Probably the worst service we have ever had with any make of vehicle. Even after Kia has a recall on their engines, no warranty.
7 years old and 120,000 Kms and is deemed un driveable because they think the engine may go at anytime, but no warranty. Brutal

We bought a new 2022 seltos. Within a month, the radio display broke. The service manager and sales manager both told us it wasn't covered under warranty. The radio dash is over $2000. The font trim is falling apart. Overall, the car looks nice, but it's just an image. Don't be fooled. They are cheap for a reason. They are junk. Nissan is a way nicer vehicle and lasts much longer. I am truly disappointed and can not wait to trade it in for a Rouge.

My husband and I went to Kia Revolution to test drive one of their Seltos. We did like it but was looking at another vehicle else where the following day. In order to hold the vehicle for us we were told to put down a $500 deposit down to hold the vehicle just in case someone else came in and wanted that Seltos, and was told that would be refundable if we decided to not go with Kia. We ended up not going with Kia and asked for our deposit back. After calling our sales rep, Chelsea, the day after in regards to the refund not being refunded back on our card we were told to provide our banking information as they would just put the money in our account as to the refund couldn’t be put back on the card for some reason. Chelsea kept giving us excuse after excuse when we called day after day for our $500 deposit. We decided to then contact the finance department at Kia Revolution as we were told they were working on it. After speaking with the finance department we were informed that they have no information on this and didn’t know about this refund. Thank god for the finance individual who knew what she was doing because she then refunded our card within a few minutes of calling her.

They helped me get into a new vehicle, the experience went way better then i expected and way way better then the other dealerships Toyotaing me around, that I have dealt within the past year and a half And thank you Natasha for making me feel, like I'm a part of the Kia family at Revolution Kia. The the only thing, I would like to see, is a kia survey for past, present, and buying vehicles ask us, about us what we like and don't like about the vehicles, we had, have or buying/bought. now only if kia Corp can step up.

Tried to buy my first new car from this dealership last summer. I specified the model, color, trim I wanted and they tried to have me agree to buy whatever color paint/interior/trim that arrives on the lot despite what I was asking for. The salesman gave me a guilt trip about how often people order cars in Grande Prairie, and then don't pick them up on delivery. I did my research, walked in with the decision to buy, and not needing any babysitting on features, or having never been to the dealership before, and told them exactly what I wanted, so their responses were far from confidence inspiring. I also had a trade in they told me upfront that it was worth much more, but they were only going to give me $1000 on, and I could sell it myself if I wanted to. They told me they were not willing to negotiate a single dollar on the price of the car I was purchasing. All conversations were a lose/lose for the buyer, and the tone was "take it or leave it".

So I left it, and promptly called Kia West Edmonton. They agreed to order me a car exactly as I wanted it, knocked several thousand off of the MSRP, and gave me a better deal on my trade in.

Shortly after taking possession of the car from Edmonton, I spoke to the Edmonton dealership over the phone about installing an oil catch can, and cold air intake onto the car. They verified with me that they could install it and that it would not affect my warranty, so instead of driving out to Edmonton to get the parts installed, I had a major lapse in judgement and took the car to Revolution Kia and asked them to install the parts. They called me up criticizing my desire to want to change these parts out on the car, and they would "void my warranty" if I continued with the installation. I cancelled the installation and crossed Revolution Kia off of my list for eternity. This dealership is AWFUL from top to bottom.

I don’t care for the “winter prep package” they tag on to new vehicles. Big waste of money. They did work with me a bit on the price but I think they need to use it as an add-on, not just put in on every vehicle that goes through the shop.

I highly reccomend purchasing at a KIA in Edmonton or not with Revolution. I had heard rumors but still learned hard way. You dont have too. KiA makes a decent car but do yourself a favour and before committing give another dealership a call. Thinking twice never hurts.

should’ve read reviews before I went and bought my car here. Took days to get any answers at all, they like to take their time and not let you know what’s going on or not let you know the specifics of your “deal” , I get my car after they told it had an oil change and less then a week later it’s saying I have to do maintenance and I have 15% oil life left. I tried to message and ask if they have a record of if they did it or not and I was told I’d get an answer , what do you know I’m still waiting. If you can help it, go to a different place. When my time is here to get another vehicle I will not be going here and definitely won’t be dealing with Les if I do.

Though we didn't end up buying because of our own reasons, we loved how Patrick dealt with us. Transparent, clear and to the point. Never seen a clean salesperson like that.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give this rating a negative 10 stars I would. I can honestly say that my experience in buying a vehicle from Revolution Kia in GP, and dealing with their sales representatives has been nothing but unsatisfactory and unenjoyable.

I have bought 9 vehicles since being at the permissible age to drive (35 years - that is a vehicle approx every 4 years) and this dealership has seriously hit the bottom of that list with ease. From the very beginning I experienced nothing but dishonesty ranging from the financing to misrepresentation of facts. They definitely do not hold to any agreements they make.

And whatever you do, DO NOT get the 3M that they offer from Skyfire Graphics, get it someplace else. Whether it is poor quality or aftermarket product, it does nothing to protect your vehicle! I have had 3M on 2 of my previous vehicles and never had an issue. I have had this vehicle with the protection for 5 months exactly and obviously it has not held up to the 5-10 years promised that 3M guarantees on their website.

And let's not forget when I picked my vehicle up; it had dog/human hair all over the back, dried on food in the back seat, and human hair accessories in the console. DISGUSTING!!

I have been a dedicated Kia customer for the last 7 years and this experience has changed my preference exponentially.

I would like to thank Patrick at Kia motors revolution Grande Prairie location for giving me a warning about my safety when I brought my vehicle in for service if it wasn’t for them anything could have happened on the highway especially when I have my daughter and sister with me.

I broke down in tears couldn’t believe what has happened with my old 2011 Kia Sorento not being highway safe to drive, once again thank you to the staff now I’m on my way with a new 2020 Kia Sportage.

I do not recommend to go buy a car or truck here. They do not care about you after when you purchased the car.

I bought a used car Mitsubishi RVR Apr 2019 without a spare key because they promised that they will look for the key later on. But even after 3 months of me waiting for the spare key they did not answer me or found me a spare key, also they didn't mention that it was rental car. Then the car salesmen told me to get a keycopy at homedepot for the car, which didnt work. So I went to Mitsubishi for spare key and it cost around 400.

I took my 2017 Dodge Charger in to get a noise in the rear end checked. They fixed my brakes that were at 1mm ( 😲 ) but also caught there was a major issue in my rear end that would lost likely be covered under warrenty. My entire rear subframe needed to be replaced and the car was unsafe to drive. Had the techs and service advisor not been so thorough I would have missed this issue while I was still under warrenty , or worse as it was unsafe to drive.

Unfortunately my experience with this Kia has been the worst experience I've ever experienced revolutionkia gives Kia a bad name first I went to buy a car I bought a car that was used when less than 1 year old with less than 10,000 kilometers they offered me ridiculously high interest rate even though this is the fourth Kia I bought and paid off in 15 years then they tell me the warranty factory with a car of 5 years are 100 km is not valid now that I've purchased the used car they then proceeded to tell me I have to buy the extended warranty to have any warranty so before accepting the car I did some checking around and go to better interest rate at another dealership so when I wanted to back down on the deal keep in mind not receiving the merchandise at this point they told me they couldn't do that I was now locked in with the finance company in which they put me through the finance company told me they could have cancelled the deal at any time before receiving the merchandise. just a few months having the car with new tires with less than 10000 km I hit a pothole and the entire side wall splits on my Tire they then proceeded to tell me it's not covered under warranty which I understand but most tire places in which I would have purchased a tire if under 10,000 kilometers and the sidewall split it would have been considered a factory defect and they would have covered that tire under warranty I would have paid a slight difference for the amount of kilometers that I put on to those tires overall the only Pleasant thing out of my experience was a Salesman Salesman named David and he was very very nice every other member of that store that I've had to deal with has treated me like garbage Hoodwinked into a sale I was not interested in taking underhanded measures at this dealership has taken disgusts me I will never ever deal with Kia again thanks to this experience I'm moving to Ford Dodge or Chevy one of the three has to be better than dealing with Kia at this point a shame such a bad dealership can ruin a customer of over fifteen years loyal faithful Kia lover now forever ruined

Malcolm Cole is my salesman who assisted me in choosing my new car, 2016 Kia Sorento EX V6. He was extremely helpful, and put a lot of effort into making sure that I was making the right choice for me, and that I would be happy for my choice. The first time I talked with him was a rainy Friday evening, around 7:30 pm. He was just leaving when he saw me come into the parking lot, and spent 15 minutes with me, patiently answering my questions. He took me on multiple test drives, while I was comparing to other vehicles. I really appreciated the time that he took with me. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I especially appreciated that he did his best to make sure that I was getting the car that would most suit me, rather than the most expensive car on the lot (an issue I ran into at other dealers...).
I'm so impressed with him. Great job, Malcolm! Now, it's just a case of waiting for the car to arrive... --

Malcolm had called my wife about possibly trading in our current vehicle, so we were curious. We went to the store and met Malcolm after 6 (they close at 6) he immediately shook our hands and offered us a beverage. He was also very patient with us and walked us through the entire process and explained everything in detail as we have never traded in a vehicle before.

We thought we could fit a new vehicle into our budget as long as the payments weren't too much higher...but due to the negative equity on our current vehicle we just couldn't make it work. This is not a stab at them in any way, its just how it ended up being in the end.

I would love to recommend Malcolm to anybody looking to buy a vehicle, especially a Kia, as he was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and myself!
