Fast to take the money for the work but no customer service whatsoever. Stay clear of this dealer its suppose to be the best service department in Quebec if thats the case I wouldnt want to see the worst. Left several messages no callback. Last time ill step foot in this dealer or refer anyone. Truly pathetic service.Being an automotive professional myself steer clear of this dealership.

Exchanged my car here and I wish I could give 5 stars. During the exchange process I had some very minor problems that didn't compromise my experience. But one of this minor things justify my rating. On the same day I closed the deal, I requested a Sherlock certificate with my name to save some money with insurance. A few days later I came back to take the car but they haven't the certificate ready, asking more couple days. Five days later still not ready. Went somewhere else, made the certificate in less than 1 hour and around $30 cheaper.

I recently purchased a Kia from Elite Kia.

Everyone was extremely nice and I felt immediately comfortable with the sales staff.

I had visited several other dealerships on the island and was not impressed with the service I received st those dealerships.

The purchase process as well as finance went smoothly and not once did I receive the pressure I did at the other dealerships I visited in Montreal.

Worst service ever, you try to call them MANY times during the day, MANY days, and never got to speak to the right service....always the voicemail, which I give my question and phone number (told slowly and twice) they never called back.

Plus I had my friend who had big problems with their service, they completely messed up when she wanted to buy a car from them and never got it...

I don't recommend, stay away from KIA ELITE, for your own good...

I purchased my first new (electric) vehicle last week at Elite Kia and was very happy with the service I received. I worked with Hassan M. and he was very informative, patient and understanding. I did not feel like I was being pressured or “told what I wanted to hear” at all. He answered all my questions in good detail and went above and beyond by helping me create an aveq and charge hub account after I had issues, connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and showing me the navigation/eco features with a quick and detailed demonstration before I left with the vehicle.

The credit application process with René R. was very smooth and easy as well and again I did not feel pressured by him to purchase anything that I was not already planning on purchasing in regards to warranty.

All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone in the area looking into a Kia to check out Elite Kia.

Walked in to look at a new car , Asked for a brochure in English and was told " most of our clientele is English speaking" " English brochure so hard to get around here " when I told the salesman I will leave you my phone number call me when you get one , I was told twice "have a nice day " in other words I was thrown out .
Called Kia Canada which gave me 500 excuses why they cant do anything about it as "Kia only makes cars "
In the US a dealer would certainly loose his franchise agreement over something like that , this dealer however may not be totally at fault it seems Kia Canada has an anti English sentiment for some reason in Quebec , when going to the Kia Canada site in Quebec rightfully so it opens up in French but good luck finding the English option which is in Tiny letters below the bottom of the web site !
Go to any other car makers website and at the top you have an English Option.
When I leased my last 2 Acura's I was asked at the dealer if I wanted a French or an English Brochure .

We shopped many dealerships looking for a specific SUV. We were referred by a family member, and initially we were very satisfied with the level of service and knowledge. Unfortunately after choosing and agreeing to buy a truck, we were told a few days later that they couldn`t get it in the color we wanted. A few days later, they couldn't even get that model. When meeting the finance manager,we were informed that their warranty didn't over the same coverage the salesman told us about. The final straw came when I called 3 other dealers and found that the truck we originally wanted was indeed available elsewhere. Felt like a classic case of bait and switch.

I get that the sales rep was committed to closing the deal -- it was good for him, just as it was good for us. But this was a really disheartening experience for us nonetheless.
