Had the pleasure of dealing with Tad, who was a wonderful salesperson and provided amazing service. Being from Ontario, I was very skeptical of buying an out-of province vehicle. However Tad re-assured my confidence in buying a boost blue 2020 civic type R. In which he provided competitive pricing, as well as some specials such as Matts, protective coating and warranty. Also Jeff was very informative on the finance deal and was able to get all the documents in a complete package and hassle free, with no other hidden fees. I would recommend Tad and Jeff as the process was very easy and gave me an opportunity to buy my dream car!

I was there with my boyfriend as he was having an issue with his 4WD malfunctioning. Diagnosing took 5 hours, and when we went to pick up the vehicle we were told that the problem was fixed and the part didn't need to be replaced like originally said. We got in to leave and the same light indicating the problem was on again. We went back in and had Brian talk to us. He was extremely rude, confrontational, and didn't seem to have any interest in fixing the problem or answering any questions about what went wrong. After getting a little bit frustrated with him for dancing around the questions and changing the subject, he said "Are you trying to start a fight with me?" and repeated it multiple times.

So I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot there in March. From the start we have had issues was the heated seats didn’t work, than A/C didn’t work, there was a whistle in the windshield and the emissions system problem light was on. They eventually fixed these things. But this should have been checked and fixed before the vehicle was sold. The windshield still whistles it’s just in a different place now. I was told with the emissions system problem it was just a software upgrade thing. Well the light has come on intermittently since than and yesterday that light came on and about 5-6 other warning lights. I phoned and tried to see what they could do but so far I’ve been told it will probably be costing me $140/hr. I feel like this has been poorly handled and still I don’t thing they fixed the emissions problem in the first place. Also got an airbag recall on my Pilot yesterday I the mail. What else is going to happen with my Pilot? Why should I pay for something that doesn’t seem like they fix the problem right in the first place?

Great service at Meidl Honda! Fast, efficient, and professional! Highly recommend getting your Honda or Acura serviced here. They really know what they are doing! I've had a few lackluster experiences at other places getting my alignment done. Meidl Honda went above and beyond in my eyes! Took the time to road test after an alignment, and swap my front tires around to make it perfect. But I'm pretty sure that is just their normal level of service here.

I definitely feel good about taking my vehicle here. The service advisors are informative, but not pushy. You don't have to be knowledgeable about cars to understand what they are telling you. I'd feel great about sending any of my friends here.

Horrible service on warranty repair. No shuttle service. I have to pay out of pocket every time and they seem unable to fix an air conditioner? It took 3 visits and still not fixed? If you care about service head to Ens instead. Stay away from Meidl.

Salesman didn't know the difference between air conditioning system and automatic climate control. As I mentioned that Kia has better deals he told me: "Then go and buy Kia!" which seems to be extremely rude and non professional as of salesman. Now I almost feel guilty giving one star cause he helped me to make a decision 😂.

Benson was by far an amazing sales man during this process. I wanted enough room for our child, easy maintenance, something sporty, easy drive, and something that I feel good in. He accommodated by far in so many ways. Felt taken care of throughout the whole process including the financing - Orlando was patient and kind. He was able to answer any questions we had and in a timely manner. Was walked through step by step from different vehicle options, choosing the vehicle and spec, our budget and different pricing accordingly, warranty, interest rates, protection packages, our payment plan, and the whole ins and outs of the company and the vehicle itself. I never felt like i was pushed into something I didn't enjoy, I never felt like I was being "sold" to, it was "do you love it?" "Let's find something you love!" I'm beyond impressed. And let's just say I bolted down and explored Saskatoon for an entire 2 hours enjoying my new purchase! Thanks so much Meidl Honda, Benson and Orlando! You have an amazing product and team! This review is long overdue, because an unexpected family illness prevented me from doing anything but crisis-management until recently. This winter I came into Meidl Honda to see about replacing our old vehicle. James Koroll met me at the door; from that moment I felt at ease, valued, and respected, and, as a result, the car-buying process was a pleasure. James set up two test drives, one of which involved a vehicle he had to dig out of that day’s snow. He made himself available over several subsequent days, and spent well over an hour with me the day I took delivery of our new Honda Ridgeline. I appreciated his knowledge of the car sales industry in Saskatoon, his familiarity with the Honda products we discussed, and, most of all, his simple, straight-forward interaction with me. At no time did I feel pressured, or ill-at-ease. I asked his advice regarding the most advantageous disposition of our old car, and he was candid and clear in his suggestions. I regret that this review had to be delayed, but that delay in no way bears upon the experience I had at Meidl Honda. I strongly recommend James Koroll and the Meidl team, and the great Honda vehicles available at Meidl.

Went to the dealership to buy the dirt bike I looked at earlier in the day and called in advance. I gave them all information when I arrived to prepare paperwork while I installed my carrier. When I went in to sign the paperwork, I waited for the salesperson to take another phone call and when the call was done and I wanted to pay I was told I need to go to finance where they told me to wait again while they they entered the information - after waiting for another 10 minutes I decided to leave and go buy a bike from someplace else. They figured out about 10 minutes after I left that I left the building and the salesman called me sounded frustrated and eventually hung up. Next the overall manager call me and said what can they do - I told him I was on my way home and if they drop it off I will still buy the bike. Next a different Power area sales manager called and said I need to come in or it was no deal. Overall poor experience and will joy be going back. The salesman had to spend a total of about 5 minutes with me to make the original sale and I called back later to purchase.

Service such.
Service department can't seem to find anything wrong with vehicle so the simple state we couldn't find a thing and send you on your way. They show no customer care at all. Stereo shot but took 5 trips to dealership to get it replaced.
Now engine noise on cold start. Sounds like a diesel. Everyone on net and anyone I ask say it probably is the timing chain.
Service department again says we can't find any issues. And sent me on my way not giving a damn if I have a problem or not.
No one there cares much.

I never leave a review but after my recent visit, I feel like I should. I went in over the weekend to look at a car I was looking to purchase. When I got there, the car I wanted to look at was there in the parking lot. The person helping me had no idea what he was doing. He kept going back and forth trying to find the keys for the car. I also wanted to trade in my car, and they tested my car but would not tell me how much they would offer me. After more than an hour of waiting around for the car, it turned out someone else had taken the car for a test drive. The sales person failed to give me any information about what was going on. And gave me my keys back and asked if I could come back another time.

We bought a car here years ago and had a very pleasant experience while doing so. Car has been great and we're still using it 11 years later. 5 stars for the sales side.

However, on the service side it's not so great. I took my car in for routine maintenance, and forgot to remove the control head and mount for an after-market radio. When I got the car back, the mount was cracked. When I mentioned it to the service adviser, I got blown off and told it was already broken. Not even an apology. Appalling customer service.

Haven't been back since and our next car was purchased elsewhere.

Best prices for repairs or service and at a dealership!!! $24 tire repair/$35-$40 lowest elsewhere. They have great pricing on new cars as well! I've purchased two Honda Fit vehicles here and will go back again for sure. It's the only dealership ive ever dealt with that treats you with respect and honesty! You always hear of dealerships brushing off warranty type issues. This place is one find example. I took my vehicle into the shop to be assessed for heating issues, one trip into Saskatoon. (Mind you I live quite aways away from Saskatoon.) So I take it in again. Oh we can't fix your vehicle it requires more of a time frame to fix it. I called to prebook the appointment and had to take a day off work. The person on the phone gave me the appointment. Absolutely clueless. I would stay clear of this gongshow of a place.
The service centre is so disorganized and chaotic.

Move out of province, I wanted to safety my motorcycle, I took the appointment 2 weeks prior but when I showed up with my motorcycle they forgot to tell that I need a vin check. So I showed up to a sgi representative at the end of the day there was no chance to get it so I missed my appointment.

The salesman provided excellent and timely service. They were able to order in the CB1100 that was difficult to get into Saskatoon and the financial manager ensured that the approval process was quick and painless. I also ordered several parts that the parts/service department brought in within a week. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and would go back again!

I recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic & love it! I came in months ago but my trade in value and pricing wasn't what I was looking for, so I waited a few months and came back and spoke with a different salesperson. I dealt with James and he was amazing! So funny, friendly, I think I was laughing the whole time! Very knowledgeable and and answered every question I had about my trade in and the new vehicle. Very glad I came back the 2nd time and met James. We did all the paper work that day, and a few days later the vehicle was ready and I came back with my Husband, who also said James was one of the best salesmen we have dealt with yet! And we have been to Kia, both Fords, and Mazda, and I, by far, had the best experience at Meidl Honda with James.
