My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus and couldn't be happier with the service we got from our Product Rep Woodrow Tran. He is beyond knowledgeable and was able to give feedback and information on all of the models. He was able to support us with financing options and supported us each step of the way! He honestly went above and beyond to ensure the experience was positive for us. Ask for Woodrow Tran if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle.
We went into Don Valley North Lexus to discuss options as our new car lease came up for renewal. The sales team made us a great offer to get into a new IS300. We had a $4500 security deposit on the last car and they asked for an additional $2000 deposit as they figured out the paper work. We signed the paper work that day and they were to issue us a refund of $2000 after expenses and deposit on new car. They couldn't refund it that day though because it was a Saturday. They said they would credit our Visa the following business day.
7 weeks later we still have not received our deposit back, and still have not as I write this. We speak to the sales person every week and we just get run around after run around. We have been told it will be credited back to us by the end of day at least 4 times now!! Apparently he threw out some important paper work in haste as they tried to wheel and deal us into a new lease. They also said a dashboard light came on our off-lease car, after we left with our new car. And this was an issue they needed to resolve before Toyota Financial will allow them to give us our deposit back.
They were so busy trying to get us into a new car that they didn't process the trade in properly. All of this is a 'Lexus' problem and not the customer's problem. Yet here we are still waiting for our $2000 deposit back because of their internal mess up.
Its such a shame they threw their customer service out the window once they got us into a new car. Very frustrating, and still waiting.
We met Kitty Song at DVN Lexus showroom while shopping around for a new car. She was knowledgeable and had pleasant sales skills therefore we returned to this dealership to make our purchase with Kitty. We are glad we did so.
Regardless to her very busy day and while accommodating multiple clients, Kitty was very attentive to our needs, and the deal was done in a very pleasant and efficient manner.
Kitty found the specific car we wanted in matter of a day and personally delivered it on time. She even went over and beyond to locate an item we forgot in the old car that was already at a different location.

This is an experience for my recent lease buyout process and I'm being extremely clear that this is a review for Lexus service department and the lack of coordination between the service department and the finance department and their parent company of Toyota Canada is absolutely mind boggling.
I have called/emailed/updated my address at least 4 times with them and yet they still have my old address from 4 years ago. You would think when you updated an address within the same dealership, it gets updated across all "departments" without having to repeating 50 times.
I absolutely love my car, however, I don't think I would ever purchase another Lexus again knowing how little they truly care about their customers - which I suppose makes sense since they won't be making any more money from me. This experience showed their true color to me.
We just leased our new car from DVNL. My parents leased one from them in ‘08 n I decided to go back to them when I was shopping for a new car. Our salesman, Matthew Page, treated us very well and was very patient with us. He clearly had a passion for Lexus and knew the cars well and thoroughly explained all the features of the car. Clearly he had actually driven the car himself. We were very impressed by him. I remember their service dept back in ‘08 but I have yet to experience their current service. I’m going to leave one star less for now until I’ve gone to them and will revise my review. I’m sure they will earn that one extra star also!
I had a very disappointing service experience today with Denys Yien. I was told that the winter tire change would take 1.5-2 hours. I ended up waiting for 4 hours and I was the last one out, even though there were many people who came after me.
This is not the first time this has happened. I wish they can be more truthful in estimating the wait time and not overbook clients.
They need to understand that many clients can’t wait around for half of day and the least they can do is to be upfront about the issues so clients can make arrangements for themselves.

DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSIT before you are 100% sure you will buy this car! This is my first time came to Don Valley North Lexus dealership. Sales Joyce LU told me she would NOT offer me any price or deal before I made the decision to buy the car on the spot. And she made me pay the $3000 CAD deposit first. I did it. This is my worst decision in my life. They have NEVER EVER informed me it was a final sale. It is NON-REFUNDABLE.
I am so helpless.
I tried to contact sales, of course she did not want to refund.
I waited more than one hour to meet Sales Manager, of course, he did not want to help me.
I called General Sales Manager but he did not want to help me either and even called me back to give me more PRESSURE and force me to buy their car.
I called Lexus Canada, but it seems useless. At least I have not seen any chance I could get my refund so far.
Anyone else I can find to help me? Sales, No; Sales Manager, No; General Sales Manager, No and even more pressure. Lexus Canada, No reply. I am so tired.

My latest experience here makes me question whether I will ever come again. Came for what should have been a routine oil change and switching winter tires with summer tires. Somehow, they were unable to remove the valve stem from ALL 4 valves. Apparently ALL 4 had corroded since they exchanged the tires the previous December and none could be removed without incurring damage, so all 4 had to be replaced, costing me an extra $300. The blame was put on me for not having valve caps on the tires, but then again, it was the dealership that last did anything with the tires.
I would accept one, maybe two getting corroded beyond repair, but ALL 4, simultaneously? This feels too suspicious. The rep did try to help me out with some discounts, but in the end, a simple oil change and tire exchange still ended up costing more than $600, including a generous $18 for valve caps.
My only reason for coming to this dealership and sucking up the extra cost is to receive good service but that did not happen at this last visit and after writing this review I've definitely decided I will not be coming here again.
Addendum
Shortly after my review, the service manager at DVNL called me to discuss my complaint. He explained that they would never let a car leave the service department without valve caps, but because my car had special gray valve caps to indicate that there was a pressure monitoring system inside, it's possible that they were stolen because they look nicer than the usual black ones. I can't say for sure that my tires did or did not have valve caps on when I last left the dealer so its a possibility that they were stolen. The manager did offer me a free oil change at my next visit, which helps to offset some of the $300 extra I had to pay. I do appreciate that they did reach out to me quickly and made an effort to offset some of the cost, so I've revised my rating to 3 stars. Hope my next encounter works out better.

I appreciated for final appointment the sales rep was sending me and my husband appointment request and add all the required steps (such as docs, new insurance,...) in one email ,instead of going back and front with text messages. she forgot to let us know my husband needed to be in final meeting and it turned to be a stressful time for us to arrange our day. I rated amazing since she was very hard worker and polite.
