The service that you experience from the sales team deserves 6 out of 5 stars (outstanding service from Donie and Ankur!!) however this review is reflecting the experience I have just recieved with the Service department. I just dropped off my vehicle for some warranty work and was provided a rental car from the dealership directly. The vehicle was presented to me with next to no fuel in it and was not cleaned. The vehicle had dirt and garabge from the previous renter and had a very strong odor of cigarettes including ash on the dashboard. This is not the 5 star service they claim to provide you with especially during the pandemic. You would expect the car to be clean and sanitized to help stop any spread and to keep us all healthy. I just wished that when I brought this to their attention that they would have cleaned the car for me instead of just handing me a wipe!

When you're at the dealership, be sure to ask for Ankur. He is the leasing manager for both Infiniti and Nissan, and will make sure you are taken care of. We have now gotten 6 cars from him (friends and family) within a span of 2 months!
He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their respective features, and is an expert at explaining all the contract details. He not only got us the best price in the city - beating every deal I found - but also takes the initiative to personally deliver the cars himself.
Save yourself the trouble of shopping around, going dealer to dealer to be told "this is our best price". Visit Ankur and he will get you what you need.

I guess it was a really good experience and I literally got to know the practical use of saying "Time is Money". It was such a pleasure being there and moreover the manager of Nissan was assisting us maybe and like he was such good at telling us about the car we were looking for with full satisfaction and without wasting even a second. My wife and I had been shopping for a new car for a while and had no idea what we wanted. We were looking at all kinds of makes and models and visited quite a few dealerships during our research.
When we visited Woodchester, we were immediately taken care of by Agha who was extremely knowledgable about the Infiniti brand and vehicles. We shared what we were looking for and even test drove a few but decided to keep looking. We then got a call from Agha a few days later, went in to see him - test drove one of their used cars - and within minutes came to terms on a deal.
We've had our vehicle for over a year now and couldn't be happier with not only the car, but the experience with Woodchester Infiniti. We highly recommend checking them out - ask for Agha!
Stellar customer service - My husband and I weren’t sure what kind of vehicle we wanted but knew what we wanted in a vehicle. The Q50 was everything we were looking for and more and Lee was awesome. He listened to us, gave suggestions and answered all our questions, making the purchase an enjoyable experience.

Just traded in my 2017 Lexus for a brand new q50. There were about 50 total scratches (minor hairline scratches, and some little scuffs, no dents, minor dirt inside) but it is on a black car so i noticed right away as I get a new car every 2-3 years. The sales manager Peter promised to buff it out and get it in mint condition. I will update this review shortly and will update on the promise.
I know most people would refuse delivery, but let's see the integrity of this dealership. I have high hopes.

Encountered dinosaur sales tactics from circa 2000. Times have changed and the salesperson here should really be more aware of how to approach certain demographics. Seemed less than enthusiastic to take us out on a QX50 test drive. Won’t be returning to this dealership.
Called to get an estimate on repairs my vehicle needs. Got transferred to and from a couple departments only to reach the mailbox of someone who wasn't in. This seems to be a recurring problem. I have always gone here because I enjoy the professional dealership experience as opposed to a small shop locally , but this experience was enough of a bad taste in my mouth that I'm likely to find somewhere local that can do my oil, brakes & maintenance from now on.
Just needed new batteries for my Fob. The parts gentleman was very friendly and changed the battery quickly. The service area was spotless. Keep up the great work!
My car was incorrectly diagnosed by service and I almost spent a fortune repairing things that didn’t need to be done. When I asked for my money back for the diagnostic $158.00 they refused. Awful customer service. I was considering buying a new vehicle from this dealership, but after the terrible service I received there I realized that I just don’t trust them, and would be scared to have any work done in their shop for fear of being taken advantage of, again. Steer clear from this dealership, go to another Infiniti dealership instead.

He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made both my wife and I feel comfortable and answered every question and outlined the benefits of driving an Infiniti vehicle. Broken car sold first. Then broken car exchanged.Then didn't refund our service payment. Finally they didn't respond our request and 100 calls even when we paid without any excuse.

Be Ware!!! encountered dishonesty and lies at this dealership from a sales agent called Sid. Was promised a car that never existed and lied to over and over, and had a hard time getting my deposit back as I got the run around for a couple of weeks! I would never buy from this dealership or even consider Infinity brand as long as this guy works there!

Another 5/5 experience with Infiniti service. On time, honest, fairly priced and when I went to pick up my car the service person (I forget his name) spent several minutes brushing the snow off my car. Top notch.
It is said to attain advanved skills one must master the basics. So simple tasks done well or poorly are usually a good indcator of the business' attention to quality and service.
I have lengthy experience with Downtown and Richmond Hill and both have been very disappointing - so came into Woodchester for the first time with reservation but was pleasantly surprised.
Had a simple issue with a wiper blade. Not only did the rep take the time to list the options to resolve the issue he actually came out and walked me through issue. Usually service managers will default to the most expensive resolution or avoid you if they think its too much work to resolve.
Quite surpised with how personable and helpful the parts guys were (in comparison to other parts guys - not sales). Definitley the level of customer service one expects from an Infinity compared to a Nissan level.
I had an amazing experience visiting Infiniti. I never drove an infiniti before nor did I know much about them. Faiq my sales manager was quick to provide a helping hand and provided genuine advice. I purchased the black tech pkg 2014 QX60 which is an absolutely amazing vehicle. Definetely gets peoples eyes looking, reliable drive and comfort with luxury. I recommend dealing with Faiq as he is very knowledgable about all sorts of cars and makes models out there and provides genuine advice and made me and my family feel important and not just customers. Definetly worth 6 stars but i can only pick 5.
We couldn't be happier with our purchase of an Infiniti JX35 from Woodchester Infiniti. After initially meeting Peter (our sales manager) while visiting Toronto one weekend, I took the train all the way from Ottawa a week later to pick up our vehicle - Woodchester just could not be beat on price and service! Although the deal, price wise, on the JX35 was fantastic it was really the service and attention to detail that I valued most; the SUV was pre-owned but looked and felt brand new (no joke!) - everyone from Peter, to Chris (the finance manager), to their detailing crew were amazing. They had me on the road within 1 day of purchasing (as promised) and the vehicle was immaculate...I mean perfect. I will thoroughly recommend Peter and company to my friends and family, and will most certainly buy my next Infiniti from them (without having to look around this time!).
