in for an oil change and they came through this time, so I’ve upped my review to 3 stars.

Original review:
I recently took my Outlander in to the service department for a recall and decided to get an oil change and safety inspection as well. Originally, I tried to book through the online contact area, but no one called me or emailed me back. Then I emailed the contact person under the service section of the website, and the email bounced back saying the address didn't exist. So I had to call in. Finally everything was booked, so I dropped off the car, then sat in a cold, empty room while waiting with my 2 year old for the courtesy vehicle. After 10 minutes, a gentleman informed me that just through a door, there was a lounge with a TV, couches and coffee. I don't understand why the service people didn't tell me this. I did tell them about this in my service survey, and the reply was, well, it's easier for the shuttle guy to find people if they're waiting there. He found me just fine in the lounge. Overall, I found my experience to be underwhelming. Also, the website states they have pickup and delivery options for service - why wasn't this offered to me? I had my vehicle at MGM Ford yesterday where they have a cafeteria, large playroom for children, and they delivered my car to me when service was complete. That's what I was expecting from Red Deer Mitsubishi and they missed on all counts.

This dealership will say whatever you want to hear including false promises to sell a car. Their staff neglected to include promised parts of the deal (oil changes for life) on the appropriate paperwork. I am one of many people who this happened to. They will refuse to uphold their end of the bargain or cut you a cheque worth all of two oil changes. I would never recommend this car dealership to anyone. Its not worth the deal if you can't rely on their honesty or integrity.

Bought a decent vehicle at a little higher price then I was planning but then was promised a trip to Mexico with the deal. They were very nice while selling me the car but as soon as the deal was closed things changed. They said they never had the Mexico certificate on hand but would courier it to my house with in a day or two. It never showed up. Had to call back numerous times to have them finally send the vacation package almost a month later by mail. First thing the voucher asked for was 100 dollars to register before I could even see the vacation details. Upon further investigation I found out the free trip is just a time share marketing scam with pushy relentless sales people. Pay 100 bucks to be hounded by marketing agents. If they promise a vacation with the car deal, why should I have to pay to find out the details. Scam!! Very disappointed. My son was eager to purchase a vehicle there too but now I’m going to steer him clear of there. Honesty is not priority with them. If it was, they would rectify this. Not holding my breath for that tho. They have their car sold and that’s all they care about.

Mitsubishi has been great to us. But this last go round we bought a caravan and the heated seat worked for 2 days and stopped working we went in we got told we had to wait 30 days to go through extended warrenty so we waited just to find out the heated seat is not covered and now the deal is set and now we have to pay to get it fixed and we are already paying a tremendous amount for our caravan. But all in all they have great service and the sales reps are really good.

Not sure who the new sales manager is now but the previous guy was a real DI**. Service has remained good for the most part even with staff changeover. My family owns 3 Mitsubishi vehicles. Great cars...would be great to have a dealership that appreciates out loyalty.

We just recently signed for a loan threw this dealership, which was all great and fine. We had great customer service at first, until we signed papers. My husband had to do most of the leg work for the finance part, no one would return messages and we were told a 72hr turn around. Its been almost six days and they still don't have the vehicle detailed or ready. Its rather irritating when you need to come in multiple times to do this and that. They dont seem very organized. Our sales guy was decent... But simply unimpressed with the service after we signed the papers....

Let me first start of by talking about how welcoming the dealership is,
The dealership is family owned & when you walk in the doors you feel like you are family too!
The Dealership is very welcoming. What you see is what you get.
I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Ram on Saturday 15, 2014 from Trevor. I must say that it has been the best car purchasing experience of my life.
I've been to three Dealerships before i found out about them, and I must say they are above & beyond. Most purchasing experiences have a lot of stress or pressure from both the salesman and the customer, but Trevor and the dealership went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as hassle free as possible. One thing that really stood out to me is they provided my mother & fiancé, who was there with me, and I snacks and drinks while we waited for the finance department. I have never seen that before, and I must say that it impressed the heck out of me.
Also as i mentioned the car I purchased was the Dodge Ram, and when speaking about it instead of sounding like he was reading a brochure, he sounded intelligent and educated, with an opinion.
I just wanted to say thank you to Trevor and let someone know of the excellent experience I had at Red Deer Mitsubishi THE BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE RED DEER & SURROUNDINGS MOSY DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A SUV OR ANY CAR!..
