When we bought our car a year ago the staff at the dealership was so friendly and courteous and took the time to inform us of all the information we needed. Now that we take the car in for service the same goes for the service crew. They are friendly and courteous and advise us of anything we need to know about our vehicle. We would definitely recommend the O’Regan’s South Shore crew to anyone buying a new vehicle. We have enjoyed dealing with them

Great product with all the bell and whistles for a reasonable price a lot lower than higher end brands but with as many features and in some cases more than those higher end brands. Service is also much cheaper. On my second Tuscon.

Charmaine worked hard doing the almost impossible - finding us the car we wanted in our favourite colour and bringing it in from Sidney.
After the test drive, Lindsay went over the exact costs of buying the car we wanted including what our present car was worth. She gave us updates on how the search for our car was going and she was as happy as we were when they found it in the colour we wanted. When we picked up our car, she put our car plate on the new car for us and gave us a hands on course on how to use the features on the dashboard of the car. She also set up our phones so we can use them to start the car and heat or cool it before we go outside. This was a new experience and shows the high level of customer service.
Ryan made the paperwork to buy the car easy. He explained all the warranties and answered all our questions. Ryan even took care of updating the car plate at Access NS.
We were introduced to the service department staff and Lindsay showed us how to book our service appointments on line.
You really do get the feeling you are part of the family.

Service has always been a positive experience. Services Reps are polite and very knowledgeable. The Santa Fe product has been a good one. No major issues, just regular maintenance.
