Little did I know that my moms experience was going to be better than mine in comparison to other dealerships. My mother’s experience was handled with care and interest. As a veteran sales person, I am probably more sensitive and critical of other sales person as I know that even though our job can be at times challenging there is a skill set that elevates the special cadre of sales people. The transaction does begin when A customer pulls out their credit card to pay, it starts the minute the enter the store.
My experience at Queensway Hyundai was positive at every level. My partner and my first encounter with our sales person Sarah struck the right note. Sarah was knowledgeable without being arrogant, willing to seek out answers she could not immediately answer and we did not have have to suffer through the pressure spiel that some salespeople are won’t to annoying inflict upon their potential customers. We felt that the information provided was sound and her opinions and advice very balanced.
The positive experience also continued with the admin team who oversaw the finance and purchase details. Audrey deserves a notable mention. The service guys are charming and really all pleasant ( I had to return to have some accessories installed).
Did I mention that I love my new Santa Fe? We chose the luxury package with the turbo engine model. For city and highway driving it is more than adequate. The car is packed with lots of great features and innumerable safety features. The car is spacious and great on gas. Basically, it really is worth taking this vehicle for a test drive.

I was surprised to see the car today with silver rims and when I asked the sales lady ,all I got was a poker face and a thank you for purchasing the car with us.

I was in to get my car serviced & I was blown away by the receptionist at the front desk. I did not get her name, but I do remember she was working on a Tuesday Morning. She was so friendly. As she was cleaning the coffee area, my daughter asked her if they had snacks because she was hungry. I told her I didn’t have any money to get her anything from the vending machine. 5 minutes later, she came back with something from the vending machine with her OWN WALLET in hand for my daughter, and wouldn’t take no for an answer! I was astonished by her customer service & compassion. She assisted me when I needed to cash out from my service & she was nothing but professional and wonderful! Truly a receptionist you want to be greeted by. Everyone in the dealership was friendly as well & they were very accommodating during COVID-19. Mr. Anil is wonderful!! Bit of a delay in my appointment, but everyone was very busy try to accommodate everyone during these hard times, and it’s the effort that counts most. I had an issue with management before, but this new team and new management, I feel a bit better as their customer service is always 10/10. Rania was also very nice & I can’t wait to come trade in my car & have her help me in future.

By far the best service I've experienced at a car dealership. I was incredibly impressed by the dynamic of the entire sales team. I could tell all of the employees get along very well which made me feel really comfortable. Jade was very honest with me right from the start when I bought my Santa Fe and she didn't pressure me at all into making a decision which was extremely refreshing.
