Paul, was an amazing salesperson from the time we walked into the dealership, to the time we picked up our new 2020 Sportage! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and what it had to offer. Paul made every step of purchasing a vehicle very easy. Once we picked up our new vehicle, Paul went over every feature of the vehicle so we understood how each element worked, considering today's vehicles are giant computers and are much different than the vehicles 6 years ago.
Out of the 4 vehicles I have bought from Kia, Paul is the only salesman that had his clients best interest at heart and did whatever he could to ensure they were satisfied with their purchase and everything leading up to that purchase. He ensured I got the colour I wanted, and that it had the extras we were looking for!

I bought my car from Cambridge Kia and only take it for service to the same place. I have to comment on their brilliant service team under service Manager Raj. Scott and Chris are familiar faces of Kia for anyone who been to showroom for service. Very cheerful and friendly. Even though Forte LX+ is not a high end car they treat me like I'm their number 1 customer every time. Really happy with the car so far. The brilliant service team had made it really worth it.

I recently bought a car from this Store and it was A+ service. I would highly recommend Anyone to go here to buy a vehicle. Youseff is the gentleman I felt with and he was amazing. He was kind, patient, not pushy, he listened to what I wanted in a car, he went above and beyond . He even went as far as delivering me my new car at work and picking up my trade in. I am a long time customer of Cambridge Kia; I have purchased several cars from the dealership and always use their service department to care/repair my vehicles. There has been many changes over the years but the one thing that has been constant is the excellent experience we have with the service team – Scott and Sean are truly a testament to their profession. My husband and I both bought new cars from this location earlier in the year. We ordered the cars in advance and each time we were supposed to receive it the date and excuses kept coming. My car was supposed to be brand new with practically no km and they ended up driving it from Toronto to the shop putting a bunch of kms on my new car. The staff were condescending at times, especially the financial associate “Dave”. The service was always a hassle and had us waiting way too long too many times. When we drove our cars home we vowed never to return there for service or any other vehicle needs. I now go to Guelph Kia and my husband to Kitchener.

I first contacted Cambridge Kia via email through and Autotrader ad I saw. Their response was quick and friendly. From there I received all the answers I needed and decided to come down and see the car in person. Yonnas ensured everything was ready upon arrival (even after I changed the date from Saturday to Friday) and he also assured me he would be there to help with anything. The car was well cleaned upon my arrival and ready to go. After taking the car for a drive everything looked good and it was time to make the deal. Yonnas and Dave didn't play hardball and they made negotiations incredibly simple - wish all took place like that. Once we agreed upon a number that was it and we had our car purchased. A few days later on pick-up, the car was spotless - looked brand new! They even took care of a small almost unnoticeable cosmetic detail I noticed when I test drove it. It's this small attention to detail that sealed the deal. I will definitely be recommending those looking for a vehicle to check them out.
I arrived yesterday, as planned, to pick up my new Sorento which was ordered three business days prior and the vehicle was ready as promised. I can only describe my experience at this dealership as truly amazing. From the first moment my wife and I entered the showroom until I left with my new car, all the staff that I dealt with were excellent.
