Great service department and Sales Staff!
After sharing information over the phone and leaving my credit card information for a deposit on a car, i spoke with a salesman, and his manager about the car. I then happily made an appointment 2 days in advance and booked the day off to drive an hour and a half for this kia. To arrive on time the day of, and find out the very same manager i spoke with about the very same car, took it home for his day off.
Very disappointed about. Complete waste of a day.
*edit* i was not contacted by any owner as of yet. The only response ive had to this was the shoulder shrugs and complete confusion from the nice saleman that couldnt explain why it happened.

We recently purchased a 2021 Kia telluride through Matt in sales and Tim in finance, couldn’t have asked for a better team. Straight forward and to the point, they know their stuff in and out and got us an even better deal than the big volume selling dealerships from the city. This is a great dealership! I purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos in November from Joe Doran & he was fantastic. We were honest that we were looking around & Joe did not pressure me at all. He was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions about my Kia, and everything Kia has to offer. Joe also took about 30 minutes of his time & went over all of the features of my new car, which I very much appreciated! Tim in Finace was also very nice & easy to deal with. Everything was seemless & I have no complaints! I would defiantly recommend Kia Peterborough & Joe to anyone looking for a Kia!
We drove over 2 hours to see a used car which I was very excited for. Upon our arrival to the scheduled appointment, I was told that the battery had frozen and a new one should be there in an hour. Completely understandable-these things happen! However, I was told I would receive a call when the new battery arrived, which I never did, and over an hour later we returned only to find out the car was being shown to another customer, who then took it on a test drive before I ever got the chance. (Despite my having made an appointment and having waited over an hour).
I waited near the sales agent but was only acknowledged/spoken to once the other customer had left for the drive.
I understand that mix ups like this can happen, but the lack of phone calls, communication and the complete lack of acknowledgment when I first returned left me feeling quite dismissed and disappointed. Otherwise, the service was friendly and we did get first right of refusal on the car, having been there first originally.
Got our first cars from Peterborough Kia! Got Forte 5 GT and Kia K5!! Had everything done easily and responsibily from Mr. Tim Kenzora and Mr. Joe Doran..

Tim was good in helping us out, as was Christian. 3 stars for how long it took them to get everything ready for our pick-up. Also because when we asked for a spare tire they basically said no. Didn't even tell us we had no spare, we had to find out later. Pretty cheap of them to just put an inflation kit in, which will cost more to clean up. 15 bucks at Walmart, just include a spare for us.
Christian was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He made my vehicle purchase a very easy process and made sure I was purchasing something I needed. Thank you to Tim and Joe for getting the numbers that worked for me.
Having previously had a good experience with buying from Peterborough Kia, I contacted them last week to book a test drive on one of their used cars.
I wasn't really sure what kind of car I wanted, having driven SUV's prior to deciding I wanted something smaller. I explained this to the lady who set up the test drive for me, hoping this would lead to me being asked some questions and then being recommend other cars I could take a look at in my price range.
This didn't happen and I came away feeling like they really did not want my business. Disappointed.
Heard a lot about how dependable the KIA brand has become. Went to Peterborough KIA and I must say I was so impressed with their service and staff. I was greated by Christian Hough. He answered all my questions and knew so much about the KIA brand. I walked out that day with my brand new KIA Forte 5. I just love it. Best car buying experience I have ever had.

Peterborough Kia never disappoints! They are polite and friendly but also very knowledgeable. Though I bought my Kia in Scarborough I have been getting my service here for at least 2 years and am very happy! Plus free wi-fi!!!
Horrible customer service from the General Manager! Would have been a guaranteed sale for an insurance replacement, but Joe was rude and unwilling to provide decent and respectful customer service. Shameful.

I took the vehicle in to diagnose a problem but was given no conclusive results? Still got charged for the diagnostic fee of just under $60 Will take it up with the owner!

Have purchased 2 vehicles there in the last 3 weeks. Very relaxed atmosphere to purchase and they treat you right. And we have had 4 Kia vehicles now in the last 8 years. They are very good cars.

The staff were good to deal with picked up a used suv the trade in was a little low and the vehicle was reposted the the next day after it was bought for $500 less Imagen that wasn't to impressed with that move at all

I went into the dealership looking at getting a used vehicle but newer than what I had, but ended up coming out on top with a brand new KIA Sorento. Hats off to Jim, Joe and Tim. Jim Thompson was honest, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him to others. We also like Joe Fischetti (General Sales Manager), who was super-friendly and down-to-earth. This type of experience was exactly what we were looking for; Jim realized early on that we knew what we were looking for and that we didn't need to be pressured to make the purchase. He really took his time and answered ALL of our questions in a forthright manner. He also gave us time to discuss on our own. He explored our needs and the different price-points of the two trim levels we were considering. He was extremely helpful. Because of the awesome value, features, warranty and reliability stats, we knew that we wanted to buy a 2019 Kia Sorento - we could have purchased this same vehicle anywhere (and probably a lot closer to home); however, it's the dealership that made the difference for us. We had total confidence in our purchase decision because of the way we were treated as potential customers: in a forthright manner, by a very knowledgeable and helpful Sales Rep. We didn't feel that we were being manipulated and we also felt that Jim understood exactly what our needs were and did his best to accommodate us. He helped us to zero in on what was important to us. Test drove a Kia here and drove an hour away to actually purchase one. You can decipher my review! Service department is good but not great. Overall seems to just always be one step behind. Small things could bring this dealership to a win, but after two years as a customer I wouldn't recommend this dealership as a winner.
Not your typical car dealer. They do not want to sell you a car you don't want. You can feel comfortable going there to test drive a vehicle unlike some dealers. I am truly impressed by Peterborough Kia.
