Great service and staff. We had a lot of questions and debating between an suv or car. Our salesperson Madison was so patient with us, answering all of our questions and always quick to return our phone calls. Once we decided on a car the team made the whole process quick and hassle free; from financing to the pick up of the vehicle.

My first encounter with the team at 400 Infiniti started with a phone call with the general manager David. I had already test drove the vehicle and was determined in getting a new Infiniti, however I wanted to shop around to get the best price.

Recently bought a car Infiniti QX80 at this dealership 400 Infiniti. All the process went smoothly. Only positive and good words can say about the employees working there. It took only one week since my first visit there to get a car and drive out from the dealership parking lot. They ready and will to negotiate with each client, and you feel like you are truly valuable customer. Throughout the hole buying process I was surrounded with attention starting from the lady at reception and ending the charming, lovely, beautiful, remarkable lady with blond hair named Courtney (financial
manager). She took into account all our preferences and opportunities. Courtney went above and beyond to get a suitable lease option for me in the situation when other dealerships refused to work with me like BMW and etc. (SIN starts from 9), so I am very grateful to her 🙏. Besides that I got a good trade in price for my Kia Stinger (other dealerships gave me unreasonable price) and again special thanks to Courtney. Courtney, you are the best financial manager I have ever dealt in my whole life car experience. Delivery process was arranged perfectly as well. Lady, whose name is Anna (tactful, pleasant and very nice) was very informative and explained all car's features that I asked about. So, just to recap, if you need a car, a luxury car and other dealerships could not give you a good deal or financial approval I definitely recommend you 400 Infiniti. I purchased a used Infiniti QX60 a year ago and have brought it in a few times for repairs. Each and every time I receive outstanding service. The service team at 400 Infiniti, especially Megan, are the reason I will continue to bring my vehicle there for all repairs and when the time comes I will purchase another Infiniti vehicle. I recently required some warranty work on my 2017 QX60- not a great time ever, but even worse given Covid-19 and that we are self- isolating in the country.
I finally got to Rob, after numerous other dealers either ignored me or straight up said they couldn’t help.
Rob immediately took ownership of the issue, staying in reg contact with updates. He made the tow truck pick up simple and quick, and the actual work and options provided were great.
He was friendly, effective, and a great experience.
Our lease ends next year. We weren’t considering returning to Lexus/ Nissan. Maybe Rob will help change that…

Very friendly, helpfull staff. I love their vehicles. The majority of their vehicles run for ever with no unusual defects. The only maintenance I have to do on mine is on yearly wear and tear items like break pads and oil lube and filters. I can't say enough good things about 400 Infiniti.

We just purchased a used vehicle from 400 Infinity and we were incredibly pleased with the entire dealership. First of all, it is modern, quiet, and spotless! The environment is very non-threatening in that we were not swarmed by salespeople here like we have been elsewhere. Lauren Podolski, Sales Advisor, took us out to view the vehicle and then we went for the test drive. Lauren was very friendly, she made us feel comfortable, and put absolutely no traditional car-sales pressure that other dealerships do.
The price was negotiated very fairly with no hidden fees or add-ons. It was a very clear, open and straight-forward conversation.
Upon delivery, the vehicle was spotless! The Service Department did a superior job in prepping our vehicle for us- it looked brand new!

My fiance and I bought a used Ford Focus of all things from 400 Infiniti. The sales advisor Yury was extremely courteous and professional nonetheless. He didn't rush and directly answered all the questions he could on a non-Infiniti vehicle. My fiance and I felt the negotiating experience was pleasant as well. Sales manager Adam Harkness also seemed professional and fair. My fiance and I definitely felt like we were spending a lot more money at the dealership than we did. Yury even put new tires on the car as a free bonus!
