It has officially been a week since I picked up my new-used vehicle from Bourgeois Midland Hyundai. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent, and not only is the vehicle itself fantastic, the workers at the Bourgeois Hyundai have been completely supportive throughout my entire purchase. They are so dedicated to their customers, that they have gone as far as to reach out to me since my purchase to check in, and to make sure I'm loving my new vehicle!
This was my first big car purchase and the workers were nothing but supportive and helpful. They truly cared about getting me the best deal I could get, and were never pushy. Tom and Olivia supported me personally and they were both phenomenal to interact and work with during this process. They completely took care of me, and ensured that all of my questions were answered (even the ones that may have seemed a bit silly). They helped lay out all of my options and were incredibly helpful when teaching me about how all this car stuff works. As I was purchasing a used car, they ensured the car was in tip top condition before sending me off with it, and had it looking brand new for when I picked it up off the lot!

I recently purchased a new vehicle and want to share my experience. Laura sold me the vehicle but I love how everyone worked together. Laura communicated with me via text (I live an hour away) and kept me up to date with my purchase. Kristen (Financial Services Manager) completed the financial portion over the phone (understanding I was a distance away) so that when I came in on the day I picked up my car, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. The day my partner and I came in to pick up our cars, Nick (Sales manager) greeted us by name. Laura completed the financial piece with both of us. Bruce came out to go over the vehicle with me thoroughly explaining every single gadget and use in the car, so that we didn’t have to wait for each other. Love the team attitude. Love the vibe in the dealership. Will definitely be back. Worth the drive to Bourgeois!

I purchased a Kona here recently and the entire team was amazing. Sales guy Bruce Rogers was honest with what would be the best deal for me, helped go through prices to see what it would come to, had the car warmed up for test drive, and after I purchased the car went through everything in the car with me. Then Kristin helped me with all the financing stuff and she was really friendly and helped go through everything. Then lastly the manager Dave was awesome! The first day I was in he came out while Bruce was busy and helped me the best he could and then back when I was picking up the car he came in the office just to says congrats on the new vehicle one more time. The whole team was super friendly. Even the two guys who were working at the front, not sure their names but they were really nice as well! Overall an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them to everyone! Will definitely be back in future. Thanks Midland Hyundai!

Tom was able to put us in a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson and I love it! Nicest car I've ever had and my mechanic husband wont ever have to worry about fixing!
The service was great, they worked around my 9-5 work hours and got us into the car fast.
I found Tom to be very straight forward and willing to help as much as he can. Even for lessons on how to use the car with all the new technologies even the base model offers.

I want to congratulate Bourgeois Hyundai's Service Manager Nick Chute for giving me the first negative experience at a Hyundai dealership after 2 Hyundai vehicles, and 8 years of being a loyal Hyundai customer. He is the sole reason I will never return to service my vehicle at Midland Hyundai.
Ironically, his biography on the website reads "I pride myself in ensuring that each customer that chooses to do business with our Service Department at Bourgeois Hyundai leaves with a smile on their face". This is the biggest joke. Nothing about this guy's demeanor or body language gives the impression that he cares about keeping his service customers happy or returning to the dealership.
I brought in my 2020 vehicle for an oil change. When I got it back, the engine was running louder than usual, and I was getting half the gas mileage I usually would. It turned out that not only did they choose to change the recommended oil without notifying me, but the mechanic also failed to properly replace my engine intake filter after checking it... When I brought this to Nick's attention, he justified his actions by stating that my car was under warranty, and that they use this different oil grade on other cars all the time, while taking no responsibility for the poor performance of my vehicle after what should have been a routine oil change.
I would hate to think how they service other vehicles that are under warranty if this is the justification this fool gives his customers.
This is the piss poor kind of service I would expect from Canadian Tire, and I'm sure even they would do better.
While they gave me another oil change, and properly replaced the intake filter, the fuel consumption on my car has NOT returned to normal. Moving forward, I will be making the half hour drive to Orillia to service my vehicle, and will be purchasing my next Hyundai at literally any other dealership besides this one.
The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this dealership is that their service advisor Sasha is fabulous. Otherwise, service your vehicle elsewhere if you don't want to deal with a "service manager" who couldn't care any less about his job or his customers.
As someone who works in business management and has a husband in the automotive industry I'm appalled at this guy's complete lack of customer service skills.

We are visiting Midland for a few days and had a problem with our key not releasing from the key cylinder. The service staff took the time to try and find a temporary fix to tie us over until we are able to get home and go to our local dealership. They spent about 30 minutes but did not charge us for their tech's time. Beautiful dealership, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff - you guys rock! My experience here was amazing. Jeremy Tarka was extremely quick and efficient with my vehicle. Not only did he fix the problem at hand but he even took the time to clean the bird poop off of my car! ;D Before the work even started, I received a professional call indicating the work that needed to be done along with the quoted car parts that I needed. After okaying the quote, I received a call shortly after saying that all of that work was done and I was ready to pick up my car! ( I didn't even have my breakfast yet). When you enter a car dealership to get major work done on your engine and they’re as excited as you are that the work needed is under warranty for you, you know you’ve found the BEST place to go! I don’t like google nor do I hardly ever write a public comment for a business but I was so impressed with Bourgeois Midland Hyundai’s professional, warm staff that I had to.
