I bought a used Infiniti QX50.
I had visited the dealer & told them exactly what I was looking for.
I did have my trade in evaluated at this time. About a week and a half later they were kind enough to call me & to let me know there was a used QX50 available for purchase.
First Lesson learned:
I did not get my trade in evaluation in writing, my bad.
In discussion with the new vehicle purchase, they lowered the trade in purchase.
Lesson learned always get the trade in value in writing.
0 Stars to Finance....
a) Next, I had decided to finance the Infiniti through my bank. This turned into a BIG discussion. I was told I basically had to finance through them. The words used were "I owed them " . WHAT???? That they were giving me a great price so I had to finance through Infiniti so that they could make their monthly quota, AND I would have to make sure I did not pay off the loan for 6 months. I have since called the banking institution that Infiniti set up the loan with & there is no 6 month criteria. This was a LIE!.
I was trying to seal this all up during my lunch break & the pressured discussions were taking up too much time.
Lesson learned do not do financing during a lunch break. This takes too much time. I had thought of at the time of just walking away, but I didn't.
I felt totally mistreated and disrespected through this process.

b) The next issue was also BIG.
NEVER agree to pick up your car on a FRIDAY.
BIG BIG MISTAKE. No one is there to fix anything not acceptable.
It was raining the day I went to pick up the car. Pretty dark & gloomy.
It was parked in front of the dealership however it was parked tightly close to the cars on either side. I opened the car for inspection.
First red flag was the screen for radio was very dusty but didn't really take a lot of notice. If that had been the only thing not too bad. Had to clean it off just to see the display. I should have realized then that the car had not been cleaned.Missed that in my excitement.
After signing papers went back to the car to drive home & the car had been moved to another parking spot where I could open the driver side door fully & right away it was noticeable that the car had NEVER been cleaned inside. They had promised me that it would be. FAIL.
I don't know if the previous owner had covid or not.
These are COVID times when I was assured that the car would be cleaned and sanitized.
It was disgusting. Thick Salt stains on the driver's side on the pedals, the mat and underneath the mat on the carpeting. I had been told earlier that there was no one in the shops, so that meant there was
no one to clean the car. Never pick up a car on Friday!
I took the car home & spent the next day cleaning and sanitizing.

POSITIVE FOLLOW UP
This morning I appreciated receiving a call from Daniel, after my post the evening before. I have to admit this was totally unexpected. I did not expect a call back. However,Daniel went above & beyond to assure me that they do care about customer satisfaction, and customer respect & review all comments & suggestions posted with the utmost importance. After our lengthy conversation, going over every detail posted & more, I feel confident that all the issues I had were taken positively with this short coming & they are being super proactive to take measures that something like this can never happen again, to anyone. I love knowing that Customer satisfaction & health & safety measures are important to them. They realize business is not as usual, anymore & they expressed that concern as well. Thank You for your time today, for realizing the things that matter. Thank You Daniel, Thank You Spinelli Team for listening to me & taking these matters as seriously as I do.

Pretty much got a lemon.... For all the great reviews and references I got, was very disappointed... Bought and paid for a certified vehicle and received a non certified vehicle. Only found out when I went to my local garage to change a bulb. Imagine I hadn't got it checked, would have never known. Ac compressor was leaking, Rear Brakes disc and pads right side 2% and left side 10%-15%, Rear Muffler joint, Front bumper cracked at the bottom (only saw it when it was in the lift), 2 dents on the trunk not 1
Half the heat shield on the front is broken.
Wipers were done, Handbrake was loose. They did end up fixing majority of the Things, but they tried offering me a warranty instead before fixing my ac compressor. Had to make 4 separate trips to get what needed to be done. Lots of wasted time. Apparently the reason for the car not being certified even though it was marked certified was because there was a signed paper issue where it was signed off as certified but wasn't. Brakes alone were a danger... Compensation was 1 oil change. Was very disappointed. Left a sour taste... Even heard 1 employee mentioning I was apparently trouble because I got the VP involved... Don't see myself going back and definitely won't refer. Could have been bad luck, but always check your car even if it's marked certified... Better safe than sorry.

Ashish and the team at spinelli infinity really make you feel like family. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist’s warm smile and welcoming attitude makes you feel like you are walking into your moms house.
I normally don’t buy from car dealers for a used vehicle but they had such good prices and reviews That I thought I’d go in and take a look. They are very willing to work with you and make a good deal that works for everyone. I did a lot of research before buying my vehicle and they really did have a great price on it ! I felt confident that the inspected used vehicle was in fact in the good condition they told me it was. And they did not try to hide any little flaws the vehicle had.
They were not pushy or anything that a used car dealer normally is.

I just leased my 2nd Infiniti from Spinelli (4th in our household) - all with Spinelli Infiniti and Karim... and despite the fact that we travel in from the lower Laurentians for our vehicles. That's because the buying experience is, as always, excellent at Spinelli.
Karim is also great at doing post-sale follow-ups and making sure that we're fully satisfied.This is much appreciated. We have come to trust him greatly.He's a straight shooter and takes all the time needed to guide you through the process. He's honest - the way you wish all sales people would be.
The delivery process was also very smooth and both Levon & Lindsay were a delight to deal with.
The after-sales service is right up there with best (if not THE best!).

They do not keep their promises and are sneaky about their prices. I was promissed a gift card if I tool one of their cars for a test drive which I did. After the test drive I did not recieve the gift card, was told it would take 1-2 weeks to recieve by email, but it was never sent. When asked them to follow up, they would never contact me back. However they would call multiple times to ask me if I am buying their car. Also when they gave me a quote on a car I was interested in, it was $5k more than what was listed on their website. They never included the rebates in the quote that was advertised on their website! Sneaky liars!

This message is addressed to those who are still hesitating or shopping for a car ... please stop and read this.
I have been hesitating for the last few months weather to get a new car or not ... i was comfortable in my uncomfortable Elantra that i hated and loved at the same time.
I wanted a new car ... i needed a new car ... but my Elantra was still good to go. Last week i was surfing on FB ... kids are asleep ... wifey also ... when suddenly i come across and advertisement ... infiniti 0% ... annnnnd there it was ... i love 0's ... so the next day i decided to call the first dealer that comes in my google research ... and i did ... and no it was not spinelli lol ... i had a budget and a model in my head.
First person to answer was a nice young guy that "seemed" friendly and sounded as a good salesman ... so i took an appointment and went there ... the car was nice ... the coffee also ... the dude, after i finished the test drive, he came up with document with my name and a price (that was ok with my budget) and told me you have to make a deposit and sign now ... or there will be no more Qx50's annnnnd that's when to pressure started ... i asked if i could think about it and he told me yeah ill give you five minutes ... as soon as i showed some resistance because i basically wanted to shop or negotiate for a better price, he started to be aggressive and tried to manipulate me and make me feel bad and that it's ridiculous to try to find a better price because others are SH*T compared to them ...
I left and said that ill come see him in few days ... and he was angry ...
So i went online again ... and i found Spinelli ... ring ... answer ... Vassilios AKA BILLY ... answered and few words after i was convinced that i needed to see the dude ... 2 days after i am in his office ... greet welcome and straight to business ... no bullsh*t ... i was impressed by how professionnal he was and still went through many things in detail and ddnt assume that i am a moron that he could sell anything to ... not an arrogant salesman despite his good looks ...
Long story short ... better offer that was beaten by the other dealer ... but even so Billy stayed NiCE ... ddnt become an arrogant person and that my friend is worth more than few dollars ... Karim his collegue came to help and understand my needs and feelings ... Levon the finances guy was amazing also ... i dont mind if they make a commission out of me because they DESERVE IT!!!
Anyways i signed this saturday ... i was happy ... the wife was happy ... the kids were happy for diffrent reasons obviously ...
But baaad me go a call from the other dealership with an unrealisticly good offer that i had to go see ... i went and i was a good offer ... but still they treated me like a child that ddnt know what he wanted and almost threw it on my face .... so i called Billy even if he didnt work that day ... he answered and sent me to his director ROGER an amazing guy ...
Long stroy short ... i prefered to stay with spinelli because of the goooooood service ... they redefined going above and beyond for a client!!!!
So yes now i am a proud client of spinelli infiniti and you SHOULD be also.

Highly recommend this dealership!!!! Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiles on their faces and ready to do whatever it takes to make you happy. I had an awesome experience getting my Q50 RedSport from them and no matter what the issue they are always there to help. Just this week I had an emergency repair to make, literally stopped in unannounced and had the quote done, repair starting and out the door with a loaner car in 30 minutes flat. I have purchased 6 new vehicles (Second Infiniti) in my life and this was by far the best experience. Every single person I have dealt with from reception, to sales, to service and body shop repair is top notch. I hope I never have to deal with another dealer again, keep up the great work guys.

I recently went to Spinelli Infiniti and met with Robert Wojcik. He immediatly made me feel confortable. Robert has a very relaxed approach and he really makes sure that all my needs were met. I was looking at Audi and BMW but i felt the most confortable with Robert. He showed me the car ( Q50) that I was interested in and all the amazing features of this car and what it can do for me. Pierre-Luc, the sales manager also came and spoke to me to make sure all my questions were properly answered. Once I finalized everything with Robert, I met with the financial manager Julie Leclerc and the process was just as smooth. I have been leasing car for a long time now and there seems to ba always a Catch at the end, this was not the case. I really feel the Spinelli Infinit, Robert and the team supporting him are there to satisfy all their customers. Robert did mention to me that Spinelli Infiniti was number one in customer satisfaction in Canada and I thought it was only to make the dealership sound good, but I realize now that this is true.
