Came in for service and was upset at first due to the cost of the repair. After talking to Josh in service he explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. Josh provided excellent customer service. I will be returning for future service appointments with him.
We recently moved to Saskatoon and needed to find a reliable place to service our Santa Fe. Having tried a few places with no success, we returned to the dealership, choosing the one closest to home. It was the best thing we could have done. Josh was amazing! As was his team of technicians. The customer service we received was excellent and he went above and beyond our expectations. Staff is super friendly and efficient! Noticed and repaired a nail in my tire for free while putting in my summer tires. Car was vacuumed and washed upon pick up. I have loved my Kona and the service I get since day one! I always am impressed when I leave!

The adviser, Jordan Fiesel was very friendly and comprehensive in explaining the process; what was needed to be done, how the repairs were going, and so on. He was very approachable and answered all of my question with great depth and passion. Overall, I felt Jordan was very trustworthy and professional.
Bruce Kim, the mechanic who worked on my car, was very hardworking. The car was fixed much more quickly than I originally anticipated. He made sure that I was updated every major step of the process. When I got the car after he was done all of the problems were addressed and it could not have felt newer.

You will feel pressured from the first moment you contact them to make a purchase. As you move through your experience; judgement and bad customer service will follow. Non of the staff are motivated to get to know what you are looking for, their interest is your money fast! Bought a vehicle elsewhere within the same week I visited them and was very disappointed. Will never recommend!

I've had an oil change few days ago.The service manager, Angela Hiebert, was pretty hands on. She discussed and informed me of the maintenance that I need to do on my car. Dealt with Margaret on my very first visit there for car servicing. She had been very polite and superbly helpful in answering all my queries related to service and everything. Also no unnecessary upselling on repairs and other stuff. Really appreciate it. Now that's my place to go and I highly recommend it. Not to forget, their courtesy car wash gives a nice topping on the overall experience when you come out of the dealership.
Love the service. The staff do not push service on you, they are polite and listen to your maintence concerns. I really appreciate the car service and pickup when my vehicle is ready. The car wash is always appreciated and makes you feel your car is ready to go.

Bought a Genesis G80 here last week. Service was incredible, and the car drives great. The whole process was completely seamless. We test drove a few other brands, and South Side beat them hands down. Would highly recommend Garnet and his team at South Side Hyundai.
I got my car here. They have excellent customer relations and very good space. However, if you're planning on dropping your car for servicing Very fast and hope to use their shuttle service to drop you off at work, or you plan on getting a car really quick, you may be a bit disappointed. They have a lot of work to do when it comes to being timely. I arrived work very late the last time I dropped my car off for servicing and requested their shuttle to drop me off. Other than this, they are excellent at what they do. Oh, their shuttle drivers are really friendly too.
Great people who want to get you into a vehicle. They do so much work and put so much effort into every customer. I've only been dealing with Mitch, Amy, and Laverne and they have been an amazing group of people. I would think that everyone else here is also like that.

Nice clean place. Brought car for service and it was washed when I came to pick it up. Did a thorough walkthrough before and after. Couldn't fix the issue but I understood why and they weren't in the wrong. Would come back anytime!

Marc from the sales team was my go to person throughout the process (I visited the dealership on daily basis for a whole week).
Every day, Marc would wait for me and spend as much time as needed with me to discuss everything related to the deal. Despite his young age, his enthusiasm and cheerful personality helped make a stressful situation much easier.
