Gary and two other department managers were unfairly and rudely fired when new owner took over dealership Dec 1st/19. We are very disappointed as Gary was the best Service Manager we have ever dealt with, we will get our servicing done elsewhere in protest!

We get an oil change on our 2016 Kia Forte probably 4 times a year as my fiance drives it for work. I recently was just having battery issues and called them to ask the price. Their price was about $30 more than going with another service company for a battery replacement, so I went with the other company. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get an oil change with Kia. At the end of the oil change the comments are a weak battery. A) this was completely glossed over as she tried to take my payment B) instead of asking the mechanic to come an explain our get some help when I told her it was just replaced she tried to explain to me how a battery gets tested...
Needless to say, our business with Kelowna Kia is done.
Chad was wonderful to deal with, he is friendly and extremely helpful. He has done a lot of search works, the kind of car recommended is everything you need and value for money. Great team from top to bottom. My wife got a Rio here last year and we were happy with the deal and service so it was only natural I come here. I dealt with Jordan and he went above and beyond for me. They had the car I wanted and he made it work into my budget. When I showed up I locked my keys in my truck and Jordan had his team get them for me before I was back from the test drive! There was a mix up with the insurance people and it didn't look like I'd be able to leave with my new car, guess again! They threw a dealer plate on, let me park my old truck in the lot, and extended the test drive for me until the next morning so I could enjoy my new car! Would recommend to any driver looking for an enjoyable process to getting a new car.

My recent experience with the service department was excellent. My 2012 Kia hybrid needed a complete new engine. I had only owned the car for a year and few months when this happened. My emotions when hearing the news was frustration and panic. Eric from Kia service explained the car problems but most importantly he looked after everything. He made sure I had transportation and returned my car with a new engine. The process was easy thank you Eric. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicle here my favourite is they complementary wash and vacuum your vehicle after.

I normally don't write reviews and I had to make a google account just to write this, but it needs to be said. I own a 2013 Kia Sportage, and had a horrible experience driving between Hope and Merrit where I had major engine troubles. After diagnosing the problem as a known defect, Kia Canada refused to do any repairs even though it was obviously a manufacturing problem. Eric from Kia Kelowna really came to bat for me and argued my case with them. What would have been months without a vehicle and a massive expenditure, turned out to be a few weeks of waiting, and nearly zero cost to me. (I had to pay for a few small parts - less than $100) They did this all on their own accord, I was still trying to argue my case with Kia Canada when Eric called me with the news. Eric and Kia Kelowna have exceptional customer service, far above any other dealerships I have dealt with, I can't recommend them enough.
I got a a new 2020 KIA Forte EX through Jordan Barkett, who works at Kelowna KIA. From start to finish, he made sure he knew what I wanted and help me search for the right car. The best thing about dealing with Jordan was that he was not pushy at all even once. There were several moments where I wasn't sure what I really wanted and changed my mind several times but even then he was patient and kept helping me find the right car and eventually, I was able to find that car. I could be biased but I have a feeling that this place is the best place in Kelowna, or even in the Okanagan to get a car. Thanks Jordan.

I drove to Kelowna from Hope to buy a truck. I talked to the loser salesman Jordan Barkett several times on the phone and a couple texts and emails including several that day and when I arrived he said “oh ya that truck sold yesterday. Did you want one of the other ones?”
I was hoping that by going through a dealership that I could expect an honest answer to the question of what is wrong with it. Nothing doesn’t hold true when the stereo doesn’t work and the spare set of tires is too bald to use.
I wouldn’t have minded so much if I had been told what the issues were, but finding out after he fact was less than ideal. Have a little integrity.

This is my first KIA vehicle and I was really pleased with the service! Jill was great! We also chatted with Karissa for a bit while Jill was helping someone else and she was lovely as well. Everyone was friendly and we got what we went in for. We are loving our new vehicle! Can't speak for the service dept as we obviously haven't dealt with them yet, but if they are anything like the rest of the staff we are set!
A month or so ago I was looking to but a car, wandered into Kia & met with Jill Vardi. We spent an hour or so, drove a few cars, negotiated on one car. Jill was very good to work with, knowledgeable, direct, straight forward, no BS. I'm old & have bought many cars & sat with many car sales people. I liked her approach & honesty & recommend her.

I don't normally believe in writing bad reviews. Everyone has bad days so I try to let things go. However, it's been over a year since I purchased my used vehicle at Kelowna Kia and have am yet to have a purchasing experience that is awful as the one I had there.
This dealership attempted to to pull the wool over my eyes on multiple occasions. They were not at all knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving, and attempted to tell me it had features it did not... luckily, I had done my research on this vehicle and knew it better than they did. They also use extremely high-pressure sales tactics under false pretenses (ex. "We have a couple coming in from Merrit later today to look at this vehicle so you should make an offer right away"). Furthermore, they are willing to blindside their customers with fees when it comes time to pay the bill. While I have no problem with paying appropriate fees associated with a large purchase, I do expect dealerships to be forthcoming about these charges. Finally, part of the deal that was agreed upon included some body work to fix some scratches on the used vehicle I had purchased. They only completed a small portion of the work that was agreed upon and said "too bad" about the rest.
I guess the joke is on me for giving them my money before the work was completed, a mistake I will never make again.
Overall, Kelowna Kia is an extremely slimy, shady, and dishonest place of business. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid at all costs.

My review is about one of Kelowna Kia's employees. I was on the side of the road with a flat tire at about midnight and trying to reach a tow truck to assist with changing my tire. I was frustrated because the tow truck answering services were advising of long waits and I was not going anywhere fast. Matt (mechanic at Kia) pulled over and asked if I needed help. He not only changed my tire, but took down my tire details to see if he could order one through Kia for me. Matt was so great and wouldn't accept payment. If all your employees are like this, you must be a great employer. Thanks, Matt!!!
