Extremely accommodating, my vehicle needed some maintenance and a fresh Oil change and the service team at Oakville Infiniti helped book me in last-minute and I can't wait to get my vehicle into good hands.
Edit: Vehicle recently needed a big transmission job done and the team at this location had my car ready to pick up again in 24HRS ! I fully expected a 2/3 day turnaround and was absolutely floored on the speed of service and quality of the work done. Can't recommend them enough!

Never trade your car at this dealership. They will offer you less than half it’s actually worth and talk to you as if they are doing you a favour by keeping it in their lot for 3-6 months. Such a waste of time. Felt like I was being scammed.

Sooo, what was my experience buying a used car form Infiniti Oakville? Terrifying, stressful, exciting, assured, and trust all in one. Let me explain.

TERRIFYING: Buying a car you have not seen that is 3 hours away and trusting people you do not know that the car you are buying is in the shape they say it is.

STRESSFUL: Not knowing what to expect when you arrive in hopes the car is what they said it is.

EXCITING: Well, buying a new car and going on a road trip,lol.

they are very pleasant when they sell your car, but after that every call for service then never call you back
I took my car for servicing last week, it came back many of the functions all of a sudden no longer working.
I called to ask them to fix it. They promised to come pick up the car and fix it. They confirmed but never showed up. I'm stuck with a car not working, during winter season and 3 kids that I cannot travel with anywhere since the car is damaged by their service.

There are different kinds of drinks for your choice. The most important of all is the friendly and professional services make your day different. Service is never pushy. Excellent buying experience. I had some concerns and questions regarding my purchase. I was there from out of town and was ready to leave because I was concerned about the warranty on a demo. The general manager himself came to talk to me and we went through competitor warranties. This took a few hours but after everything I left buying the vehicle and best of all felt good about the purchase. Absolutely the best experience at a dealer, ever. I have owned a Mercedes, went to my local garage, the estimate at the dealer was 5-600 dollars more than my local guy and the local garage used the same parts. I called on Thursday, was told the parts had to be ordered, they'd be in on the following Monday for my Infiniti QX60, I called on Monday, was told they were in and was offered 2 appointment times in the morning or the afternoon they also told me they could do a small recall software install from Infinit at the same time. They replaced the 2 fans, cooling and rad, did the software upgrade which was the recalL and washed my car in less than 2 hours and it cost me nothing extra. Thank you Oakville Infiniti you are a top notch dealer. I tell everybody about my QX60 an amazing vehicle but now I will include the dealer that sold it to me which was Skyway Fine Cars, (not an infiniti dealer) and Oakville Infiniti that took care of me... Made me proud to own an Infiniti. Im Infiniti for life now thanks to you guys!!

Ripped me off lied to me and screwed me over I my QX4 had a structural tear they said they were going to refund as this was a recall with a new vehicle discount or cash out instead they stalled for many months leaving with no vehicle to get to and from to work ultimately I ended up having to sell the car for scrap at complete my loss I will never deal with infinity again and I know drive a Lexus

Today (May 17/2016) I had a very unpleasant experience while visited Oakville Infiniti Dealership.
I had a day off and finally found time to go and check what Infiniti offer as we’re thinking of switching cars. I was surprised by the “very welcoming” greeting and service I received, or didn’t receive will be the more correct way to describe it - NO ONE CAME up to me!... I was there for at least 15 minutes, checking in and out cars in the showroom. The Management can be certainly proud of the Sales Department Repr’s – they were working really hard in trying to ignore me, especially considering the fact that I was the ONLY customer in the entire dealership and all offices have glass doors facing the showroom…
I literally have no words to express my disappointment. I’m really interested to know how they judge who is the “right” client and who is not. What are these parameters? Since it was my day off, I was dressed casual, didn’t wear hills, office suit and heavy makeup as I usually do. But is it how you should be in order to get service - ?!!!!?? Have to say that the car I currently drive is more expensive that most of the models I saw in that showroom. Very poor judgement and service, Oakville Infiniti. I’m glad that I didn’t purchase a car from this dealership about a year ago, and won’t do so for sure!
