makes claims that vehicle will be done but doesn't provide updateson service work. told vehicle would be done in service before christmas.. vehicle still there, and parts have not even arrived yet! lacking communication . very disapointed
I had a great experience with all the staff of Land Rover Saskatoon from the time I went there just to check and see if they have the vehicle that I wanted and up to the time that they have to deliver the vehicle, I got nothing but exceptional service from everyone. Special shout out to Arun who gave me the most info about the vehicle and very accommodating as well. Many thanks to the wonderful staff and I am hoping that I will still get the same exceptional service when I go back there for my car’s upkeep.
Bad service, they are liars, we wait to fix our car for 3 months now, there is a part for the car they want to charge us $2000 for it when we found it for $200 but they don't accept they are forcing us to buy it for $2000. They are going to charge us $3000 total to fix a key. And we don't have any issue to pay but we have waited 3 months and now they are saying that they have to order that part from Europe. Completely bad service, please don't buy range rover it's a bad choice.

Arun, our sales associate - he truly guided us while listening to our wants/needs and calibrating along the way, going above and beyond to make sure we had all our curiosities and questions answered. He was able to educate us on Land Rover products and the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and the standards we could expect if we purchased from them all while ensuring we were comfortable, enjoying ourselves and not becoming overload with information and feeling overwhelmed.
Most importantly, as a woman I felt not one single moment of discrimination or sexist energy, either intended or subconsciously. A surprising and meaningful element of working with everyone at Land Rover.
Abdul, the sales manager - personable, kind, honest and supportive of his staff. He gave Arun the space to do his job but also assured us that he was a relevant member of the team, a team we would become a part of with our purchase. He was a constant and respectful support.
Erick, finance manager - laid back, professional and a calming energy. He made some dry material easy to get through, knew when it was okay to have a laugh and when it was important to stay focused. He took the time we needed to get through everything; we never once felt rushed by anyone we worked with at Land Rover Saskatoon.
Unknown sales associate - never did get his name but every time we were in he made sure to greet us, ask us if there was anything we needed and made small talk while we were waiting at different parts of the process.

2 Stars only for great customer service and nice managers out there. Purchased new 2020 disco sports 2 months back, trouble started in few days, first car stops in between while driving on highway, took car back, they fixed it, then rattling noise started from both sides, then brake noise started all of sudden, took car back, technician acknowledged during test drive, but did not fixed the problem (Reason for his not fixing as he could not able to replicate the noise again, Seriously!!!!)
Will stick to BMW's only, great and reliable cars.

Found out my car has recalls that were never addressed, called to see if I could get them fixed but they have told me these recalls are “expired” and that it would be an out of pocket fix. Very disappointed & unsatisfied of the poor response over something I had no idea about. Will not Recommend Land Rover

Tonight my vehicle broke down on the highway. I got in touch with the sales manger who stayed after hours (on Thanksgiving weekend) to get a loaner vehicle for me, filled it with gas, and met me outside with a cup of hot chocolate and a bottle of water and sent me in my way with a simple “we will figure it all out”. I guarantee no other dealership in this city cares more for their customers than Land Rover does.
I will never go anywhere else for my vehicles!

From the day we walked into purchase our range rover to comming up to saskatoon to welcome our son Roman into this world, they have treated us like family.

I made my second Range Rover purchase recently with the staff at Land Rover Saskatoon, and for the second time in a row the staff was phenomenal and completely in tune with my needs. Their first class service is second to none, and they always provide a one of a kind experience each and every time I’m in the dealership. Thank you to Danette, Jillian, Curtis and Abdul for treating me like an absolute queen. Each of you are truly amazing.
Me and my wife had gone in to purchase a used Range Rover Sport, we test drove it and loved it, we went home to talk finance and booked an appointment the next day to purchase the vehicle, I ended up getting a phone call 45 minutes before our appointment saying that they sold the vehicle...... very upset with the salesperson and got little to no apology for the huge mistake, no phone call no nothing to say someone else was interested in the vehicle, I could have came down and put a deposit on it or over the phone.
All in all very bad service and we will be buying something different.
I drove from Regina to Saskatoon to look at and purchase a new Discovery Sport. I had a wonderful end to end experience at Land Rover Saskatoon. The evening before I arrived I emailed with a few last minute questions and much to my surprise Danette replied to all my emails well beyond business hours. The next morning when I arrived and met with Danette I immediately felt a connection with her and knew that she wanted to make sure that I was happy with the car and the deal that I was getting. I also worked with and had a great experience with Curtis and Abdul. I felt like they were honest and worked to get me a decent price for my trade-in. Once we agreed on purchase price and trade-in the financing process was very quick and I was in and out all within a few hours. My only suggestion would be to open a Land Rover location in Regina, I would have pulled the plugged on a new Land Rover years ago if that had been the case. All in all it was a great experience and I am so happy with my new vehicle!
A wonderful experience from start to finish. After walking into this world class facility I couldn't help but notice how everyone I encountered in the store was in a contagious great mood. Abdul was absolutely amazing at finding the perfect vehicle for me. It was a no pressure experience, and genuinely fun to see the product and experience all that JLR has to offer. Chris was extremely helpful in making sure I understood everything in my new Rover. I could not imagine having a better car buying experience than I had at Saskatoon Jaguar Land Rover!

We were at the dealership last weekend and found Paul Hampson to be very helpful. He was very knowledgable. I had many, many questions and he answered them all.
I never felt pressured to hurry up and make a decision, nor did I feel like I was wasting Paul's time. He seemed engaged with me the entire time and I had the feeling he wanted me to make the right decision, whether it benefited him or not.
