I had been to Tony Graham Lexus for 4 times for various recall reason of my RX 350. every time they surprise me with their extraordinary services. Apart from the needed work every time I asked them for extra touch up works and they nicely have done them without any question. Every time they leave my car clean outside as well as inside. My experience started with sales associate Thanh Trinh who is extremely professional, understanding and patient. With his recommendation I decided on the RX 350 was which was coming in on a trade. The rest of the experience was also understanding involving sales consulting Yan Na and financial service officer Shirley Cheung. I found everyone so friendly and extremely helpful to any of my inquiries and needs. After driving the car for one day I noticed a slight pulsation in the brakes. The next day the service department without question fix the problem completely to my satisfaction, what a pleasant experience compared to past experiences with other service departments. 80 dollars for a TPMS relearn on a 6 month old RX350 with 8000km. Only found out after the fact. I was never made aware that a convoluted relearn was required with equipment available only at the dealership after I had switched from winter tires I bought somewhere else.
I was not advised there would be a charge and in the service request I specifically asked
for an in-warranty service adjustment. If this was the case, I would have gone back to SIPAN for service.

Apparently I can only get my tires changed for 100$ a shot at the dealer. Service advisor told me thats the only way to avoid a tire pressure warning issue.
I change the wheels on my wifes non-lexus myself and relearn the TPMS with a 18$ scanner from amazon.
30 minutes labour to punch in some codes? Apparently they also gave me a “deal” because my codes were not in the system and I could have been charged more. What does that have to do with me??

Although a bit on the expensive side I find the the staff here are very friendly. I don't think the mechanics communicate well with the staff at the front desk because the information I got conflicted with what they actually changed in my vehicle. It is easy to drop off your vehicle and pick it up at this location and the valet who drives you to work is very very friendly.

What can I say. When we decided to look for a car we would never think that it would lead us to Lexus. But, we always talk about experiences and service as a community, Tony Graham Lexus blew our expectations completely away. From walking into the showroom we immediately felt like family. I have had some rattle issues with my sunroof due to high pressure blower of a car wash. I took my car to Bel Air and the mechanic looked at and could not repair it. He sent me to the Toyota body shop on McArthur. There the manager quoted me over $1000 plus taxes no parts and my car would have to be in body shop for 5 business days which meant renting a car.
I then took my car to TonyGraham Lexus on Hunt Club for wheel alignment and asked them to look at my sunroof. Well it took the mechanic to tightened something in my sunroof and my card drives like a top. It cost me 1 hour labour vs thousands of dollars. It was fast and I would like to thank Derick and Alex for taking care of my issues and the great technical skills of David the mechanic. I find with this dealership they have honesty integrity technical support team. Chris who overseas it all has a great team behind him.
I would definitely recommend this dealership for service and buying a great car.

Wow I thought the service would be a little higher because it's lexus but it's not. Had an oil change and the mechanic tracked his dirty boots all over like he had no concern for the vehicle just after my vehicle was professionally detailed. Attention to detail was not there even though specifics were verbally discussed. "sigh" shakes head
Service department was a pleasure to deal with. All very nice guys there, had an issue where the third party battery I brought in didn't fit like the associate at the other store stated it would. The service guys there were quick thinking, suggested the battery from another (very similar car) would probably fit; And it did! Saved me the troubles of having to wait for them to order it in. Very disappointed with my car and the service department. Make sure you check your bill closely before you leave. Also, if you're close to your warranty make sure you get your car in just before it is up, if you are just slightly over they won't help you. Won't be taking my car there anymore.

When I said, I am interested in a car, and he starts to negotiate the price with me. I said could you show me the car first. He was like you don’t like the price that I give you why should I show you the car???

Always wanted a Lexus and walked into a tent sale in April and drove out with a 2010 RX450 with approx 38K on it. The sales rep David Tran and the sales manager Bill McCallister we're super to deal with treated us like, as they refer to their customers as real GUESTS, have never encountered this anywhere before. I would recommend Tony Graham Lexus anytime and I will be back, by the way my first oil change was a dream, treated very professionally and the icing on the cake was the loaner during the service period and guess what that was?
