Just experienced a violation of my privacy, as well as just dirty bait and switch tactics by Ryan Sandhu, a salesperson with Kelowna Infiniti. I have my car listed here in Calgary, Alberta for sale. Ryan sent me a message making an offer. Upon some back and forth we came to an agreed upon amount. (Remember, its Ryan who approached me to buy my car). He asked for my VIN number, which he then pulled up my outstanding loan amount, sent me a screen shot with all my private information on it, and then suddenly told me (within 3 minutes of sending his screen shot) that he found a cheaper car and is withdrawing his offer. Minutes later he offered $2500 less than what he agreed to. I expect much better from a reputable dealership like Kelowna Infiniti. I don't appreciate him pulling up my private information knowing he had no intention to buy my car for the price we agreed. If you are looking to sell your vehicle to Kelowna Infiniti, be aware of these bait and switch tactics.
Wow I just got my new ride from Kelowna Nissan, I can’t believe how helpful everyone was all around. But I’d have to say that Dylan Tran aka assistant sales manager is the one that stood out the most, very respectful, easy to talk to and all around great guy. Leased a 2018 Q50 sedan from these guys. Great car, too bad about their attitudes & customer service. At lease end I traded to a different manufacturer and they made it hell to complete the transaction, including debiting my account for an extraneous payment. Then ridiculed me, behind my back, to the new dealer... all because I thought their $400+ service charges were too high for the mistakes the service dept continually made. It's funny, what comes around goes around... our next Infiniti will be purchased elsewhere

The best experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced at a dealership. They were very thorough and explained everything and even gave me a detailed report on everything that needed to be done to address my concerns that I was having with my qx4. I ended up getting most of the suspension replaced with them and couldn’t be happier, they did a great job and my car handles amazingly now!

Stu Morgan, our sales person was the best sale guy we have met in years. Kind, attentive, eager yet relaxed and he knows his cars and clients well.
We had a couple issues with the vehicle after delivery and that's when the service got even better. Stu, Mike, Ken and Melissa were and are just awesome and they turned a difficult situation into a win-win for everyone.

We have purchased a number of vehicles from various dealerships throughout the Okanagan and Vancouver. This is the best experience by far! All staff was friendly, helpful and not pushy. We primarily dealt with Ken Kirubi - he was knowledgeable, professional and great to deal with. I would highly recommend Ken, and the Kelowna Infinity Nissan team!
I just helped my teenage daughter buy a 2009 Versa from Kelowna Infiniti Nissan and I must say we were both very pleased and impressed with the purchasing process from start to finish. Our Sales Consultant, Stu Morgan, was a perfect match for us. Stu is personable, professional, eager to help but not pushy - in short, he was a pleasure to work with and one of the best car sales guy I have met in years. My daughter first went to the dealership on her own where Stu made her feel welcome and treated her as a real customer, set her up with a test drive and answered her questions about the car. Stu was also very attentive to follow-up with me for a second test drive. My daughter and I visited the dealership the next day, and Stu was there well-prepared to go over the details of the car with me and answer any questions. Stu read our situation very well (University student buying a car) and worked very well with us and the Sales Manager to reach a deal in a timely and professional manner. In summary, Stu made buying a car enjoyable. I want to also give a shout out to Corey Aiken (Sales Consultant) who we made initial contact with on the Kelowna Infiniti Nissan website and he helped facilitate the first test drive. Corey did a great job in providing the information we initially requested in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from Kelowna Infiniti Nissan or recommending this dealership to friends/family.

I was looking for a particular vehicle and after making an inquiry I received not only a very warm, welcoming message that answered all of my questions, but the salesperson, Bruce, actually left me a Youtube video introducing himself so I could put a name to a face.
I was stunned. Bruce demonstrated a great attention to detail and even offered to get the car shipped over to me for FREE!
If you're not from BC but want a vehicle, I highly recommend Kelowna Infiniti. These guys are so awesome, I would rather deal with them than the dealers in my own province!
