When I am taking my car to be serviced here I am confident that I can trust them to do high quality work.

I have come across a few minor issues in the past, but they were all immediately corrected once brought to their attention. I really appreciate this because it shows they value customer loyalty (which they’ve definitely got mine!).

Lastly, their service department is always very kind and helpful.

I went to Mazda Kitchener today told them what I was looking for. The customer service rep was friendly and smiley. He went to get a salesman and when the sales man came over he looked nothing less than grumpy. No smile did not make us feel welcomed. We asked a couple questions and got 2 worded answers you could tell he did not want to make a sale. I even expressed I've been in my Mazda 10 years and I'm a returning customer. He walked away! So we walked out. We ended up buying a brand new Mazda today from Guelph! Their customer service is fantastic someone met us in the parking lot after 30 seconds being there. Want a new Mazda? My husband enjoys Mazda cars and have been dealing with this service department for years. We do all the recommended maintenance packages and have had no big issues other that it’s pricey. I was recently disappointed when we finally asked for their consideration. They did a chip repair that failed and cracked half the windshield. After we asked, they offered to credit the amount of the repair but only if we did the windshield replacement with them. Leaving us to loose the $50 credit because, their quote is considerably higher that all other windshield replacement companies in town. – They definitely don’t appreciate customer loyalty.

They take time to explain what they are going to do, and how much the service will cost. They helped me decide where it made sense to invest in body work for my old car. What's even better - they have great COVID precautions in place. This Dealership is AMAZING!

Just purchased 2019 18"inch MO12 Rims from Kieswetter Mazda and the service was amazing. Upon arriving I was greeted right away by 2 service reps and was provided with coffee/cookies which was just right for an AM appointment. The service reps provided me with all the information that was required. They told me that the Installation would take 1.5hrs and they completed the installation within 45 min.

They also went beyond my tires installation and also inspected the whole car to ensure all was good. I highly recommend Kieswetter Mazda and their service/sales team.

I recently bought a manual 2015 Mazda3 hatchback from Kieswetter Mazda and have had a blast with it since--it has great fuel efficiency while still having more than enough power for passing, and it handles surprisingly well. Love coming here! Wayne is the nicest person ever and the receptionist is always great at redirecting my calls. Kim is also fantastic and goes the extra step, just like Wayne. They care about you here and want to make sure you are satisfied. Always a pleasure getting the car serviced at this location.

They just redid the waiting area it’s a lot nicer. You can charge your phone or do work while you are waiting and there are some TVs up. There is a Keurig machine but no dairy milk alternatives.

Extremely deceitful service department. Will never return.

I brought my car here for a routine service check. I have been dealing with this location since roughly 2012. This is my second vehicle with this dealership. Within minutes they had called me with an outstandingly aggressive sales pitch about my breaks being in dire need of replacement and that I was in a significantly unsafe state and that my break pads had less than 1mm of surface remaining and that parts of my car were rusting apart in certain areas.

I inquired about the cost, which of course was astronomical, and informed I would call them back, as I was rather distressed to find out the car (which has just been recalled and repaired due to the breaks!!!!!!!!!!!) was already in need of replacement. This vehicle has JUST crossed the 50km threshold as of writing this review.

Within a few minutes I was being called back by the dealership, an obvious attempt to increase this sense of urgency.

I refused them to perform the service, and I immediately drove to the dealership and I happened to find the mechanic who was working on my vehicle driving it into the parking lot. So I asked him in what state he found the break pads. I received an ENTIRELY different story from the mechanic himself. The mechanic proceeded to explain to me that the real issue was the fact that my break pads were wearing out slanted and that one end was 5mm and one was 3mm and that ultimately this was going to need to be replaced soon. Fun fact: Break pads are slanted BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX!

I went into the office and the same guy who I had been dealing with in the service area proceeded to go over the report from the service. He explained how the break pads were 3mm and 5mm. Well, good sir, that certainly doesn't sound like the same number you said to me over the phone, good sir. That certainly isn't the same number you said you saw directly when you went to see the car personally with your own eyes, as you told me over then phone, good sir.

I am beyond outraged that some sales person would call me like I'm going to die in an accident if I drive this car home. The experience was so absolutely transparent that I was being scammed. The mechanic also basically explained to me that the break pads are going so rapidly because the vehicle is essentially destroying them by some defect in the vehicle itself.

Thanks for the free carwash. I won't be coming back.
