2019 Sorento with < than 6000 km on it.
Well this is now the 8th week that you have had this vehicle in the shop and you have NOT fixed the problem. You have even stopped calling me with updates. Could have pulled the engine and replaced all the parts by now.
It has to get repaired soon or Im going to trade it to your dealership.
Its the CMU (computer) that's the problem.
Replace it and stop XXXxing around
I have lost faith in your ability to fix your own vehicles.

Do not get service done here. Kia's are great, reliable cars but this service department will mess up repairs or maintenance jobs the first time causing you to come back numerous times. Another kia dealership told me lambton kia may have messed up a maintenance job costing me $1100, 40 000 km earlier then i should have. I kept the parts to show Lambton kia and when i went in all they did was redirect and deny the issue. If i had not gone in at random to get my car looked at, i could have lost my car to this issue. I understand people can make mistakes but discarding the issue the way they did was very unprofessional. The verdict: if you want a nice reliable kia, drive to London or anywhere else. Trust me it is worth the hour of your life to avoid Lambton kia.

They kept me posted frequently, I got a loaner car for the time mine was getting fixed, and I walked away without paying for a thing. Definitely going to purchase my future car from them!

Lambton kia has been good to be over the years I've owned my kia. They've helped me with warranty repairs and remember me when i come in. I never felt pressured to upgrade my vehicle and always kept communication lines open with concerns. I felt their offers were always fair and open and one of their agents communicated offers with all fees in right away so I know what I'd be paying. Hey Kia Lambton, remember when you told me I had a crack in CV boot and could replace it for me. Then called me back up saying the mechanic broke my axle and I had to pay an extra $400! For your “qualified” mechanics mistake. When I came in to pick up my car you guys gave me a complementary Kia umbrella like this somehow made everything better. No wonder why any mechanic in Sarnia has nothing good to say about your shop and now your customer service is also going down the drain. Good luck

I had a engine recall on my car. Had to get engine replaced at Kia Sarnia. Worst experience they didn't tighten engine bolts or hook my electronics in steering wheel back up. I told them the problem right away and they said it was my problem. Ended up costing me $3000 dollars from damage from the job they wouldn't finish. Never get a car here or get them to do any work on your car. BUYER BEWARE.

It looks like Lambton Kia has a good customer service only for new sales. I experienced a pathetic service from the Service department (front desk employees). I think someone should set KRA for them and create checklists for each jobs so that they will not miss to communicate with the customers.

I have raised a complaint ticket in Kia Head office website to ensure that this is well messaged to as google reviews will not change a thing.

After purchasing two previous vehicles at this dealership we wanted to replace our Kia Spectra and went in to test drive a vehicle.
They had no brochure on the desired vehicle and had to be emailed the information. There was no follow up call from the dealership, even though we let them know we wanted to buy.

I had my 2013 Sorento towed in because I was instructed by service staff because my vehicle's engine light was flashing. I know that the problem was because of a callback problem as we received a letter describing exactly what was occurring with the vehicle. When getting there the service staff indicating that it would be some time to get a heads up. I phoned at 4 pm to find out what the problems was. The service rep said it won't be a while like two or three days before they can look at it to be fixed. I asked if when a vehicle has a problem that is caused by the company why lt does not supply a loan car. Anyway I do hope this can be resolved soon as to now I have to rent a car.

My Mom and I purchased my first car together, a 2014 Kia Rondo, from Lambton Kia. The salesperson was excellent, and even though I had wanted a Kia Forte, he found a low kilometre Rondo that we thought was at a decent price. Following this we quickly discovered that Kia didn’t care about its customers with the nightmare that unfolded. My mother needed the car; I had been gifted a Toyota Venza from my Fiancé’s family and no longer needed the vehicle. My Mother’s name was on the sales documents however it hadn’t been included on the Ontario vehicle registration slip. When I went to transfer the vehicle to my Mother we thought it would be straightforward. The MTO explained to us that this was an error on Lambton Kia’s behalf and they would have to remedy this. We informed Lambton Kia however Ben Last, the sales representative who signed off on the paperwork, ignored the complaint and told us to go elsewhere. We believe Lambton Kia should be remedying this situation, now we are in a dilemma and without a legal letter gifting the car to my Mother (who is listed as the co-owner) and a safety inspection ($300) I cannot transfer the vehicle. The MTO even called Lambton Kia on our behalf and told them that they needed to fix this. Do not purchase a vehicle from Lambton Kia and expect them to remedy any issues following it driving off the lot. So disappointed and upset with our unfair treatment.

I was stranded in Sarnia on vacation with a malfunctioning fuel cap (car was not bought from this dealer). The reception was helpful at getting the car checked and the service person was an expert at identifying the fixing the electrical problem that led to the malfunction. They invited my dog into the dealer and provided water. The service person ended up staying overtime to fix my car to make sure I can get home. The price was more then fair. All in a great experience. A small dealership with a big heart!

Girlfriend took her Sorento in to have a caliper, rotor and pads put on just one tire and cost over $1,000. In the states the parts wouldn't have even cost $150 for all of it. The caliper alone they charged $466 and then double charged on the rotor because they come in packs of 2 and they can't be separated, so got charged for both even though it only needed one that's another $250 . I advised her to never go there again. Complete rip off! Just taking advantage of a girl who doesn't know much about vehicles. I'd advise a different dealership!.... P.s. had a quote done there for all four calipers rotors and pads along with a bearing.... Estimate was just over $2000 for all four.

Web pricing is not always correct, many vehicle incorrectly priced. When you get to the dealership you find out that it is a lesser vehicle for the price. Will lie to you on the phone about vehicle condition / price / km to get you to come into the dealership. You will find out when you arrive that the vehicle that you where quoted on the phone was not actually new despite being told that it was new 3 times by the sales associate. I gave them two stars because the manager seemed like a decent guy.
