I owned a 2014 Kia Rondo and in 2017 I traded it with 2018 Kia Soul, so I have been a regular client at this location for service and maintenance. The customer service was good before also but since I was served by Senior Service Adviser Kevin Mangal I have felt a tremendous difference . Kevin is very professional and helpful. I am sure I am not the only customer who feels special. It's Kevin who provides excellent customer service to each and every client. He always goes an extra mile to accommodate and satisfy each client. At least I go home feeling extremely happy and satisfied with the service I receive from Kevin Mangal. I look forward to my next maintenance appointment knowing it will be another amazing experience thanks to Kevin. I hope he is appreciated by his employers for his hard work and professionalism as much as we the customers do. I had my car towed to Milton Kia as a result of engine failure caused by a faulty oil change (done elsewhere). Kevin the Service Manager was a pleasure to deal with during the entire process from diagnosis through the insurance interactions. Kevin was patient and listened to all of my concerns. He was very straightforward with answers and I felt he had my best interests in mind at all time. I recommend this dealership for servicing your Kia.

A completely horrible experience! Myself and wife went to Milton Kia to purchase a new Sorento, we were given a price and made a counter offer. The sales representative, Orville, went to discuss with his manager and returned to inform us that they agreed the vehicle price but would pay approximately $100 less on our requested trade in price. We agreed to this and I verified the price 3 times with Orville, who confirmed it was correct. We went to sign the papers and were shocked that the price was now approximately $2K higher than agreed! The sales manager came down in price a bit and my wife decided to go ahead with the purchase.
We had requested 3M cover for the hood and new licence plates. When my wife picked up the car they were putting her old plates on the new car and the 3M only covered the first 12" on the hood. They claimed we never asked for new plates, even though the paperwork said we did and have agreed to put new plates on but we have to go back. They said we only asked for 3M on the first 12", when I disputed this they recounted I asked for 3M on the hood, which to them means only the first 12"and I should have specified the whole hood (Which I did). They never once verified what I had asked for or stipulated it would only be 12".
I was informed a manager would call me back, instead the sales representative, Orville, called and was incredibly condescending to me on the phone, taking over me and saying "yeah, yeah, yeah" as I attempted to convey my displeasure with the whole process.
These guys will lie to your face for a few dollars. Avoid at all costs. I'm taking my complaint to OMVIC!
I bought a new car last week at the Milton KIA (2020 Sorento) and let me tell you that it was by far the best experience I have had. We just went in to look around and browse for a new vehicle. Raphy Makary (employee) was spectacular . He was very helpful in the whole process in purchasing a vehicle. He knows what hes doing and more importantly he treated us with respect which is now a forgotten thing among many. He pointed out many things KIA was offering as part of the deal . His knowledge of the brand is impressive and during negotiations its was very important to see that he still maintained that respect towards us. The whole establishment from sale to manager was a very good experience. THE MOST important thing I can tell you about the employees that work here is that they are straight forward. If you like qualities like that when purchasing a car i suggest going to this establishment. Thank you for all your help and I'm very happy with my new car.
Just purchased my very first new car here, 2020 Kia Soul. Best car buying experience I have ever had, there was 0 pressure, they didn't try to push all the expensive extra's on me like most dealerships, and they were willing to beat all other offers I had previously got.
Just signed the paperwork for my first Kia and it was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Graeme, Kevin and Juan Carlos were all absolutely great to deal with and went far above and beyond to make me happy. I have had many cars in my day from many different brands and dealers and every time I walked out feeling that I just got ripped off. Well not this time I haven't even picked up the car yet and I can't wait. Seriously guys great job. You have really impressed me and when the time comes I will definately be back.

We just bought our first Kia. The 2020 Sorento. We spent 10 years in a van, so this was the perfect transition vehicle to something smaller, and fuel-efficient. I researched a long time to find a vehicle that I thought I would like. my husband went in to take a look at Milton Kia as he works right in Milton, and right away he got a good vibe from the salesperson. Orville is an incredible salesperson. Straightforward. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Makes buying a vehicle very easy. The management team including Jean who looked after the paperwork, is thorough. Jean was a pleasure to work with, and she makes the red tape part of car buying very easy. JC the manager is attuned to customers budgets and looking for the best deal. The dealership itself is well managed, clean and ready for physical distance challenges brought on by Covid. Worth going there if you want a Kia! You cannot beat the incentives on some of the models right now. As I was leaving I came across the new 2021 Seltos. Jealous! It was a beautiful shade of blue. Before this I almost looked for a new repair shop because the service frankly sucked. Then KIA brought in all new people and the entire experience is way better.

I bought my 2020 Forte 5 at this dealership and the experience was outstanding. Orville, Juan and Kevin made my purchase easy and straight forward. Very very honest people, I was amazed how they treated me and my wife. Orville, sales rep, knew everything about the car, answered all my questions (Highly recommend him). Bought a used car from Kia of Milton. Took it to my mechanic before buying it and he found absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I went to go pick it up, they gave me a report on what they did to it and i was completely surprised. My mechanic said the brakes and tires are just under half life and I’ll be good for a couple of years with the low kms I put on. But they replaced them anyways when they didn’t have to. I wasn’t expecting this. This went from a good experience to a superb experience. I live in Ajax but I will do My best to send as many people I can to this place. The staff are great and I got treated like family even though I’m not. It was a really good feeling.
So pleased with the information the team was able to provide me. They are very warm and approachable - they addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like I wasn't asking any silly questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone

ok, i fell for it. went in and paid over $100 to have them try to fix the seat latch. to be honest it doesnt stick as much, but far from the same as the other latch.
and now i got a spam text after i specifically asked the service desk upon check in not to use any of my information for advertising or spam.
easy fix for the text spam - blocked the number so now any call from Milton Kia will be blocked.
very disappointed - cant wait to get rid of my Kia and be done with it.

Always a good services provided by Kevin and Jamie. I went to a Mr Lube for a Tire repair. Mr Lube told me that the tire cannot and need to be replaced. Kevin and Jamie as usual was able to give a good services and as repair the tire.
