We have always used Mountain Hyundai for both their sales and service departments. I strongly feel that their service department is the best. Cathy is extremely efficient and friendly and ensures that every customer is provided with the highest level of service. All of their service technicians are wonderful but, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Wes, who has always serviced our vehicles and to remedy any problem we may have. He will also inform us if he foresees possible problems in the future, that it doesn't come as a surprise if it does occur. It is because of Wes that our vehicles, which are 8 years old , are performing at the highest performance level possible. If you're looking for the best, there's only 1 place you go to, Mountain Hyundai. You will NEVER be disappointed.

I went to Mountain Hyundai because my selling dealership was not willing under warranty to help me with a slow to warm 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe XL.Mountain Hyundai were a little reluctant to begin with but did admit there was a test to see if the thermostat was opening properly.This test was done,a fault was discovered and it was repaired under warranty.They also had a very nice man running their free shuttle service for customers.
I took a test drive of the 2015 Sonata it is so much like my 2013 Sonata .

My wife and I were shopping for a new car and decided to go to Mountain Hyundai. Previously, I had rented Santa Fe Hyundai and liked very much. The decision was either Nissan or Hyundai. We chose Hyundai, as we were very impressed with the reception received by the Mountain Hyundai Manager and the other team members. I found the salesman Brent Chislett very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to meet the Business Manager and showed us the best warranty for the product and settled for Tucson 2020 and we are both very pleased. I was very surprised to see that the deal went through very smoothly.
On the day of picking up my new vehicle, I also found the shuttle driver very kind and a very safe driver. I again met with my salesman Brent, who was very prompt and professional in his dealings and went over the vehicle in very thoroughly and followed up the next day and I liked this very much. I had a wonderful experience at Mountain Hyundai :) I submitted an inquiry online and Mike got back to me very quickly and was able to set me up with an appointment. I had the pleasure of working with Sam Khamis, one of the sales reps, who was very helpful and made the process very easy! I came in with a good idea of what kind of car I wanted to buy and he showed me all the colours and trims in the lot and his input was much appreciated in coming to the final decision! I purchased the car same day, and came to pick it up the next week and he made sure I was completely happy with it, and all of my questions were answered! Mary in the finance office was also great and got all the paperwork and financing dealt with in a timely manner!

She was awesome she understood that I had already done my research and was looking for a bit of education and not a sales pitch. I tried booking an appointment for an oil change over the phone, after giving all my information I was told Hyundai now recommends only synthetic oil changes (not true, 2017 Tucson 2.0 gdi non-turbo runs on conventional 5w20). Spoke with Brian the service manager, he informed me that the dealer only uses synthetic oil now and it’s 62.99 (great price) it seems the message wasn’t delivered well by the employee booking the appointment.
I had some poor experiences with dealerships before finding myself here.
However, here I was treated with respect and kindness. Everything was always explained in full and everyone was willing to go at my pace. A representative on the floor (Mike) was kind enough just to spark up a conversation even after I had purchased a vehicle and was just wandering the sales floor.
Robert, whom I dealt with personally, was attentive and extremely personable. I'm outing myself a bit, but when I had forgotten a piece of paperwork from my bank, Robert drove me down the road to get it done. He went above and beyond and is a hell of a business man. Cheers to you, Robert.

I went to this dealership to have something simple fixed with my car. I brought my own part, which didn’t work so the dealership ordered me a new one (all good) but said they would be calling two days later when it was in to schedule an appointment. I want to note that I had already paid in full for everything, so that my next visit would be simple. 8 days went by and they never called, so I called them. They told me that my part got put into inventory or something, which means I probably never would have heard from them if I didn’t call. Anyways I made my appointment, and once I got there my car sat there for 40 minutes before being touched at all. My dad called the dealership to explain to them that we were told this appointment would be fast and to explain that we were not impressed with the service. After 25 minutes of being there, we were told it would be 15 minutes tops, and once that extra 15 minutes passed and no one had touched my car, I wasn’t believing anything they said. Finally, someone walked by with my keys.. and gave me the dirtiest look, I assume because my dad called and told them how poor their service is.. still not acceptable to treat a young customer (or any) like that. All in all, they took my money, and over 2 weeks later I was finally back to get my car done (after being told 2 days) and my 5 minute appointment took 45, and I felt as though the staff became rude as soon as they knew myself and my family were very unhappy with their services.

Our experience with Mountain Hyundai was great from the start, though once we tried making a deal (with our co-signer), the finances department was not quite as receptive as we would have hoped. It got tense and they seemed impatient, which was not pleasant for the purchase of my first car. This took away from the experience a little, but the sales rep Lauren was amazing and accommodating and very easy to talk to! When we had an issue with the tires, they gave me a rental so that I could make it to work, and the service department was accommodating and handled the situation well, even though the damages weren’t covered under our warranty.
Just purchased a Kona from Mountain Hyundai and I am by far impressed with the amount of knowledge and expertise we experienced dealing with one of their sales staff, James Barr. We had shopped around at a number of dealerships and we found that he was the most knowledgeable and he really makes you feel welcomed without that push to buy that you might sometimes experience. Overall an excellent experience with all of Mountain Hyundai’s staff. This was true in particular with their salesman Brent. He was concerned about helping us get the car that we needed for the price that we needed. He did not use any pressure tactics. He was very transparent and laid out all the information so we could make a decision about what was best together as a team. Brent proved to be a genuinely good person with a focus on helping people. I'm not giving this place any stars, however i couldn't post this review without clicking one.. After purchasing my 2010 genesis privately, I took it to the dealership to have them do all maintenance so i knew the intervals going forward on when to do them, I paid for all my fluids to be changed, air filters etc.
After about a year , I got a job at a maintenance shop, when i was in training, we brought my own car in so i could practice and learn to check fluids etc. I found out that none of my fluids were changed and it still had OEM air filters in that were absolutely disgusting.
Unfortunately I was not able to go back to the dealership as I lost my receipt and it was over a year later when i finally found out the dealership did NOTHING but drain and put old fluid back in, and didnt do anything with the filters. WORD OF ADVICE, DONT DO ANY OF YOUR MAINTENANCE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
After working at a maintenance shop for a few months, i noticed i was not the only one who was scammed. a LOT people have came in saying "no i don't need to do that the dealership had already done it last ____ " and i have to be the barer of bad news when i show them in front of their eyes that they have not done anything, sometimes not even change the oil filter.
be careful who you trust your car with folks, You'd think Hyundai would take care of their own.

Been going here ever since I bought my hyundai tiburon back in 2003. I dont own a hyundai anymore but thought I should mention this dealership's service department was very friendly and offered decent prices and was honest compared to others ive been to in the past.
I bought a 2013 Elantra in the early Summer of 2012, and can only say good things about this dealership. I began looking at the newer models the previous Fall, and the sales rep knew that I would not be buying until the following Spring, at the earliest. He never pushed me to make any rash decisions and respected my timeline. When I was ready to make a purchase, he did everything to make the entire experience a pleasant one, from test driving the cars to making concessions on the final sale. Dealing with the parts dept. has been just as good. The services received from this dealership remain consistently great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mountain Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car here.
