We got a curtesy car while ours gets fixed. Unfortunately the interior of the car was filthy. You would think that in Covid times the car would be at least disinfected before given to us!! Not to mention how sticky the steering wheel was!!!

This dealership committed to delivering a car and asked me to call them 3 weeks later for an update to let me know that they couldn't deliver on their promise. They wasted my time and opportunity to take advantage of a reasonable rate which has increased this month.

Just purchased a new 2020 CR-V Sport. Anthony Messina was very accommodating. He explained all the extras, and backed off when we didn’t want any of them. Delivery was a sweet experience. First new car after nearly 50 years of used ones. They are right: there is nothing like that new car smell.
*update* Came here the other night to buy a used car after mine was scrapped after someone hit me. Wonderful experience. Norman was quick to provide me with the Carfax before I came in, and provided us with warm, friendly, no pressure service. Would definitely recommend coming here, even if it's far from where you live.
The service that was provided was exceptional. The manager as well as the salesman were very informative and really knew their product as well as did not put any pressure to purchase or lease but, at the same time were very courteous. This sets them apart from other dealerships.

Not my first time having a wash in and out. Out is fine but inside is always sloppy. I'm paying money to have my car cleaned and it's really disappointing. I might as well do it myself. It's still dusty. The vents are only cleaned at the tip where easily accessible. My backseat was not vacuumed at all. My matts are still full of dirt. Everything is spotty and there was dirty rag left in my car this time. If this is the service I'm paying for, I'd rather just do it myself.

Very nice and friendly staff and managers. At no point I felt pressured. They helped me get the right model and provided all info and advice for the car. Also i get a very good deal for my Honda CRV, compared to other CRV dealer in the area.

What a wonderful experience was buying a car here. All the stuff and managers a very friendly and efficient. I just had a car accident and my car was declared a total lost. I went to this dealer because I need a replacement car as soon as possible. They did not only offered me the best priced (I compared with two other dealers near by) but they made it happen within a couple of hours. You wont be disappointed when doing business with them!!!
Brought our car for a service last Friday. Booking was a breeze even though it was a last minute booking. Service was excellent. If only this location is not 500 kms away from where we live, I'll have my regular service done in this location.

Thrilled with the Civic LX we purchased and the overall service at the dealership. Despite some unfortunate communication mishaps which resulted in incorrect expectations on delivery date, we did receive a quality car in perfect condition.

Where I go to get my Honda Fit serviced. Never have had a problem there with either service or staff. Took a few pics there for Google Maps but would like to add more if time permits. Recommended
It's becoming ridiculous that when you buy a lease, and even if you tell them to stop calling you, some jerk salesman is going to continuously call you every 2 weeks about some "great offer" to replace your car with a new one.
Safe to say that I will be buying out the lease, and will no longer want anything to do with this dealership. If you can't respect a do-not-call list, then perhaps you shouldn't have one in the first place.
Absolute dedication in finding my dream car. I wasn't easy to please by my sales rep Julian went above and beyond. So happy to be sharing my 50th year with Honda.

I have a Honda Civic 2010 and brought my car here to have the breaks fixed (they were screeching!) and to put my winter tires on. The service was really excellent. I dealt mostly with Vincent and Mark, who were both super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is my first time coming to Honda Vaudreuil. Before this, I was bringing my car to another Honda dealership which was further away and mostly out of habit! I'm very happy to have finally decided to try out the dealership so close to my home. It was the best experience I've ever had bringing my car to the garage. This is my first time posting an online review (anywhere), but I wanted to share the experience for other car owners. I won't bring my car anywhere else after this experience. Thanks for the great service.
Just had a really great experience buying a car at Honda Vaudreuil. I bought a used 2012. Great condition. But what really impressed me, was Alex, who is in charge of the used car division. He was Honest, friendly and actually explained the rational for the trade in value. If you need a car, want a great price, and want to deal with a great guy go see him. I usually do not plug businesses websites, but when I am given this kind of service I like to share the experience. I believe in karma, and when someone does something great for me, I always reciprocate by spreading the word.
