I have a very bad experience dealing with those guys.
I booked an appointment to buy a used car they have listed on a price of 35k , after I booked my appointment and before i come they changed the listing price and increased it by 2k as they saw i was interested in the car and apparently they want to cheat on me to make more profit.
Because of my appointment with them i had to cancel my reserved turn with other dealers and lose my opportunity of buying the other car which was a good one .

However when i spoke with them at first they denied price change and said it was the same price since day one which was not the case.
The manager was ignorant and refused to help and try to fix their mistakes.
This issue cost me to lose my turn for buying another car and now i have to start my search again from beginning.

August 26th 2021 I had an appointment for a scheduled oil change. Once there, they suggested I do my 2nd check-up, which I agreed to. The receptionist at the Service Center said it would take about an hour and a half. From where I was sitting in the dealership, I saw that my truck was only taken in after an hour and a half! After 2 hours of waiting with no word, I went back to the Service Ctre to inquire about the wait time. I was told it would be ready soon and when the lady went to ask the mechanic how long it would take I could hear yelling in the back. She came out to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes. I had another appointment that I had to be at and then the Assistant Manager went to see the mechanic a 2nd time and that's when the mechanic started yelling at the top of his lungs and throwing things around. At this point I yelled as well to get my truck down because needlesstosay I no longer had confidence in my truck being handled properly. Not to mention the very poor service, wait time and lack of professionalism. The Assistant Manager was nice enough to not charge me for the service, and did apologize for the situation which was appreciated. I don't know if it's a scheduling problem which put the mechanic under great pressure but in the future it would be appreciated to schedule appointments properly because I will not be returning for my oil changes there. It's a shame really.

However, I give them 1 star because they kept my 500$ deposit just because, based on my budget, I changed my mind about buying one of their cars. They say they keep my 500$ to cover the money they used to put rustproof in the car I was supposed to buy. I found this unfair and I only hope they will never do it to somebody else.

i went in for service this week the service was excellent at the counter but mechanical wise the mechanics are not well trained.
mechanic EMILIO SORRENTINO marked on my invoice as a guy that worked in my car screamed at me for going in the garage and picking my stuff out of the car he was swearing all 2hours i was there and me i was sitting in the front to service my vehicle.
receptionist was very nice ,service advisor nicolas was helpful and sales man mr.teriracca was very intelligent and helpful with my questions this is my second car with him.

A honnest Review. They are friendly, but i'm not sure if they are honnest. Here's the thing. Last summer i went to pose my summer tire. Right when i left, i could hear a noise comming from the from tire. Since i wasn't driving it much this summer i wait for theautomn season. So I went back in october and ask to check why that pre-existant noise when they install it last summer was there. It took 45 min to the technicien to finally say, it's the tire, they are due to change. So, i've been charge for 45 min for that. So why noboly told my in the first place last summer ? And another thing, i see more often the receptionnist scraching the checkup box than the technicien and this is very wrong. So, what i don't like is that their technician do not do the complete job ok in the first place.

Sedona control arm recall. Asked to ensure alignment ok and was told it would not change. Now it pulls to the right and they are not responsible. Did not ask for this recall and now alignment is out. UPDATE: Customer service staff clearly stated "there is nothing we can do" so I don't need to call to discuss the situation

The sales person was nice and professional. Didnt feel pressure from him but once the sales manager started his little song and dance, we felt a lot of pressure and not much listening.
